They're hard workers they move quickly, and they have never broke anything! Most movers I get really nervous because something is always going to get broken, but I don't have any worry at all if these guys. So much so I don't feel the need to buy extra protection or anything. They take really good care and wrap everything that is needed. One thing I was nervous about this time is it was the first time Dominic wasnt there, but this time the movers were just as good if not better than last time. It was an 8 hour move going from 3500 sq ft in lake Stevens, then stopped by a storage unit, then moved into to a 1,300 sq ft apartment in Southlake union. Overall it was around $1750 after tax and then I tipped them on top (but did it because I wanted to, I didn't feel any kind of pressure to do so). In my opinion that's a really good price for 8 hours of moving. Anyway, I told them I'm hoping this is the last time, mainly because I dont wanna move not because of them or anything. They listened carefully to my request and answered my questions and concerns. We then set up an appointment for the move. A handful of days before the move, they reached out and even asked if we required assistance in packing. On the day of the move, they communicated their ETA and were prompt. They assessed the situation and prioritized their efforts in meeting our needs. They were very careful with our belongings within the home we were moving out of and the one we were moving into. As indicated previously, they were professional and courteous. They carefully reassembled the items that they disassembled and insured that everything was to our satisfaction before departing. First of all they called me the morning of my move and informed me that they were checking the truck for safety and would be arriving at my property at the time we planned. They arrived exactly on time as they said they would and went straight to work without hesitation. My movers were Shane and Jason and they were very professional and pleasant to work with. They made sure to treat my items as if they were their own items which impressed me because they handled all my items with care and made sure to wrap the items needing extra protection. They were very social along with professional which i also liked so I'd advise requesting them to handle you move. When I booked I dealt with Brandon first and he turned me over to Rachel who was very informative and polite to deal with when I booked my moved with them. She gave me a step by step description of how the process would go and she even gave me 2 different estimates with 2 movers and a second with 3 movers and explained the pro's and cons of both which I like. I called Jake's bluff and left it behind. Ha! My move was only 1 mile apart and I was quoted $1,000, cash. I agreed. Then Jake complained I still have too much stuff, which is likely the standard complaint, because toward the end, we were still looking for things to fill the truck. They fill the truck with lots of gappy air, unlike what recommended on the U-Haul box and on YouTube tutorial. I found a few items damaged after the move and asked for a couple hundreds dollars which is only 1/3 of what it would cost for me to repair. My husband used Eco Movers and they charged him less than their quote, but I wanted to give Royal Moving my business. Wish I had listened to my husband.

They gave time estimate 2 pm , arrived 7 pm . The person who arrived told me he is the driver and gave me an estimate if 6k instead . Despite Justin telling me there are no hidden fees and upper bound estimate . There are 5 glasses they added 1k . They had de 2k for labor fees , where I had to pack and bubble wrap all my kitchen stuff . This is by far the worst movers and will scam you and no one follows up . I had rather pay a full fledged service than getting involved with these people ever again. They keep sending me multiple bills and contracts and when I tried to look at old contracts they deleted those documents as well and access was denied , I should have known the sketch behavior. Also they didn't even move my couch and I only had 3 major furniture items to be moved . The driver , the coordinator and the sales are all basically irresponsible and made this one of the hardest move where I had to even cancel my travel plans And above all Justin told me delivery will be in 2-5 days and the person told me not for 14 days .
