I spent countless hours organizing my storage space and building shelving. I followed all of the rules, and yet just weeks before my price increase, management threatened to kick me out for "being there too much during business hours." Very bizarre. Great location. Nice facility. But my plans to rent long-term from this company certainly changed. I waited almost a year to post this review for fear of retribution, but I have long since severed my relationship with this company. I would not do business here again.

I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered "Well you've been here a while". WHAT! I was so stunned by this answer that I didn't ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure. NOT! I find out, after speaking with others, that they are far from the best around and I want to share that information. I suggest Everett Storage to you. Great people! They have 3 very clean and convenient facilities in Everett. On Rucker you can drive INSIDE on 2 levels! There is also a moving truck available. Go use one of these facilities....NOW! :)

Yet despite such a low bar for beating the competition, Peoples Storage still goes above and beyond to provide great security, facilities, and customer service. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning if I need a storage unit or parking space again.

Which does mean you have to follow the rules, but what you get is the peace of mind that your unit is safe from theft or damage. Accessing the unit is easy, the bay is huge, the elevators are large, and I've never had to wait on someone else to access my unit. They have a bunch of dollies on site and their shop is very fairly priced if you need a lock, boxes or packing material. The building is gated making it even more secure. I highly recommend this place especially if your items are valuable or would benefit from temperate control.

The staff has always been friendly and always helpful. The the unit was secure, low priced and the facility clean. All the years we stored there, and we had two units, there were never any issues. They even offered us cold bottled water when we were sorting our stuff on a hot summer day. We loved that the staff were responsive and security minded. It makes a big difference compared to a few places we tried before. We will tell our friends and when we need storage again, we will return. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

This is a review of their UHaul truck rental service…read more I know most people are here for the self storage but incase anyone was wondering about their UHaul rental service, it's pretty great. I called in towards the end of the day because the previous location I was intending to rent a truck from was unavailable due to maintenance issues. I was glad that they allowed me to borrow the truck. They had someone booked for the next morning so they could have denied me the rental since, I technically had 24hrs once I had the truck and if I didn't bring it back, while I would still be within contract, this location would suffer a bit on reputation. I'm glad they work on trust and of course I did return the truck back the night before the next person needed it. They also provide a lock on the truck with the key attached to the car keys. This isn't required of UHaul and I simply haven't seen it done before. Great added service. If I'm in the area and I need another UHaul, I would happily come here.
