That being said the lounge area is nicely placed with ample seating and tables for small gatherings. Snacks and various food options are additionally available. The staff are nice and friendly but I didnt have much interaction to note more. Now the gritty; the popcorn chicken is honestly a mixed bag. While it is fairly juicy and pairs well with the thai chili sauce, it in itself is rather bland and honestly disappointing. The spicy powder on top adds a teeeeeeeny kick but doesnt do much when its just flavorless chicken. The teas are actually really good though. Half sweet is a good enough sweetness for me and the toppings work really well with each. I'll stick to the drinks next time.

We got their milk tea with boba and durian smoothie, which I always commend a place that will have it for nostalgia sakes. The flavoring of the durian smoothie is really light so don't fear the typical smell but don't expect deep flavors either. There are different options of fruit ears and coffee/frap as well. Overall, I am satisfied with this spot for your typical boba cravings. They are currently running a special of buy 5 get one 1 which is always a hit.

Upon entry you are welcomed with a very spacious lobby, brightly lit, soothing music, cute decor throughout and welcoming staff. 10/10 We ordered the Mango Smoothie, here is where it's a bit tricky. The smoothie according to my son and the small sip I took, stated that it tasted a bit bland. I could taste the mango but it was subtle and maybe it's because they used more natural flavors, I'm not sure but it just wasn't what we are used to. Again, it's probably an us issue but we weren't fans. Now I will say I'd like to come back and try something different so we can try other items. 7/10 Customer service was on point 10/10z Definitely give this cute spot a try

Happie Boba Shop is hands-down one of the best boba spots around and definitely a must-visit. What…read morestood out right away was how balanced the drinks are--not overly sweet like some other places, but still full of rich, creative flavors. Every drink was thoughtfully made and looked just as good as it tasted. The presentation is beautiful, making it one of those places where you almost don't want to drink it because it's so pretty. We tried several drinks, and each one was unique. Our absolute favorites were Purple Rain--light, refreshing, and paired perfectly with lychee jelly--and Taro Ocean, which put a fun twist on the traditional taro drink by adding graham crackers at the bottom. That little addition was such a surprise and honestly made the drink unforgettable. You can tell the menu is crafted with creativity, and it makes you want to come back to try everything. All the drinks are customizable. Service was quick, and overall ordering was very easy. Overall, Happie Boba Shop nails it across the board: delicious and inventive drinks, a clean and comfortable environment, and easy access. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, refreshing, and satisfying boba experience.

Did you know that they serve the viral peach AND manga shaped ice creams here?! I might come back to Boba & More Xpress if I'm in the area. I didn't taste any matcha whatsoever--it just tasted like milk with a hint of pistachios from the cold foam and nuts on top. I even mixed it up all the way 10 times in circles. No Matcha flavor at all. I didn't even finish it; I tossed it once I got home. At $8+, it's an overpriced drink for the Matcha quality used--or rather, for the amount of matcha they actually put in. I'm too scared to try anything else from this place lol.

Some of the tables have booth seating, and the booths are really comfortable. My 1 star off is for the electric outlets - quite a few of them don't work, which can be frustrating if you're there for a few hours for studying As for the food and drink... it's Gong Cha, an international chain, so it will be as you expect from any other location. I find that Gong Cha has some of the most "tea" tasting tea ever. The hibiscus tea, for example, tastes exactly like freshly brewed tea, without any artificial flavored syrups. And recently, I've gotten very obsessed with their croffles, which are the perfect blend of crispy and gooey sweetness
