Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. They sent me a very lengthy message. Whoever was responding, was in the field and took time out to respond and didnt like that I had not done my due diligence. They told me that the market has changed and they need their customers to do some research. Then they gave me an arbutrary deadline to join a COMPLIMENTARY 10min call. The number of red flags in 1 message exchange. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.
