Beef Pho

So delicious, the pho was extremely flavorful. I highly recommend visiting this spot, you will not be disappointed!

Heaven and Earth - vegetarian/ vegan pho

The food is good. I like that there are vegan and vegetarian options. I've had vegan pho and the tofu vegetable stir fry. The restaurant is family owned and the servers are very nice older ladies. The only thing I'd say beware of pricing. If you go with more than two people, it can get really expensive because they hand write receipts and sometimes add on their own tips and other fees and do not match their menu prices. This is one of the main reasons I stopped going there.

Spring Rolls

Their food was delicious high quality ingredients I would give five stars, but the portion size is very small compared to how much you spend for the food. They had great presentation highly recommend will order again in the future.

Green Papaya is the closest Vietnamese restaurant to me. So I come here when I don't really feel like driving. It's in a strip mall and from the outside you can't tell if anyone is inside or if it's even open. However once inside it's a quaint, nice restaurant with good service. I've ordered the duck pho and the beef pho. I'm not particularly impressed with their pho broth. It doesn't have much flavor. I was also surprised they don't serve soy sauce with their condiments. They sell boba tea here but it only seems to be in smoothie form instead of simply iced. Overall the food is good but there are definitely much better Vietnamese restaurants in South Florida.

this is my 505th review of a restaurant on yelp...this is my first time i have encountered a fraudulent act. service was horrible. i did not leave a tip. the lady/owners placed a tip of 10.00 on my card. i am going to contact the restaurant...stay tuned for the outcome. lunch date..disappointing...wanted a great experience...i miss pho from the dmv area..broth had no depth of flavor..i will not return. the lady didn't seem to want us there anyway. she will not miss us and we certainly will not miss the bland noodles and broth. this is my 505th review of a restaurant on yelp...this is my first time i have encountered a fraudulent act. service was horrible. i did not leave a tip. the lady/owners placed a tip of 10.00 on my card. i am going to contact the restaurant...stay tuned for the outcome.

Small little place and family owned, but the food is always on point. The duck soup is my favorite.

This is an authentic Vietnamese spot. I came here because my sister raves about their pho, although…read moreI was craving something lighter on the stomach so I ordered the Bún Tôm Nướng. This bowl came with dry rice-vermicelli noodles and grilled shrimp plus veggies. It was so delicious and filling. I asked for a side of peanut sauce because I prefer it over the oil they provide on the side. The service was great, our server was very attentive and brought our food out fairly quick. Definitely have to come back to try their pho and bubble tea when I'm feeling a more heavier meal. Can't wait to go back! There is lots of parking because it's located in a shopping plaza.

I have said this several times, and I will say it again. I really, really wish that Yelp would give…read morehalf stars. I would give this place four and a half stars. Not quite five, due to the price and a few other factors (I try to give 5 stars sparingly otherwise what does 5 stars really mean???) but it is refreshing to finally find an establishment of Asian cuisine in Miami that serves food similar to what I am expecting. As I've said before, I'm from Minnesota, which people do not realize that there is a large South Asian population there and therefore a ton of great places to get pho. Therefore, I'm a pho snob. And this place feels like I am at home, on University Ave near Frogtown in St. Paul. The broth is aromatic, I can taste the star anise, the beef bone broth, and the accompaniments of culantro in addition the the usuals of thai basil, lime, bean sprouts is a nice added touch. The one thing that I will say is that when I got my bowl of Pho item #29, the meatball and rare steak, I went to do the noodle pull and was completely surprised when I pulled up noodles that looked like linguine! Rice noodle linguine! Not the usual "angel hair pasta-like," thin rice noodles that are in every single pho bowl I've ever eaten over the last several decades across the country (MN, NYC, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia...). I was so shocked that I asked the server what was going on. The server admitted that this was what the restaurant received as an export recently: the flat, wide rice noodles, and to get the regular pho noodles, it was only upon request. The server must have been able to see that I was flabbergasted because he offered to give me the same dish to go, but with the traditional noodles, free of charge!!! I also got the spring rolls, which were the usual that you could expect with the peanut dipping sauce and fresh crushed peanuts. The only thing that I have gripes about was the amount of rice noodles inside the roll. There were more rice noodles than other ingredients, which was disconcerting. Nevertheless, it is your standard spring roll with peanut sauce. It still satisfied my craving. I was also impressed by the tea! That sounds funny maybe, but they had a pot of loose leaf jasmine tea rather than tea bags, and I greatly appreciated the nod to real tea leaves. The place was clean, the service was great, and I will be back.
