Literally one of the worst moving experiences I could have had. Alex tried to rip me off multiple times by fabricating prices and sneaking things into the receipt. Good thing I paid in cash. He also cornered us asking us to give MINO 5 stars on Yelp. Don't believe every 5-star company you see. I wish my experience had been more like those described in some of the other reviews. I did a long distance move (360+ miles) which can be really stressful for anyone but they arrived 10-15 mins early, took great care of my stuff throughout, and safely transported my belongings to my new address within hours! Very nice people, thorough packaging job, easy to work with, quick turnaround. I had some very large heavy equipment to move too and they tackled it. The guys also offered to help me load and unload some other stuff in my truck while they were there. One oversight was the amount of stuff we had didn't all fit in their truck but we worked it out where they made a second delivery at a very reasonable price with no delay. Even with the second trip the overall price was still reasonable. They definitely strive to make things right and keep the customer happy. I would use them again for sure. read more

Movers were good although severely underestimated the completion time. Ivan the manager on the other hand said will send 3 guys but only sent 2 so I wasn't able to meet the time requirement to finish everything in one day and had to do another round the next day. Also when the guys weren't working and looked for parking spaces the mover agreed to stop counting time but Ivan called and said he will still bill me... they seem to outsource jobs when not enough hands to go around but you will get shafted in the process. Will not be risking with this company again in the future, proceed with caution. read more

Professional, courteous, and protected my belongings. MINO movers did a great job and I would recommend them to a friend and would use them again for sure. They wrapped pretty much everything in an extra layer of protection, usually with a furniture pad and some plastic wrap. When we arrived at the new house, a piece of furniture wouldn't fit through the door, so they took it apart and reassembled on the other side. The movers were great guys. Considering how stressful moving can be, they made the process so much better. We had 3 movers. Moved us from a big condo in Hollywood, to a SFH in Torrance. It cost $900. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. It's a below average price for well above average service. Dinged a star because they damaged a piece of drywall, confused the arrival time, and miscalculated how long the job would take by a couple hours. It all worked out in the end though and I am happy with the work they did. I recommend MINO, especially for the price. read more

We had a two bedroom apartment with a fair amount of furniture and boxes that needed to be taken to a new, second story apartment. Mino and his partner arrived early, and did not stop moving from the moment they arrived. They were efficient, careful, and incredibly hard workers. And, so friendly and kind. The entire move took a little under four hours, and every single item arrived in mint condition, not even a wall ding. I'm giving these guys 3 stars for being on time and packing things very well. The rest not so much... if you use these guys and have a fridge get an estimate up front otherwise you're at their mercy to charge you whatever they want. Mine was $150 on top of the hourly rate. Granted I had 2 fridges to move so maybe I shouldn't complain, however they did not know how to take apart the fridge and sure as shit didn't know how to put it back together.. All I'm missing is the "extra parts" baggy... I now have to take it apart myself and reassemble it correctly. They also refused to put my recliner couches back together. I spent the better part of an hour figuring out how to put the backing on, and then moving them by myself. After the job was done the guy gave me the bill and explained the charges I had a question about the $150 .. this guy rolls his eyes and starts huffing and puffing and says "I only charged you for one refrigerator". At that point I just paid them and said goodbye. Bottom line, they were prompt, they were thorough, just hash out all the fine print before you hire them.
