St Germain Services did excellent, meticulous work for us. We needed to have a faucet and rusting under mount sink removed and replaced and the vanity plumbing valves needed to be replaced. The sink was old, stuck, and didn't want to budge. Donnell worked very carefully to remove the sink without harming the vanity countertop. The new style of faucet I had chosen created a fit problem for the sink and Donnell fashioned a solution. At the end of the job he cleaned up the space. We have hired him to perform work at our new home three times (different requests each visit) in the last week for a variety of items and he knocked it out of the park each visit. One the toughest thing to find is a good, reliable handyman. I found one! Donnell is a great communicator, reliable, does great work and for a reasonable price! I needed the water connector for a refrigerator water line replaced and the plumbers were quoting $300 and up and would not fix any drywall if they had to cut any. Donnell is awesome! I asked him to replace two thermostats with smart thermostats. He came over looked at the original thermostats, looked at the new thermostats and said "... should be straightforward..". He got to work right away and was done within an hour.
