My first time here and it was aesthetically simple. Cute minimalistic decor. The menu is also very vast. I tried the jasmine milk tea with tapioca today and the drink itself is perfect. However the tapioca pearls tasted very hard and chewy (almost like it was made the day before). Will most likely come back to try other flavors and update more. read more

It was sad to see that Chaboba would be closing since there weren't many good boba places around this area, but then it was announced that another boba shop would be taking its place and I couldn't wait to try it out once it opened. I was a bit concerned about whether or not it'd have good drinks, but I still decided to stop by to give it a try, and I'm absolutely in love. They had a good amount of drinks on their menu, and it was hard to decide what to try. (They also serve food!) I ended up ordering the tropical fruit tea since its visual interested me on the menu, and I made a good choice, because that was delicious! I'll definitely be stopping by this place again sometime in the future. :) read more

WARNING: If you go to "Gotcha Boba" on 646. You may get a rancid drink like this one The sea salt foam was curdled and tasted terrible! I took it back and they refused to make me another drink. She told me that the mango and the sea salt foam reacted together and since I ordered it this way it was "my fault". I told her that I was going to review them on Facebook and she told me to go ahead. I told her that she knew nothing about customer service and that there were plenty other Asian tea places around. She didn't care. So if you would like to waste your money on obvious out of date ingredients, please feel free. I won't be patronizing this place ever again. The other other owners when it was "Cha Boba" would have never done this. Shame on them! read more

Wide variety of flavors and drinks, I got the taro milk tea and the strawberry tea, the drinks themselves were very good, flavorful but not overly sweet. Service was prompt and only 3 minutes after ordering, we received our drinks. The boba was a little soft for my liking, but a like a chewier boba. Tried for the first time just a few days ago and I was nothing short of impressed! They had a wide variety of different drinks (smoothies, fruit teas, specialty drinks, milk teas, etc.), toppings, and even food snacks. I haven't had the food here, but the drinks are excellent. I absolutely enjoyed my milk tea! Very clean, very "covid compliant" (masks, distancing, etc). The order was processed very quickly and I didn't have to wait long at all :) I was having a hard time finding some good milk tea, so I'm glad I stumbled into this place. I got the pina colada smoothie with boba, it was straight TRASH. Tasted like suntan lotion, just gross. The boba was not a good consistency either. We also got the strawberry smoothie with tapioca, just fake powder tasting. Some of the tapioca was hard as a rock. Just gross, I wish cha boba never closed. Don't waste your $5 read more

so yesterday was my first experience here with my best friend and i got what sounded the most simple which was a strawberry fruit tea. it was absolutely disgusting and really bland. the boba was very hard it was like biting into ice not to mention it was also horrid. spend 10 dollars here for two drinks and it was the biggest waste of money. this place really is cute too. just wish they had better drinks. read more

Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. Now y'all know I love Sinfull Bakery cinnamon rolls, but I wanted to try the ones here. The cinnamon roll here was doughy and dense. The vegan oreos base was crumbly and the filling was too sweet for my liking. Now, the pecan pie is divine! It taste just like my mum's (not vegan) one. The filling is maple syrup and the pecans taste roasted. Oh my goodness, it's so good. I didn't order one for Thanksgiving, but by that Saturday I called to see if they had any. Absolutely yes! I loved the taste. The service has always been the best. I walk in with a smile and am greeted with a smile. The ladies at the counter are patient and don't rush you when you're deciding. Everything is packed neatly, but also no cross-contamination (between vegan and gluten free items) with handling as new gloves are used for each customer. I recommend this business!

I always enjoy coming here! The atmosphere is super chill and relaxing, and the place is consistently clean and well-maintained. One of my favorite things is the claw machines. They regularly switch out the stuffed animals and prizes, which keeps things fun and gives me a reason to keep coming back to see what new stuffies they have. I explained that we simply wanted hibiscus mango tea with lychee jelly and boba, and I was explicitly told there would be no added sugar in the drinks. When I tasted mine, it was unbearably sweet--honestly, it tasted like Kool-Aid. I brought it back to the counter because this was clearly not what I had asked for. Only then was I told that the mango syrup they use is already sweetened. Had that been explained when I ordered--especially after I specifically asked about the sugar--I absolutely would not have ordered it that way. I wasn't asking them to remake the drinks because I changed my mind or didn't like the flavor. I ordered based on incorrect information their employee gave me. Yet when I asked if they could remake the drinks without the sweetened mango syrup, I was told I would have to pay an additional 50% for each drink. That is incredibly poor customer service. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but when a customer specifically asks about an ingredient, is given incorrect information, and purchases multiple drinks based on that information, the appropriate response is to simply correct the order--not charge the customer again for the business's mistake. We would have been perfectly happy with plain hibiscus tea, lychee jelly, and boba. I wasn't looking for anything for free; I simply wanted the drinks I thought I was purchasing based on what I was told. Unfortunately, their unwillingness to rectify such a simple issue left a very bad impression and is not a way I would choose to do business.
