The service is great, they text you when your order is ready and they even say your name in a singsong way lol. I like that they have a new seasonal flavor to try each time I come. Picture it, Wednesday morning at 8:20 AM only one customer working on her laptop. I was the only customer in line, and the young lady working behind the counter did not acknowledge me for -2 minutes. She was walking back and forth behind the counter, but no "good morning" nor greeting nor "be with you in a minute." This is a cafe in the morning hours after all. I walked out and went to damn Starbucks instead. Ugh. After experiencing bad service upstairs a while back and now this experience tells me this establishment needs to better train their employees even if they are college students.
