Loved this restaurant located on a corner in wynwood. They have plenty of outdoor seating decoded with wooden swings and tables for a chic vibe. We decided to sit inside because it was very hot that day and were seated right away. They offer a great happy hour menu, and happy hour times so it will be a great restaurant to go to if you are locally in the area. The menu prices are very affordable as there is something for everyone, it is a Peruvian Asian style food and believe me. Everything was delicious. One of the rolls we got were 17$ but it was one of the popular one and boy was it worth it, it was good amount of fish and filling. All the other items we tried from the happy hour menu which was only about 9$ each and so worth it. The happy hour ceviche was the perfect size and full of fresh white fish. Our server was so nice and would literally tale the time to explain menu items to us if not clearly understood. He made the experience even better. We will be back here soon! I wish I had discovered this place sooner! I always go to wynwood and I have finally stopped by Suviche. It's such a cute restaurant from inside and outside. There's tons of various seating areas, some can also be seated on a swing by the bar. The service was good. Our food came out fast also. The food that I had ordered were both good! I got the arroz chaufa with chicken and full seafood ceviche. Both my entrees were flavorful and I enjoyed eating it. I will definitely stop by more often at this gem. read more

Every time I eat here at SuViche I have had nothing but an absolute amazing experience. I usually choose to sit outside at the bar because the bartender is always is a positive mood and works real fast. It's never a bad idea to sit at the bar while ordering drinks for lunch lol. Food needs to improve a lot! I tryied mahi-mahi ceviche ushhhhhhh first it was salty and the fish really taste like it was frozen for a long time.! My sis and I tried Lomo Saltado! I used to frequent the Doral location multiple times a week but since i moved to the wynwood area I tried this location. Unfortunately, three times I have given this location a chance and every time it was a bad experience. The first time I went in to the location and the ceviche was good but the service was the absolute worst. My server disappeared and I couldn't tell them my "michelada" was disgusting and the mix was rancid. I waited to try to get it changed but by the time they came back I had already finished my food and was over the idea of drinking. I also had to walk up to the bar to get more water and the bartender forgot about me after going inside and talking to his coworkers for a good 10 minutes.... As I work in hospility I decided to just not bother with mentioning it and cut my losses. I then decided to order it from DoorDash the next time and the order was completely wrong. I figured, It was a DoorDash issue but then today I ordered the same thing and they made the exact same mistake again. It is truly puzzling to order a Aguachili ceviche that is supposed to be green in color and get an orange ceviche. Not once but twice. Maybe the chef is colorblind. I don't know. The flavor was also trash and unlike the refreshing and balanced flavors I have recieved and the other location. Then the other dish, the ceviche natural... which is just the basic plain old normal ceviche.... Showed up and was the ceviche SuVama... again.... Not once, but twice..... like they legit just don't care what they serve. The three or four people these dishes went through to get in a bag and be delivered to me... just don't give a sh.... I ordered a side of avocado and it was brown.... Like why even serve brown avocado?? How was that seen and allowed to be bagged for delivery? I'm a chef as well and I understand being busy or having staffing issues but just completely disregarding what people order, quality and then also throwing the food in the bag so sloppily the leche de Tigre has completely soaked the bag and the ceviche is bone dry...... like come on.... It's beyond disappointing at this point it's aggravating. This location is really doing the rest of the company a disservice and I truly hope it's addressed. The location and concept has a lot of potential, but the lack of care from those who are executing the physicality of it all really shows. read more

Currently craving the truffle roll. A bit lackluster in presentation, but the lighting is so dim its easy to bypass. I could really taste the truffle which was refreshing because sometimes its faintly done. I love that you have the option to get half rolls so you can try other dishes on the menu. I got the Aji Amarillo Shrimp ceviche extra spicy which was good, but not amazing. Then again I haven't tried some of the other ceviches in the area so I can't compare. I can say the TunaTarTar was very one note and I wasn't too enthused after eating it. Very dope ambiance and vibe with some of the chairs being swings. Jay our server was very helpful and kind. Maybe I'm a little difficult because I had just came back from a month trip in Peru. But the ceviche and the pisco sours weren't great. Though I was happy they even made pisco sours. Parking can be difficult on weekend nights as it's only street parking. I do love the decor and their swings which is always fun. read more

So my cousin who lives in Miami really likes Suviche and told me that she likes the sushi here (which is saying something because she doesn't normally like sushi... I know, I don't get her either) BUT I just unfortunately couldn't agree. Mostly, I was really disappointed by the ceviche, which is a shame because normally I love ceviche! The flavor wasn't what I was expecting, the tostones were way too hard, and overall it didn't taste like ceviche that I've had before. The sushi was fine, but nothing spectacular, and I think the only reason my cousin "likes" the sushi is because they have a bang bang shrimp roll, which in my opinion doesn't truly count as sushi and was pretty standard bang bang shrimp ‍ The location of Suviche is good though and the decor is cool. The swings looked fun and the drinks were decent, I heard they have a nice happy hour too! The staff were all really friendly and there are obviously enough good reviews that it's possible the food just wasn't to my specific taste, but I wouldn't go get ceviche there again. read more

Is there a 6th star ?!?! Omg! I came here on vacation and it was fantastic- if I was a local, I'd be here allllllll the time. Covered porch seating with cute swinging benches, great drinks and great food, what more could you want !!? We had the spicy mango cocktail, the mule and the el santo - all were delicious and super cute. For our meal we had: Bang bang shrimp sushi (OMG yes!.. get this. You're welcome) The perfection roll - also delicious with REAL crab !! So much better than imitation crab The Lomo Saltado with udon noodles. If I could get this every night, this would be my go to! The noodles were cooked perfect. The steak was delicious. The meal is slightly spicy, so be careful if you don't like any spice. GET THIS MEAL. Everybody talks about this place so much. I'm still trying to figure out why. I came back to Suviche after previously having a bad experience with the bartender giving terrible service & forgetting to ring in my food and then had no remorse, didn't apologize and made it seem like it was my fault that she didn't place the order. After that I didn't want to return but my friend convinced me to. We came during happy hour on a Sunday around 3pm. Yes, they have happy hour on Sunday! We sat at the bar and I recognized the same bartender that gave me the bad experience from my previous visit . I told her I'm back in hopes that my experience is better this time. (FYI : I didn't mention that it was actually HER that gave me the bad experience) Her response was, "well, your already setting yourself up for bad luck." That response rubbed me the wrong way so we went to sit at a table for a server. I wanted to leave after that but my friend was really hungry. After we relocated, everything was great with our server. She was attentive and gave us amazing service. The coconut sushi is blan. Not much flavor. The TNT roll was a bit better . Much more flavorful only because of the sauce they add, spicy mayo and eel sauce. We also had a ceviche with mahi fish. For me it was too salty. But my friend loved it. To me the food here isn't to die for and lacks flavor. I guess it's for those who really love Peruvian ceviche. But I've had better sushi and better service else where. I was excited to try out suviche as Peruvian food is my absolute favorite and I've heard great things, however I must admit I was disappointed by the quality of the food. The ceviche itself was not very good at all - i got a mixed ceviche and the seafood was terrible. Seems to me like the shrimp, octopus and fish used to make the ceviche is poor quality - probably comes from a frozen bag mix. I tried a seafood bisque and empanadas which were okay but overall not recommendable in my opinion! The aesthetic of the restaurant is beautiful, very instagramworthy and we did receive great service! If you're looking for good Peruvian this is not it, however they do have a good happy hour menu for drinks! read more

Sushi and ceviche. These are two awesome things, and it's in a bustling neighborhood! On my last full day in Miami, I accompanied my friend and his buddy there. Unfortunately I didn't have the biggest appetite because of earlier shenanigans, but that's beside the point. Suviche is a spacious restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. And as their name suggests, there's plenty of sushi and ceviche on the menu, but they've got plenty of other cool appetizers and entrees as well! The vibe is definitely lively, and the servers are gracious. I didn't have any drinks, but the little taste of shrimp ceviche was nice and citrusy. I have gotten both take-out and dined it at this location. The service is quick and friendly, the establishment is clean. Both times we enjoyed all of our dishes (multiple rolls, spicy shrimp). Great happy hour spot in the middle of Wynwood. If you're looking for good sushi and Peruvian like me on a Tuesday afternoon, SuViche is your spot. Julio the manager was so attentive. He highly recommended I order the ceviche and I was happy I did! The tender juiciness of fish was everything! I love that pieces of avocado were in it too. The crispy tostones was a nice touch too. The Aji de gallina bombs were good too. Crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. The cheesy sauce was the best part too! Lastly, the spicy salmon roll was just perfect. Not too much rice and a good portion of salmon. I'd you love spicy Mayo like I do then you'll be happy to know this Mayo is better than most. I've had Peruvian food in NYC but until moving to South Florida, I didn't know what I was missing! So many good Peruvian places here. I think SuViche - Miami is one of them. We originally stopped here for lunch because it was the only place in Winwood that had a few bar seats for us without waiting. The vibe is hip and cool (especially the outdoor Pisco Bar), the food is fresh and like a blend of South American and Japanese. Our bartender was great and she was really working hard even though she had a finger wrapped up due to a bee sting. There are a lot of bees or yellow jackets here for some reason and it was a bit bothersome. Unfortunately because I was designated driver, I had a Diet Coke instead of Pisco. But the obviously freshly made Natural Ceviche was excellent! An explosion of flavors in my mouth. The fried fish was so tasty and cooked just right. Pescado Escabeche was dusted with Japanese panko crumb flakes and deep fried to a golden delicious. My mouth is watering as I type this. We will be back the next time we are in Winwood. Upon researching, I was delighted to see that they have some really unique seating outside along with a killer happy hour. Staff is friendly and attentive. I am interested in sitting at the bar next time, but everyone should sit in the swing chairs at least once in life. The complimentary crunchy corn is a unique addition to your drinks and meals. It tastes similar to sunflower seeds. The tunaki tataki and ceviche was phenomenal but the sushi roll was mediocre. I don't recommend getting sushi here at all, just stick with the ceviche. The location is super chill and convenient in wynwood. They even have cool swing seats! The service is standard - just wish that the table was cleaned before we sat down. I could just imagine my very uncoordinated self eating it head first as I attempted to take a sip of my pisco sour).
