Here we are, trying Nanna's, withh an outdoor seating, got in line to order, found the seats where I wanted to seat outside patio, and in exactly 20 mins. (I timed them), our food was delivered! I picked the Grilled Spinach & Artichokes. "Grilled spinach, mozzarela, artichokes, parmessan, Greek yogurt with Swiss Cheese." Top of the Lunch Menu says: "Sandwiches, Burgers & Wraps all include choice of: Fries, Housemade Chips, Macaroni salad, fruit, soup or side salad". I asked if I could have mine in a WRAP. Which they did. I ordered the soup, Broccoii & Potato Chowder or something like that. Which was too filling. We shared. In my wrap, I noticed something RED. I wasn't sure what it was. It blend in together with the cheese, maybe yogurt? (I messaged their FB site, and was told, it's probably red pepper. With the soup, I was full, but I saved half of my wrap, but ate the crackers & part of hubby's chips. Hubby ordered Steak Burger, with added cheese & bacon extra. It was good, he ate every bite. He saved some chips for me, to have for my lunch with my wrap. (What a cool guy!) The restroom was unique and very well decorated. Customer service was good and asked us several times how our meals were. The outside is covered with hanging, very healthy pothos and fresh cut flowers on each tables. I like that a lot. BTW: What is the name of those little tiny sunflowers? I might bring my church group here, if only they come & take our orders, let me know for 2027. Some of the ladies, don't like standing in line, if you know what I mean? They're older than me.

I ordered the Hope's Mess with eggs over easy, a biscuit, and sausage patty and the youngster ordered the Huevos Rancheros. I was told that Hope was now living my wife's ideal life while her partner lived mine. Hope rolled in later and the partner was there first thing so she was not there. We got drinks as well and waited a perfectly reasonable time for our food. Rich, creamy country gravy, perfectly cooked eggs, good coffee. My companion enjoyed his food also, but since it's not my spouse, I didn't feel comfortable stealing a bite to report directly. Always a pleasure to stop in, bring a sticky bun home, and visit with nice people in the community.

Posting my review here because the owner claims I don't know what place I'm talking bout. Only one sweet bettys I know and it's this one. This is not a fake review. Owner is now claiming that the service was not good because it was busy. As a normal restaurant. Even during the covid. Should be able to Accommodate any table. Why is a 12 top any different. ??? Any other restaurant would have been fine with a 12 top. Like I said that place hires super inexperienced servers not fit for a rush on the daily. Can't even handle a big table. I've handles a 24 top perfectly fine. a rush should not depend how great a service should be too they actually should be at there prime during a rush and be able to handle whatever is coming. Love the new scene or the new location.. but your costumers service needs to be fixed. We got there the hostess was really quiet and super unwelcoming. She was awkward. Felt like I needed to do all the talking. we made a reservation. Was told to come back once a text was received. Waited over an hour so we just went back and suddenly a table was ready. I'm thinking if we never came back we would have been waiting even longer for a " text " for our table to be ready. We were not really attended as much and the food just wasn't a worth the wait. our waiter barely check on us. Looks like you hired a bunch of kids instead of experienced people. Already went twice and was disappointed. Never again will we be going and I'm definitely telling other not to go. You guys were better at your old location. And the servers were way better. We used to eat at that location as regulars and it's upsetting that it's no longer the same. Upgrade your staff to a more experienced crew. serving skills need to be upgraded so does the kitchen. As someone who has worked in restaurants service for almost 10 years this was pretty disappointing read more

I haven't been here since the move to the new location and WOW! The new space is bright and perfectly decorated. The food was wonderful and the service was amazing. Our server had the right mix of making sure we were ok while not asking a question when we had a mouthful of food. LOL, you can't teach that! I had the benedict and extra crispy hash browns. I can tell right away the hash browns weren't from a big bag of frozen potatoes. My partner had the biscuits and gravy. The food was great and the portions were perfect. There was a little bit of a wait, (15 minutes) but don't go out to brunch on a sunday if you can't handle a little wait. Our meal was worth the wait. The only thing I didn't understand: no one wears uniforms, totally cool and part of the vibe, but the hostess was wearing sweats and a huge T-shirt. She looked like she was in pajamas. Been to this restaurant over a dozen times in the past few years............ I'm in absolute shock that this place has such high ratings. Worst service every single time I've been in! All the servers I've had has attitude and if you look around you usually see staff on their phones instead of greeting customers. The food is mediocre and personally over priced. Plus just word of advice to the owner Stop using baby bottles for milk.. it's gross or at least replace the bottles more often they look like you found them in a free box out on the streets of Se Portland. Like honestly wow, get it together Gresham, if you call this place good I'm serious afraid of what you truly think is the best. Personally go to polar king, Blackbear, even to bandits in Troutdale if you want good food and good service for breakfast. read more

Visited this place for Breakfast. ordered: Eggs Benedict- we are vegetarian and I specifically mentioned waitress for no meat option and she noted down avacado instead of beacon on my plate. Half way through my meal I find a thin slice of meat. I spoke to waitress and she did not even bother to apologize. All I got back was "let me get you a new one with no meat" I am surprised this place is running with such lousy waitresses and nobody cares? Huevos rancheros - tasted nice but home fries were under cooked. Garden omlette - only thing that was tasted above avg on the table. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you are okay with meat. read more

Mediocre menu, chicken fried steak that's frozen and reheated, and a new location that isn't nearly as cool as the old one. Plus, the owner is nuts and has a bad reputation among former employees. Since the pandemic she's complained numerous times on FB about workers being lazy because she can't fill her open positions (which she was also advertising for ridiculously low pay). The owner here fancies herself as a social justice warrior, but turns out she's just another whiney boss with a so-so restaurant. Slow service, no shading on the patio, no evolution of the menu, bland hashbrows, eggs always slightly overcooked... you get the idea. read more

Completely wowed by the sign that greets you at the front door. They are more concerned about flipping tables than you staying and enjoying your meal and company. If you want to linger - other than waiting forever for crap service and rudeness - then turn around and leave because that is what their sign says. Read the pic attached. BTW-I love loud music and I'm always patient with staff as long as they are friendly. You will not find friendly here or ppl in training. You find a restaurant with an attitude. Not to mention their sign looks like it should be a porn shop. read more

Love this spot. When we moved to "farther out" portland, we were a little bummed by the lack of good brunch offerings but when we found this spot it became our go to. The food is consistently delicious, their politics are spot on (as a queer couple, we feel welcome!), and the new spot is bright and lovely. We've had Cheyenne as our server for the last 2 times we've been and so far she has been our absolute favorite! Will be regulars for years to come. P.S. the chicken fried steak is LEGIT read more

We book private parties there as well as bring our friends and family there for the first time. They have a full bar, great bartenders, and the food is wonderful! Love love love! I really love this place! I usually order omlette with pancake and hushbrown, and it's a bomb! Pancake comes with soft butter like other places do, but this pancake is so soft and perfect combo with syrub compared to anyother place. Love their quality! read more

They serve Sisters Coffee... definitely above average! All of the drinks are fairly priced. They also have a food menu with breakfast and lunch items. I tried the breakfast wrap and the peach salsa included was delicious! The service here is not fast. So... not a great option if you're in a hurry. But they seem to take their time in a way that meticulous and not inconsiderate. I did have to wait longer than expected, but without asking, the barista gave me a coupon for a free drink on my next visit for the inconvenience. Outstanding customer service! The bathrooms are clean. Parking is easy. And there's something undeniably comfortable about this atmosphere that's just right regardless of your mood.
