Start to finish, this process was exactly what you would expect from a professional team. For the furniture move, Jorge, Harry, and Alfonso all arrive 15 minutes early, were uncommonly nice, tackled the loading up their truck in less than an hour. They put protective blankets on every single item and then wrapped every single item in saran wrap - i've used movers in the past, and none of them did this for me. Once we arrived at the our new home for drop off, they put everything back together for us and placed each item in the desired room/locations for us. HUGE Help there. Then they cleaned up and they were off to their next job! Top tier service, if you had a move coming up you HAVE to use this company. Then we also used Job4Movers for junk removal - Juan, Cristoff, and Cedric showed up shortly after the move was completed. I had a full truck of junk to be removed, and they had it gone in 35minutes! Literal wizards. Absolute grinders too, especially Cedric. Their pricing is extremely competitive, they offer tracking so you can see where the moving truck is at the entire time, and they are just good/genuine people. They were recommended by me realtor and I went ahead and booked an appointment with them. During my…read moremove mid April, they broke several pieces (huge anthropology mirror, vintage dragoon and they dinged a hole on my floor). It's now September and I'm still dealing with them to get the problem fixed. The original fix of the dinged floor was them filling it with an orange filler in the first picture. To "fix" the problem, I offered a piece from my closet floor so it will match the rest of the house. They took the piece and took the trim apart to replace the flooring. They did not want to replace the flooring the closet since I offered it. I did demand they replace the flooring so they eventually did replace it. Now my trims look like this and when i asked them to fix it, they accused me of damaging the trim myself by bumping into it. They also accused me of putting the ding on the floor as well. The hole on the floor closely match the edge of the mirror which the backside is split when they dropped it.. I had to ask them to tape it back together. That was the fix to a 2k mirror. Aside from the broken pieces, they were quick to tell me they usually only work on moving 3million dollar homes and that my floors were old. While they are older floors, there wasn't a hole in it. It's now September and I'm still dealing with them to fix the work that just keeps getting worse. The replacement of the flooring is not seamless as you can see the filler and they just painted over the trim without even sanding it so you can see the dents and bumps. If you do use them, I would recommend taking pictures of your entire house before they move anything in as they will not take any ownership to the damages they create.
