I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered "Well you've been here a while". WHAT! I was so stunned by this answer that I didn't ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure. I had a unit for a year or so, since Judy was no longer in the office the young man working there…read morecalled me and told me my unit had been broken into so come and see if anything is missing. When I got there I was shocked I couldn't believe how much of my stuff was missing, my unit had been so full you couldn't even walk in it, now there's a whole lot of room to walk around. I asked the man in the office what they had on the cameras because they had to make multiple trips in and out to steal so much stuff, he said there was nothing out of the ordinary, how were they able to get thru the main gate and then have the code to get in the building and make multiple trips without being noticed? They told me my unit was the only one broken into, that same day when at my unit a man came to his unit which was down a few from mine, he had to have the lock cut off, he said he had been there the previous week and his unit had a different lock so it had to be cut off he was missing half of his belongings, he then put a new lock on it he was there to empty his unit once again he had to have the lock cut off when he opened his unit it was completely empty. So I had been lied to my unit was not the only one broken into. I believe this was an inside job I find it hard to believe that someone could make so many trips in and out and not be noticed. I do not recommend this storage facility. I feel that more units were broke into but they were also told they were the only one.

We have been attempting to pay storage there for 2 small units since "FreeUp," took over recently…read more I have had NOTHING but problems from them, and they don't seem to know how to utilize their accounting system. Two months in a row, I sent them our rent amounts due, (via our bank's bill pay system.) Both times (last month, and this month,) they have taken our money, payment processed, I got receipts for both payments, but they still claim our rent is not paid! We are moving out asap! PLEASE, PLEASE think TWICE before renting from them!! If there was a "minus" score to give them, I would give hem a -10.
