I liked how they were able to offer both demolition and reconstruction services. They were also very helpful in coordinating with our tenant instead of having us act as intermediaries. Finally they kept to their estimated timetable and to their quote (except for replacing a shower door which understandably would be an additional cost). They came to evaluate the damage and brought large dehumidifiers which they placed in areas with the heaviest water damage. Upon completion of the damage Ray Lutynski took over and his task was to evaluate results of Ivan's damage evaluation and create an estimate of the cost to repair the damages and submit them to the AAA insurance adjuster for approval.
