The starter omakase runs about $68. It was around seven courses plus dessert, and honestly, every dish pulled its weight. Bonus points to the server, who gave clear, thoughtful explanations. Menu-wise, don't expect a parade of rolls they're clearly nudging you toward the omakase experience. But if that's the goal, they're doing it right. All in all, a really enjoyable meal and one I'd happily circle back to, next time to explore more of the menu.

Darling and the team are just the best! The seared spice salmon is to die for!! 7 orders are placed within 30 seconds of being seated. Both were decent but I do have to say, I have high expectations for the dynamite appetizer so my opinion may be a little skewed.
