We came through dying for a 44 oz pick me up, and we got just that Diet Beach Babe for me and Diet Texas Tab for Shae. We were the only people inside aside from the 5 or 6 soda masters behind the counter, all of whom were cranking to keep up with drive thru orders. We got our drinks quickly and I somehow managed to tip over the Texas Tab and spill all over myself, and the service counter. The team members were very kind and calm and made us a new 44 oz TT while I did my best to clean up what I could. I hope they were able to use a proper mop soon and that my sticky footsteps out the door didn't linger for too long. Best drinks for sure... longest wait time I've ever had at any Swig location. We went multiple times this week (I was visiting from out of state and NEEDED my mango breeze blended, okay?) and each time we ordered on the app and still ended up waiting 30-45 minutes. It was crazy. We went inside to get our drinks and noticed many people waiting and getting drinks wrong. One couple waited for such a long time, they asked for their drinks and still weren't getting them, so they just grabbed a couple drinks that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes that were never claimed. There were a ton of employees working too, I think I counted at least 6 people in their little kitchen? I think with a little more training and order this location could be perfect! The thing is, their drinks are so delicious, and I just sucked it up because it's worth the wait... but that's because I don't live here. If I did, I probably wouldn't come that often because the wait time is pretty deterring. Prices seem a little steep lately too, more than $6 for a 24oz fruit water. But hey, what can you do. TIPS & TRICKS: - If you get any of the "breezes" mango or strawberry, be sure to get it blended. It completely levels it up!! read more

Man, Swig knows how to do it! I love so many different drinks on the menu. Texas tab, mango and strawberry breeze, Big Al, and just making my own concoction. This location was sooo busy though! I like to order on the app so that my drinks are ready when we get there. They had so many people coming in and out. it still took 30+ minutes to get our drinks. I also love the cookies! Visited Swig over the weekend and it was so good! I ordered the Texas Tab. They have the "good ice" (nugget ice). Their mini cookies were also really good and chewy, also cold. It's a preference of mine but I enjoy cold chocolate chip cookies. Swig is new for me. On my vacation to St George I had 3 swig drinks at 3 locations. This was the only location that we walked in to - the other were drive thru. I get that this place works at a fast clip on orders and that the concoctions can be messy. But I think this place needs better management - or more workers. We could see directly behind the counter where we ordered and there was a HUGE pile of spilled ice on the floor, the trash was over-flowing and there was trash on the floor and on empty tables in the dining room. No customer wants to see such a mess going on where orders are fulfilled. I gotta say it was a little disappointing. The manager (I think) was on a work conference call in the dining room right next to us. Another suggestion here: At all Swigs I went to, the gal taking our order had a bunch of glop on their t-shirt. I don't necessarily want to order food from a sloppy worker. I don't think I would mind if they were wearing aprons and the aprons were messy...(aprons are meant to be messy), but the dirty T-shirts were a turn off. On to the order here. This was the only place where we got the cookies. We got the pumpkin ones, icing comes on the side. The cookies are chilled. I do wish they had a half/half order of cookies, or at least would offer you 1 of the other flavor if you ask. Literally the worst establishment in Utah. I walk in, wait 20 minutes for a order I placed 20 MINUTES BEFORE THAT. Drinks are good as any other Swig but the service left much to be desired. It took about 30 minutes for us to get 2 non-custom drinks when we ordered inside, and waiting on those drinks left the pretzels we ordered soggy by the time we got home. Drive thru was packed so we thought it'd go faster if we went in and that was a big mistake. However the orders are processed, part of ours was lost in the shuffle and people that came in well after us received their orders first. This is, I figure, down to disorganization. They take your name for the order but don't call it out or even put it on the items, then they dispense indoor orders piece by piece. Either of these would create inefficiency but both together results in much confusion on the part of both staff and customers. read more

I'm just going to start by saying I don't really drink soda and sugar cookies are not really my thing. But passing through St. George and I couldn't *not* stop at Swig to try it out. New fan! :) Guava Have It didn't even taste like soda (dangerous! lol). It just tasted like a fruity, refreshing drink! And the sugar cookies, we tried each flavor. My kids really enjoyed the pink sugar cookie minis. I love peanut butter and chocolate together and that sugar cookie was good. But I didn't love it because I loved the Dirt Ball (chocolate with chocolate frosting) way more. It was a little addicting - I couldn't stop eating it. It was nice and chilled when I received it. It's super dense, moist and chewy. And it just tastes good! I'd get that every time. We also tried the coconut one with chocolate chips but again, I couldn't get past how could the Dirt Ball was, so it was just okay to me. Kudos to the ladies out in the heat taking orders at the drive through. Taking off a star for the order accuracy though because 3 out of 5 drinks either missing an item or mixed up. Slow service. No acknowledgment from standing in line to place an order for a medium Sprite. Waited in line for a good 30 minutes. Probably longer I assume the line would be quicker if I walked in vs going through the drive thru. Never experience such slow service at a Fiiz. I guess there's a first for everything. read more

Every time I'm in Saint George, I make a point to stop at a Swig location on my way home to Las Vegas so I can have something to drink during the drive. I've never stopped at this location by the mall before, but I was pleasantly surprised by it, as my last few visits to Swig locations have been meh at best. The order taker who took my order was pleasant enough, however, I didn't love that she wasn't wearing a mask and got within inches of me to take my order. She fielded some questions I had and I settled on my usual order, the Daydreamer with light ice and Sprite Zero instead of ginger ale. I was able to pay with Apple Pay, however, the cashier was unmasked as well. The saving grace of this visit was that my drink was literally perfect. They finally didn't put too much ice. I'll be back to Swig, but I may wait until the Covid pandemic passes, since it doesn't seem that Swig/their employees are taking necessary protocols to keep customers (and employees) safe. read more

We don't have this wonderful, and tasty, beverage mixing establishment in the Las Vegas area. I can say we are starting to have a few similar businesses pop up like these, however none compare to the efficiency and kind employees of SWIG. 1- The drive thru system is very efficient, they have order takers standing outside with some sort of IPad, that they put the orders in on. 2- The girl I spoke with was very knowledgeable and recommended a excellent Dr. Pepper mixed with coconut beverage and I was on point. My wife ended up getting the same. 3- The cookies we ordered were also top notch. My girls devoured them before we got out of the parking lot. (good gaul, my kids sometimes are savage). Overall the place was in a nice location, was well kept and clean, had very professional and courteous employees, were very quick with getting our order to us, and the drinks and cookies were delicious! Update: I did email swig like they asked in the comment and I did not get a reply. I went here and 2 workers were obviously sick. Which were the only 2 who worked with me. One sneezed into his hands and then handed me my drinks and cookie(without washing or sanitizing). We sprayed everything off in the car but then the drinks were gross(not because of the spray we sprayed the outside of the cups). The cookie was gross (we didn't spray that). The worker by the guy said loudly "oh is that your allergies?!" Like that made it ok. We're probably just throwing this all out and hoping we don't get sick in a few days. read more

The negative comments on here are so cringey. Guys...it's a $1.50 drink, not the Ritz Carlton! That being said, I visit this location every day at least once, often twice. Having worked in retail and food service myself, I am a stickler when it comes to customer service. However, the Dino Crossing Swig is really the best. The team is incredibly kind and friendly, remembers my name (and my kids' names!), and the drinks are perfect. IDK why some grown ass adults feel the need to criticize kids who are standing in 100+ degree heat taking drink orders, but seriously, your comments say more about you than they do Swig.
