It wasn't the lowest but it was the most complete. He spent more time talking with and understanding our wants than anyone else. So basically everyone else's quote was incomplete. So at first when we start. Service was ok. David come first…read moretime and explain a bit about the pool and the system. It was the first time I owned a pool. So I didn't know much. Then we got the big dallas storm. Take David something like 4 months to repair the manifold for the hot tub. So I was not able to use it for 4/5 months. But I totally understand. It was short on any supplies all over. So I can't blame him. How ever ever sense then. The service was not good. I don't know if it's something to do with where we located in Richardson. Or maybe my pool was a big and he didn't overcharge. I have no idea. But service was not good. The guy he send will come few min. Clean a bit. And run away. The pool was always dirty. And yellow on the ground. So many times I find my self going in to brash and clean. So many times. Every time I have an issue. I will let the service guy know. But he would never transfer that forward. Then I will have to text David and that take another week or two before maybe it's get taking care off. His guy will never basically check to make sure everything work. Or any leak. Will come. A bit Cleaniny. Some chemicals and run away. The pool lights never work. He never cared. The pool have a leak for months before I notice my water bill is high. The pool system was beeping for months before finally David was able to come take care of it. For months I will seat and watch a movie and the system will keep beeping. Not good service. For 4 months or so I inform David. That one of those things on the ground are cloth I have asked is your guy suppose to clean it ? His answer was yes. I was watching it. 3/4 months after. He still didn't clean it. I have pic to approve. I have sold the house lately. So I am glad I don't have to deal with it. But soon will build a new pool in my new house. I doubt it I will use north Texas pool again. I don't mind to pay a bit more but enjoy my pool. I did transfer the new owner david number if he want to use him. But just to be nice. I have a mix feeling about the service.

Quick note to the PoolTroopers employee who responded to my prior review without reading it…read more I have lost count of how many different technicians have come to my home. At least 3-4 of them have said the same basic thing--"I'm here because our last guy didn't know what he was doing and messed everything up." The tech who left my backwash running and drove off was not the same tech who shut my valves off without explanation, and neither of them was the tech who covered the side of my house in DE while cleaning the filter, or the tech who installed the salt system and left pieces of PVC and other trash scattered in my yard. Final straw was waiting until my salt system was at end of life to "gift" it to me so that when it inevitably fails, replacing it will be at my cost not yours. I called today to cancel my service. -------------------------------------------- Do not recommend. Every couple of months I get a new tech who tells me he is here to fix things because the prior tech was an idiot. They have driven off with my backwash running, which I didn't discover until the pool lost 4 inches of water. They have turned my valves completely off and then left without saying a word. They have left trash in my yard. And finally, the salt water system which they said was included in my monthly price--once it got older they very graciously "gifted" it to me, and now that it belongs to me, just a few months later they say it needs to be replaced for $1200.
