They're hard workers they move quickly, and they have never broke anything! Most movers I get really nervous because something is always going to get broken, but I don't have any worry at all if these guys. So much so I don't feel the need to buy extra protection or anything. They take really good care and wrap everything that is needed. One thing I was nervous about this time is it was the first time Dominic wasnt there, but this time the movers were just as good if not better than last time. It was an 8 hour move going from 3500 sq ft in lake Stevens, then stopped by a storage unit, then moved into to a 1,300 sq ft apartment in Southlake union. Overall it was around $1750 after tax and then I tipped them on top (but did it because I wanted to, I didn't feel any kind of pressure to do so). In my opinion that's a really good price for 8 hours of moving. Anyway, I told them I'm hoping this is the last time, mainly because I dont wanna move not because of them or anything. It feels like fraud to me. I was not informed that by signing the receipt on a tablet that was partially obscured that I was signing a loss/damage waiver. I'm out $1K as a result. Watch yourselves and know that when you report damages, you'll get nothing in return.

Worst moving experience I've ever had. I am in my 60's and moving with my mom , who is 90. The…read moremovers left furniture not put together, and stored everything in the garage, regardless of labeling (G for garage, U for upstairs, D for downstairs). They did not even place the boxes on the shelves in the garage. A week later I am still trying to find my pots and pans, HP printer and shelves to my bookshelves. Yes, they brought in the base, but no shelves can be found anywhere! Glass shelves are missing, probably broken, from my china cabinet as half of the glass shelves were brought in, (unwrapped and unprotected). They wrapped some things, but not others, (like glass china cabinets). The items they did wrap , they did not unwrap, but left them for us to unwrap. Not an easy thing to do with a full sized dresser up against the wall. Standing lamps are worthless as they took them apart and did not put back together as pieces are missing now. I looked for days for our vacuum cleaners. I finally found them left in the other house. These guys may seem reasonably priced, but I would gladly have paid more to be able to have things where they should be, not having missing , damaged and broken items. Pictures soon to follow!

The company is family-run, the owners come out on most jobs themselves, and the crew is either family or has worked with them for many years. They absolutely babied my antiques with layers of bubble wrap, cardboard and shrink-wrap. Plus they showed up on time, brought the job in slightly under estimate, and were scrupulously polite and unrelentingly cheerful in the bargain.
