I was recommended by a friend to try this pho place out and I'm glad I did! They were completely swamped on a Sunday evening. The line was out the door! We had a 20 min wait time, but we sat down earlier than that. The Inside has a lot of seating and there's outdoor seating as well. There was music playing, looked clean, and everyone seemed to be having a good time laughing and ordering food. We sat and ordered the spring roll. I prefer my spring roll with chicken only, but here it comes with pork and shrimp. This was different to me, but I gave it a try. My fiancé really liked it, but I'll stick to the chicken lol. We then ordered the chicken pho and it was perfect for a chilly night in South Florida. I do think I it could have had more chicken in it, but it's one of the better pho's I've had. My visit would not have been compete if I didn't order boba! I had the taro milk tea. It tasted yummy but it was missing the boba... when I asked our waiter about this he said they didn't have the tapioca pearls (boba). I wish I would have known this beforehand. Our server Logan was great! He was friendly, attentive, and had a good attitude the whole time. He made sure to check on us, no matter how busy he got with the other customers. This place was so busy when we went, but we got our food on time, the food wasn't cold, and it tasted good. We will definitely be coming back again!

Best Pho in broward hands down. Service is always great, just wish they were open later.

I happened to be in the Pines area with my boss, and she invited me to try some Vietnamese food. I had noticed a few pho spots around Broward but had never actually tried it before. Let me just say, everything tasted absolutely delicious. We started with shrimp spring rolls, and I ordered the shrimp pho. Both were amazing. The restaurant had a wide variety of options on both the drink and food menus, which makes it a great place for anyone new to Vietnamese cuisine. The vibe was a perfect mix of classy and casual. I loved the décor, and my boss mentioned it didn't always look that way, so they must have redecorated recently. Whoever designed the space did an incredible job. The service was excellent, and the food was so comforting. I actually wish I had discovered pho a few weeks ago when I was sick because the broth tasted so fresh and nourishing. The noodles were perfect, and the portions were generous. I even saved some for the next day, and after coming home tired, taking a shower, and warming up that bowl of soup, it felt like pure peace after a long day.

Rarely do restaurants stay consistent after opening subsequent locations but I can honestly say Pho Bar keeps their signature flavors on point. Before visiting this location for the first time, we've only patronized their Davie location. We were in the area after Black Friday shopping and the hunger snuck in. Wanted a quick and wholesome meal and Pho bar came to the rescue. This location is situated in a shopping center and although the interior is smaller than the original Davie location, service was quick and efficient. The parking lot was full when we arrived @ 6:15pm so we fully expected a long wait but we were pleased ally surprised to be seated immediately. We were completely familiar with the menu having been a regular customer in Davie, so we quickly placed our orders. Our food came out shortly after and it did not disappoint. The Pho broth is absolutely phenomenal and very consistent with the Davie Pho Bar. I ordered the regular Pho Tai. The meat was super thin and very soft, just like I like it. Did I say the broth was Pho-nomenal? The rich beefy flavor punctuated by the star anise, onion and all the simmering bones is. Origin short of fantastic. It really hit the spot when the hunger pangs strike. Just smelling the scent of the broth before even tasting it, makes your mouth water. I'm sure they must keep the recipe for the broth a closely guarded secret under lock and key because I have yet to find another Vietnamese Pho in Florida that rivals this flavor. The staff are super nice even having to work on Black Friday. I will always recommend Pho Bar to anyway looking for excellent authentic Vietnamese food.

7th day flu and I still can't shake it. It's been a pho kind of trying week and this time our daughter told Max to pick up a bowl. What's unique about this place is that they make their own noodles. I'd pay money to see them make them because they are perfect. The only things I didn't add were the Jalapenos, hoisin sauce, and hot sauce. Everything else went into the pool. It's enough for two servings.

I am extremely sad I did not take a picture of my Pho but it was delicious! The portion was also huge and I feel my fiance and I could have shared. Sadly they were out of egg rolls but it was probably the coldest day in South Florida and I'm sure they were very busy that night. The service was great! We had Fox as our waiter and he gave great insight on the menu and recommendations. There is plenty of seating and no wait. They also have a huge full bar.

This location is incredibly spacious with plenty of parking, though I didn't find the food quite as good as their other branch. The calamari was decent, and while the Pho was average, it didn't live up to the memory of my previous visits. Despite the food being a bit of a letdown, I had a great overall experience thanks to the excellent service and comfortable seating.

I was in the area and wanted some Pho and found this restaurant had a lot of videos on TikTok so I gave it a try. The service was great! The staff were all very kind and attentive, even though the restaurant was pretty busy when I stopped in on a Friday night. While this may not be my favorite restaurant for Vietnamese food in the area, it was decent and I would recommend it and go back. I didn't LOVE my drink because I found that the ingredients separated if you didn't drink it fast enough but it did taste good. I probably wouldn't order the Lychee-Coco Mojito again for that reason. The Honey Garlic wings were SO GOOD! They were served fresh and perfectly crispy. I would go back to Pho Bar just to order those wings because they were that good. The restaurant is cute for a casual date, to go with your family (to my surprise there were quite a few families with young children), or to just go on a solo date. They play pop music but it's not too loud or annoying. Overall, I had a good experience, my craving was satisfied and I enjoyed trying this new-to-me restaurant!

My hubby and I stopped in on a rainy night thinking what better time to get a nice bowl of Pho?! I'd heard good things about this place so I was looking forward to trying it. Our server, Stephanie came right over to give us menus and to take our drink orders. When she returned with our drinks, she took our order and she told us that we can get our pho with either their homemade noodles which were thicker, or the thinner noodles that they serve which aren't homemade and she offered to bring over samples of them both in order to help us decide. We both preferred the thicker ones so we ordered those because who can go wrong with homemade noodles?! We also decided to share the sticky ribs. I really liked these, they were ribs that were fried and then topped with a delicious tamarind glaze sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. The flavors worked so well together and the different textures combined well together to make a perfect bite. We both ordered the regular size house special pho that usually comes with tripe which we asked them not to put in. When we were served our bowls of pho we realized what a big mistake we made. These bowls were huge and easily enough for two people to share. I can't even imagine what the large bowl must look like! The bowls were filled with the delicious noodles and had plenty of meat in them. They were served with the usual sides of culantro, jalapeño peppers, bean sprouts, and lime to add as much or as little as you want. I wasn't a fan of the meatballs that came with them or the tendon (I really didn't know what it was and should have asked) but I just gave them to my husband. The soup was good but had a very strong star anise flavor so I only ate about half of the broth. It was such a filling bowl of soup! Our server Stephanie was great! She was so on top of things and was so friendly a helpful. They're really lucky to have her working for them!

Came here to meet up with a friend not hungry but then I took a look at the happy hour menu and decided to try something since it was inexpensive. The service was great and so was the environment. We ended up eating almost everything but a Pho is big enough to feed two people ! I would recommend service is great!

I had never eaten at an Asian soup bar or place before. But from the looks of it, I was always inspired being I have a sprinkle of Chinese in my biological heritage. I stepped in here tonight coming after their free EBT meals for people with food stamps due to government shutdown. It was SO DELICIOUS!!!! I received a sweet and sour chunk of grilled chicken with White rice and a fried egg on top with additional fresh veggies. VERY good! Then I ordered their veggie pho which tasted like someone pulled leaves off a bush and threw it in water. But the broth of that soup was fresh and VERY delicious!! It had a very strong taste of ginger, almost like it had been brewed in it. Clean bathroom too inside! I actually loved the soup, but it was a little over exaggerated for me with a strong taste of leaves. So I got a full $19 refund. The broth was ...EXCELLENT though, especially on a cold night! And it was PACKED inside! Didn't know this place was so popular!

First time visiting. Happy hours 3pm-6pm everyday. My wife and I started with 2 Mojitos that were well made. Appetizers ordered were 3 egg rolls that came with 3 leafs of large greens that you could use to wrap the egg rolls and pour on this side sauce. Very tasty and different. Also had the STICKY RIBS that were ok. Nothing to brag about. Very little meat on them. My wife went with the chicken curry with white jasmine rice. Nice portion, very flavorful. Would order again. I went with the chicken pho which was not super tasty, but nevertheless I enjoyed. Highly recommend if in the area. Ambiance cozy and service was excellent by Nikita.

This is my new favorite location! Pho Bar has had a reputation for holding some of the best Vietnamese options in Broward, and I still think that stands true. The Pembroke Pines location became my favorite because of their wonderful service as well. When going, if you're open to trying something different than pho, the chicken curry was so rich and flavorful. I suggest getting the noddle to eat with it instead of the rice. My Gawd! Their drinks are made strong and I neeeed to go back for happy hour! Everything was mouth watering

I proceeded to walk inside and I found a seat at the bar and I sat there. There were some people in there and I definitely wouldn't say it was dead, but it also wasn't crazy busy. There was three people working one lady with red shorts and curly hair another lady with blue pants and straight hair and then a short guy. I later seen a taller guy as I was leaving, he was not involved in my experience. The lady with the straight hair and the guy were on the side I was on they kept walking past and at no point seeing if I wanted anything, I know some bars you have to get the bartenders attention instead of them checking what you want so after 8minutes, I attempted to get the female's attention a few times for a few minutes and it did not work (she did serve other people during that time and was having conversation with ppl). Eventually, the lady with curly hair came to my side to make someone on her side's drink. I asked if I could order a drink and she motioned to give her a minute. She went back to her side, made the person's drink, then took some new orders from people and made their drinks and served beers.I waited over 6 minutes. Eventually she came to the side I was on and took the order of the person sitting directly to my right, completely ignoring me. At which point I concluded I was not going to get any service in this establishment and decided to leave after a total of 17 minutes of sitting at the bar and being completely ignored. I try to self reflect and think if I did something to warrant this treatment but I couldn't think of anything. The only thing that makes me feel slightly better is there was a guy sitting to my left that had a cup already and he kept trying to get her attention and she seemed to be avoiding him. I'm not sure if everyone was avoiding him for some reason and I was just unlucky for sitting next to him. I hated the feeling that this experience left me with and I hope no one else has this experience. The DJ was pretty good, even playing a few minutes of Reggae which surprised me. I ended up going to the Seminole Classic Casino and got service as soon as I sat down. The DJ was playing R&B and I ended up tipping him he was so good.

Good food and good service can heal emotional damage, lower blood pressure, and probably save marriages. So after seeing Negroni sitting there in Weston Town Center looking all fancy and mysterious for what feels like 37 years, my wife and I finally decided to go. No kids. No responsibilities. Just two tired adults escaping life for a couple hours. We walk in and immediately the place looked beautiful. Nice aesthetics, trendy vibe, dim lights, everybody dressed like they either own crypto or sell real estate in Brickell. I said okay this place got potential. Then the hostess sat me at the smallest table known to mankind. Ladies and gentlemen... I am 6'2. This table was built for borrowers from The Borrowers movie. My knees were touching the wall, the chair, the table, and possibly another dimension. I felt like I was serving detention for crimes I didn't commit. At one point I think my rib cage made eye contact with the candle. But I stayed positive because sometimes suffering leads to greatness. Jesus carried the cross. I carried cramped legs. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye medium well. The steak came out with three sauces like they were presenting evidence in court. This one is chimichurri. This one is peppercorn. This one is liquid mortgage payment. The steak itself was good. Tender, soft cut, flavorful enough... but not $110 dinner and hidden fees flavorful. For that price I expected the cow to personally walk out, thank me for my service, and salute my family. My wife ordered the pork belly bao and honestly that thing slapped harder than my grandmother's flip flop in 1997. Very good. Then my genius self decided to order sushi at a steakhouse. Because apparently I enjoy making questionable life decisions. The sushi roll had a little spice to it, and it was decent, but halfway through eating it I realized this is exactly how people end up in documentaries. Now let's discuss the music. WHY WAS THE MUSIC SO LOUD?! I wasn't eating dinner I was fighting for survival at Ultra Music Festival. I tried talking to my wife: BABE HOW'S YOUR FOOD?! She screamed back: WHY ARE YOU MAD AT ME?! The couple next to us probably thought we were renewing divorce papers. Every time the bass dropped my soda moved across the table by itself like a paranormal activity scene. And the waitress bless her heart she moved around the restaurant like she was late for a flight at Fort Lauderdale airport. Need anything? What are you drinking? Here's your food. Ma'a slow down. Build a relationship. Tell me Something. I felt like I was ordering dinner from one of my cousins during a family reunion: Aight here damn. Then came the bill. $110. For a steak. A sushi roll. Bao buns. Two sodas. And a random service fee that appeared out of nowhere like an unexpected tax from the Roman Empire. I asked myself: What exactly are we servicing here besides my financial decline? Overall, the place is beautiful, the food is decent, and if you enjoy dining inside what sounds like a Fast & Furious nightclub while folded into a child-sized table this is your place. Would I come back? Probably not. But will I remember it? Absolutely. Mostly because my knees are still recovering.
