I used to come here often but on my last visit the staff was incompetent and rude over an error on their part. One of my drinks was skipped and I accidentally grabbed the wrong drink and then brought it back in unopened. They realized they skipped me and started making my drink. They made the wrong drink and I asked politely if they can make the drink I paid for ( I showed on my receipt the correct drink) so after waiting over 30 minutes for this one drink I asked what they would do with the first drink they made. It looked good and wanted to try it. I asked if they would give me the first drink as a nice gesture but they declined and threw it away. So not only did they waste my time but also decided to waste a perfectly good drink I could had tried along with my correct drink. Very good tap, and a variety of options to choose from wether it be the drink or the boba flavors. I've been here so many times I've lost count. The boba was great and the popcorn was surprisingly good. Overall the environment of the store was modern and quite clean for you to study.

The place is very spacious and trendy atmosphere for teenagers. The prices are quite high for an establishment along Kroger's on Spencer. I've been around most Asian specialties all my life being Asian too, their bubble teas are not that great to command such higher prices. The Banh-mi is not that "well stocked" sandwich too compared to Hongkong's deli which is a dollar cheaper. read more

The young lady at the register that wears glasses with dark hair was super rude. She basically threw my order on the counter and rolled her eyes and walked away. When I asked her for something she completely ignored me and sat down in the corner and got on her phone. I loooooooove this place, so cute on the inside, workers are so nice! I'm actually a regular customer there , they know my order pretty well. This is by far one of my favorite tapioca/milk tea shops in Southeast Houston and Houston in general. I would typically go out of my way to drive to Chinatown to get my fix, since none of the shops near by could quite get it right. However, Sweet Lemon nails it and makes quality drinks in addition to snacks. I would recommend the popcorn chicken which is flavorful and tender. As for drinks, you can't go wrong with any of the options, but by far my favorite is the the wintermelon milk tea. read more

The place is spacious, they have a nice couch area to Relax and tables for bigger groups. They also have board games, Netflix playing in the background, and the music is not so loud that you can't have a conversation. Service is polite but not overly friendly (my favorite). Out of all the tapioca places that I've been to, this place has got to be my all time favorite. Everything about this place, from the drinks to the snacks, are very cheap and delicious. The sunset lemonade has to be one of my favorite drinks from this place as it's bursting with the taste of raspberry. As for the foods, I highly recommend the Vietnamese sandwiches and the cajun seasoned fries. Each of them cooked and seasoned perfectly. I've been here multiple times and I'm in love!! I've tried a different drink every single time and have yet to be disappointed. The spicy popcorn chicken is honestly my favorite as well as the side sauce they provide. Very sweet staff and if you ever have a problem they never hesitate to fix any issue. If you have great food but terrible customer service, it's not worth coming. First, I tried making small talk (no one behind me) to figure out the drink I wanted because I couldn't remember the name. She didn't even bother to help. I figured it out. She didn't look at me in the eye at all while taking my order or when dropping it off to me and turned midway as if she couldn't leave my presence fast enough. This was my first time here and there's no reason for her to be so rude. My order was wrong as well. Then when I tried to come in she basically said I ordered wrong. For a new business you would think that they would have friendly people in front to represent your company? Or maybe bc this is a "hipster" place they want that "whatev" vibe? There's not a lot of Vietnamese or bubble tea choices here in Pasadena. This place is good enough though. The spring rolls were big and good, the bahn mi was good, but the tea I ordered was just okay. The boba wasn't made correctly and was kind of hard instead of gummyish. read more

So at first me and my cousin were dissatisfied with the customer service and provided the place with a two star rating. however after considering the owner reaching out and actually listening to my concerns, i find that i really appreciate it. Also the only reason i gave a bad review in the first place was because of the customer service i was provided. As for the food , drinks , and atmosphere i find that it is very a nice hang out place with great drinks and food. It is a place you should at least try once.
