They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best). Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!

Robert was able to get out there the next day. He gave a us quote to fix the four components and a price to replace. We decided to replace the unit since we're probably going to sell the house in the next few years, and given it was 18 years old would have probably become item Buyers would want replaced. Robert and his crew did a great job getting it replaced as quickly as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way and sent pics after it was installed since we don't live in the house. We were very happy with his fair price and excellent service. Hard to find these days.

JC was able to find a motor this morning, Monday, 5/18, and will be here to install it by noon today, at about 2/3 the cost of what others wanted. Have been using Chandler Air for 16 years now, and have absolutely no reason to stop! James was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. I have used Chandler Air for about 10 years now. I never plan on using any other company. Really have no idea how this place has good reviews. The owner of this company is a scammer, who…read moretries to bait new homeowners into expensive repairs they do NOT need. The owner of the company was the one who came to my house and wrote up a bunch of complete BS when diagnosing my system and attempted to extort me for almost 3 thousand dollars. After doing some research and realizing NO ONE in the AC business (except for these freaks) call a capacitor a 'phase shifter', I started to come to the suspicion that I was being scammed. Yes, a capacitor does shift the phase of the current relative to the voltage in an AC circuit, and its capacitive reactance will limit current... but this guy's terminology regarding the part was used to obfuscate the actual nature of the part, which is a $30 capacitor. Here's the real rub, though: After this, I had my system tested by TWO other separate unrelated AC companies, who came to extremely similar conclusions, who each had nearly identical readings (completely different readings than what this guy showed me), both of whom told me there are no outstanding or severely pressing issues with my system. It's not leaking refrigerant, like this guy said it was, this was also big time BS. The capacitor is fine and the readings, which they helped me understand, were perfectly within normal values. Pineapple also tried to make me pay for a $900 vent (incredibly overpriced and both other companies said they could install it waaay cheaper) to place on top of the unit to improve airflow, but did not mention that it would be USELESS and WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL without my neighbor also installing one on the unit placed next to mine. He said "try to convince your neighbor", and then went ahead and put a $900 vent on the quote, as if me convincing my neighbor to install a $900 vent was some kind of guarantee. Glaring oversight, stupidity, or complete racketeering? You decide! If you read this far and still choose this place, you are some kind of masochist who likes to waste hard earned money on swindlers.
