I don't know what the other 2 yelpers experienced, but in my visits, the hospitality and customer service at both of their restaurants have been consistently top-notch. I've been a regular at their Saatvik's restaurant in Fremont, which is how I first got to know their food and their family. It's a family-run place--not a corporate chain--and you can really feel that personal touch. There's something special about supporting a small business that delivers authentic, home-style flavors. I always order the Delhi-style Chole Bhature, and I highly recommend you do the same. It's the only place in the Bay Area that truly gets this dish right. I was born in New Delhi, and this brings back the flavors I miss every day. As for the ambiance, this location is more spacious and polished than Saatvik's, which is definitely a plus. Don't skip the kheer--it was a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back soon!

Second day - soft opening. Service was good, ensured our food had arrived. Decent ambiance too. Operating on Limited menu during the soft opening. Chaap was great.

Weekend Thali (unlimited) - kheer, baingan Bharta, paneer shahi, rajma, raita, roti and rice with pickles

Good food, the weekend Thali was nice, satvik, very home-style food. Warm rotis out of the Tava were delightful. My favorite was kathal (jackfruit) curry and their Rice kheer (pudding) was indeed mouth watering. Good vibes, family like environment. The Bombay Sandwich took a little longer to arrive but had great flavors (would have liked chutney condiments). Overall a good addition to Bay area Indian vegetarian food.(They have their other parent restaurant called Satvik at Fremont). The menu is short/limited till 4/5. Good luck to them for their full launch, looking forward

As you might have guessed based on the font choice of the front sign, this is definitely run by members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai group, and if you know other restaurants run by this group, you will know what to expect here as well. The food is accordingly Asian fusion with a healthy dose of Vietnamese, and features a lot of fresh and tasty vegetables and the obligatory slightly odd naming scheme, heh. My husband and I happen to really enjoy the food at these types of places, and Blossom Vegan was happily no exception. I got the vegetable chow fun dish, which was loaded with nice veggies, and my husband got the tofu banh mi (which I think was called a Saigon sandwich or something like that). Both were great! The decor is actually a little less strongly influenced by the Supreme Master Ching Hai branded items than some other such places, and I think the wall mural is cute. The location is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and reasonably attentive, but it seems you do go up front to pay rather than paying at the table. I don't anticipate being in this area again soon, but I am happy to know a location like this is out here for any future excursions into the area! We'll definitely be back again if that happens!

Because once they try the food, their perceptions always change. Curry vermicelli soup was great but super rich, so I would pair it with the spring rolls/avocado rolls/mushu mushu to balance the creamy coconut soup. As usual the eggplant tofu and pho were delicious :)

The service was also amazing everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Everything we ordered was delicious. I had the huevos rancheros, breakfast potatoes, sourdough French toast, and a blackberry mojito, and I enjoyed everything. The sourdough French toast was definitely my favorite it had such a good balance of sweetness, and the sourdough flavor cut through it just enough that it wasn't overly sweet or cloying. And my boyfriend, who isn't vegan, ended up finishing the French toast, which is how I KNOW it was objectively delicious The blackberry mojito was also delicious and super refreshing for brunch. I also love that they have outdoor seating, and the area around the restaurant is really cute to walk around and explore afterward. Overall, such a great brunch spot with delicious food, adorable vibes, great service, and plenty to explore nearby. I'd definitely come back to try out the their lunch options

Though not officially advertised, I think the place is Punjabi, the rajma chawal is a clear giveaway. The biggest compliment I can give them is that the food was not overly spiced or oiled, which a majority of Indian restaurants are guilty of in order to satisfy the customers. I find that to be 'cheating' in a way, where they are not confident of their abilities to truly shine through the flavor of the dish they're cooking. Clove instead brings out the authentic flavors of the different dishes, like the dal and the aloo by using gentle spices, kadi patta and a bit of ghee. It's like having dessert in Asian countries and actually tasting the underlying flavors like ube, or lemon, or matcha, and not just tasting an overload of sugar. Another funny note. My wife's stomach felt totally fine after, and she usually is queasy after rich restaurant food, especially Indian. Also loved that the roti did not come lathered in ghee and came plain with some simple onions on top. Very authentic. Service was fantastic.

This place is definitely pretty tiny, but I think the food here really hits the spot. I think it is hearty and delicious. I definitely wouldn't mind coming back to enjoy some more dishes next time around.

We sat down and while browsing the menu briefly, we realized the options were are vegetarian and there were no meat options. My partner was slightly disappointed, but he ordered one of the thali options, and I ended up getting the chole bhature. The thali was a bit underwhelming, the daal was alright, but other curry dishes were not super appetizing and there was one sauce that seemed a bit sour and watery. However, I couldn't identify the distinct flavors, so it wasn't something that left an impression. I did enjoy the kheer (rice pudding), as my partner is not a fan of dessert. The chole bhature was our favorite, as the fresh, puffy bread and the chickpea curry was spicy and flavorful and we enjoyed it quite a bit. I had initially planned to order something else, and ended up changing my mind last minute. I'm glad we tried the chole bhature, totally worth it! The bhel puri (puffed rice) dish that came with the thali was pretty good too, as it had a nice mix of toppings & savory flavors. Customer service was excellent and attentive, I had mentioned that we had a reservation and were short on time, so they were quick with bringing out our order. They did initially forget the tea that was part of the thali, but I alerted a staff member and they brought it out promptly. Same thing for requesting the check or asking for take out boxes, it was efficient and the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. It's also great the restaurant offers monthly specials, and the interior was pretty standard but had a good amount of seating. I'd likely return to try other chaat items on the menu. Possibly worth visiting if you're in the area and looking for a flavorful, vegetarian meal.

Personally, I like Sultan's best of the 3 after trying them all. The service was very attentive and friendly, they were consistently checking on us and offering us water/tea. Food was generally good but I think it's way overpriced for what you get. We ordered the family breakfast tray, which comes with two organic eggs (sunny-side up), fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, feta cheese, chechil cheese, kashkaval cheese, acuka (spicy walnut spread), black and green olives, strawberry jam, apricot jam, honey butter, and Turkish tea. Personally, for $43, it was much too expensive. It was laid out very pretty and tasted good but I don't think that's $43 worth of food. The Turkish bagel and the acuka were for sure the highlights and would much rather have another savory dip than 2 jams for example. We also ordered the lamb chops, and I'm actually most disappointed in this one. We requested medium-rare and got very well done. My friend even initially asked for one to very rare for me to the waitress since that's how I prefer it but I told them we should just do them all the same since that was doing too much, but somehow, it came out very well done anyway and agreed we should have asked for rare. :') It was tough to cut, we definitely had to use the steak knife to cut it. Lastly, we had the babaganoush with some bread. I wouldn't say it's the best babaganoush I've had, I think it was a bit bland and didn't have the classic smokey flavor that you typically get. It was still a solid dish though. I did enjoy the tea, it tasted pretty similar to oolong tea. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and would unlikely come back.
