I enjoy this coffee shop, very chill Prices: about average for a coffee shop. Coffee: I got the cold brew this last time, with sugar free vanilla, and... Idk what company they get their syrups from, but it was the me of the worst after tastes I've had for a sugar free syrup lol very chemically. I generally get a regular cold brew, with just stevia, so I may have to opt for that next time. Service: always friendly, and fast for sure. I'm concerned about unsanitary conditions for food prep at this location. My breakfast sandwich was prepped on a counter where customers receive their coffee and food. The sandwich components were placed directly onto the counter with a bare hand that had just handled money and the counter was dirty and had a hair on it. Very clean store and cozy ambiance. Very classy feel. The Pistachio French Vietnamese Au Lait was delicious and I ordered it with a double shot. They wait until you arrive to fill the drink with ice, keeping it from watering down. Will be coming back! A new favorite study date spot. read more

This place is super cute inside and there is TONS of seating (outdoor too). Immediately once you walk in you see the different specials and new drinks they have - it's the perfect type of coffee shop to try something new. I was deciding between the "French Vietnamese au lait" which is a French chicory coffee with sweetened condensed milk, and a cold brew. I asked the barista which one would be less sweet but still strong and she recommended the French. It is definitely STRONG. She did say that it wasn't very sweet- and it is, but I should've expected that with condensed milk. It's premade I think because it was ready literally 30 seconds after ordering. It's clean, modern, bright, well lit, and the aroma of coffee makes me happy. The menu has a lot to offer, if you want even more options, you can visit their website for a wider selection. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and gave us space to decide what we wanted. We came in for coffee, but both of us ended up getting tea. My best friend and I decided to stop here on a whim because we wanted to try something new. This location was perfect! The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and our drinks were absolutely delicious! My friend tried their "Iced Chai Tea Latte" w/ whole milk and I got the "Iced Matcha Latte" w/ almond milk, vanilla, and strawberry. Delicious coffee. Welcoming shop. Wonderful staff. We drove up and grabbed some coffees. I ordered the Creme Caramel and was extremely happy with the coffee. It was sweet but not overwhelming. My sister ordered an Asiago bagel with egg and cheese and said she absolutely loved it. Flavored well and cooked perfectly. The coffee and tea my boyfriend and sister ordered they both loved. This place is adorable. I take my son to the parks over in this area, and I just love this place. Let me start out by saying that I hate Starbucks. The coffee is always burnt there, and so I go to local shops and businesses like Sweetwaters when I want something delightful. The coffee quality is very good here, and the service is also wonderful. I went on my first trip and the female owner came up with this drink for me. She listened to what I wanted and created this for me. I like the taste of coffee, good-soul enhancing coffee that engulfs you in caffeinated magic. I do not like overly sweet drinks, but I like rich flavor. And behold this drink was born! I also tried the breakfast bagels, the muffins, and a pretzel sandwich to give the place an overall rating. The pretzel was for the Bf, don't worry I didn't eat all of this by myself. He likes súper sweet drinks and ordered the coco cafe which is essentially a decadent chocolate milkshake with coffee and whip. He was also in love. Everything here is fantastic. I do think the muffins and specialty espresso are the best. I also think it's great that two people with opposite tastes can go here and still get exactly what they like. The overall ambiance is cute, and I love that they showcase a local artist. It's very cute! It's nice to have another coffee shop besides Starbucks around south Denton. As much as I like the coffee shop in downtown Denton, it's inconvenient if you don't live nearby with the traffic and difficulty to find parking. They had just been open about a week when I went. I ordered their brewed coffee, I thought it was decent but I thought the flavor was a little flat. I seem to be rare breed when it comes to coffee, I like good, brewed coffee and don't like the sugar/coffee mix that most seem to prefer. They have a large number of different coffee drinks similar to Starbucks and others. Next time I might try their espresso and I might like that. They had a very large pastries selection with pretty much anything you can imagine. I tried their brownie which was a pretty big. It was quite good, I would definitely considering getting it again. They also had some tasting treats you could try. They have lot's of seating inside and they also had 5-6 tables outside. read more

Really wanting a tea place in Denton county other than one restaurant called anderman's I believe to have chrysanthemum tea! The seats are nice for people my height, but I could see others shorter than 6 foot being an issue. They are very narrow and high up. Very clean and organized. Update. The one girl I loved to make my drinks no longer works there. Since then on our more recent visits it hasn't been that great. They had delicious almond croissants and they changed them. Now wherever they get them isn't even half as good as the original. I don't care for their matcha at all. My drink is made right about 60% of the time. My husband went and got me a latte this morning and it tasted like water. He waited forever and I didn't have the heart to tell him it wasn't right as he was getting late for work due to waiting... It was supposed to be a large oatmilk latte with an extra shot and a little bit of chai syrup. They try to make a chai tea latte with a shot added half the time when I order that. That is not the same thing at all. It's a bummer because it has a nice environment and it's a good location. My husband only like peppermint white chocolate mocha and every time he tries to order that, they try to push their peppybark mocha on him or just flat out make that drink anyway- which is not the same. He doesn't like brown mocha or chocolate in his drinks. The lemon bars are yummy and they have some little coconut bar that's good. We get tiramisu sometimes. It's good but def overpriced for what it is and size. I have mixed feelings about this place now. It's prob still better than Starbucks... I'd go here out of convenience, but not one of my top picks anymore. read more
