It was my sister idea to go to a hot pot restaurant, and it was my first time trying it. Upon arrival, a staff member came and explained how it works. When he said all you can eat I was shock because I couldn't imagine. The place was spacious and they designed their tables for a small group and a large group. We grabbed all our fixings and he guided us how to start cooking, including how long it should be cooked for. Everything was delicious, especially the Udon noodles and pork dumplings, which were my fave. They even have dessert, but I was too full fo have anything.

Good to have options for a cheaper price. This is exactly needed for a cold day. Beef, pork, lamb and chicken are all there. Not to mention seafoods. Lots of veggies and ice cream for self serve. The hot and spicy broth wasn't spicy enough so I added more peppers which turned out to be awesome. Team members are attentive and very friendly. Dedicated parking spaces for the restaurant. I would go back again!!!

Really good hot pot place across from the hard rock Casino. Service was brisk and a lot of workers to replenish and clearing plates off tables. Everything was very fresh and the Tom Kha base was excellent. You pick and choose what you want to cook in front of you and it's unlimited. At $32 not a bad price for what they give you for dinner. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. Very friendly but parking can be a little tough as they have reserved spots and it's a small parking lot.

Lemongrass has really improved over the years and is now our go-to hot pot restaurant. For one all-you-can-eat price the variety of choices is fantastic! No arguing with spouse and friends over the broth and spiciness. Everyone gets their own hot pot. No sharing, pick your favorite broth type out of at least 6, and regulate your pot's temperature and spice level. Perfect! There are at least 15 condiments to mix in your bowl. One long buffet row of vegetables, another of seafood and another of everything else. Frozen slices of lamb, chicken, pork, beef are available. It's impossible to NOT find something you like, even our friend that only likes chicken and broccoli for dinner! If you don't like it, blame the chef LOL. The interior is kind of bright and institutional, but conveys a clean atmosphere. Service is approachable and friendly. Lemongrass is out of our way, but our group comes back pretty often. Plus Hard Rock Casino is across the street, uh oh.

We had not been to a hot pot restaurant in about a decade and recently visited one. Then we heard about Lemongrass and had to try it immediately. Located across the street from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, the restaurant provides parking but the lot can get full. And it is tricky parking with a part of the lot housed on a very steep slope. So, be careful. The eatery is clean, bright, and cheery. All they do here is hot pot. (Something my husband loved because he doesn't like dealing with the sizzling and smoke of BBQ grills, especially if all he is having is a hot pot meal.) You choose your base, and can only change it if you are willing to pay an extra $8 over the $31.99 all-you-can-eat-in-2-hours charge. Then you pick from the variety of meats, seafood, yams, veggies, mushrooms, and more at the buffet tables to make yourself a delicious feast. There is even an array of additional spices that you can add to your soup broth or directly onto your food. I chose the Tom Yum broth and added some garlic and chili sauce. It was the perfect combination to cook my items. (I always overdose on the seafood, mushrooms, yams, and tofu. I am still not a fan of meat in my hot pot.) There seems to be a ton of workers here. In addition to a dedicated server, others are clearing the tables, refilling the buffet, and just bustling around. Dirty plates don't stay long on the tables. Desserts are minimal but fine. There is the usual oranges, watermelon, a few sweets, and an ice cream cooler with five flavors (vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, red bean, and green tea). With tax and tip we paid about $41 each, and ate so much that it was our only food for the day. We definitely will be back.

Lemongrass Hotpot is such a great find! The inside is super clean with really nice decor--modern, cozy, and welcoming. It has a great vibe for a casual night out or even a fun dinner with friends. The service here is honestly amazing. Everyone was super friendly and attentive the whole time. Unlike a lot of places, they dont automatically charge a service fee, which we really appreciated. With how great the service was, we ended up tipping more than usual anyway! The food was fresh and delicious. All the meats, seafood, and veggies were high quality and tasted great. They also have free high-quality ice cream, which was such a nice bonus! At $32 per person, it's a great deal for everything you get. Definitely coming back and bringing more friends next time!

This is what all Hot Pot experiences should be judged against! For me, HP starts with the atmosphere. I appreciate well lit, festive environments, where the open cafeteria style set up encourages conversation with your friends and family. Located right across the street from the world famous Seminole Hollywood Hard Rock Casino, this eatery has kept us returning over and over. Past the great atmosphere, there is the friendly staff, ready to answer any questions you have if you're new to Hot Pot dining. Experiences vary, this one offers an extensive all-you-can-eat set up. I prefer this, my tastes might be different than others, and being able to choose my path makes all the difference. After drinks, your first choice is your broth base. Spicy or not is usually the dilemma. My hack is choosing the coconut tom yum broth and adding my spice from the extensive condiment bar. I get the best of both worlds doing that. Any way you go is probably a winner. Choose the flavors you enjoy most and add things to enhance that flavor. Once you pick your broth, the sky is the limit. I personally like to take the path less traveled. Beef, veggies, squid, octopus, lamb, are always in my wheelhouse. They have lots of regular proteins and veggies. Along with a variety of shellfish, clams, muscles, you name it. This particular evening, I added frog legs and duck blood. Before you judge, both were exceptional in the broth I created. Throw in the Sauces and spices you can make on the side and you've got a custom comfort food meal while you talk to your friends and family. It really is an experience incomparable to any other. After all the spicy, savory, umami elements, you can partake in a variety of sweets and fruits. Some nights I go back for more of the former, other nights it nice to end with the latter. The best part, it's your choice every time. Of all the places I go with my offspring, and their friends, I enjoy this experience the most. Start to finish, it's fun and you can't complain about the chef! Side note... parking might seem intimidating because they work hard to keep people parking here trying to walk across the street to the Hard Rock. All you have to do is tell an attendant you are dining at Lemongrass and they quickly free up a parking spot. A little parking effort is well worth the result. See you there!!

Outta town again and looking for good eats. Luckily my hubby saw this place and I made it a point to visit it. We were expecting a nice hot pot place with lots of options typical of Asian hot pot but we were in for a surprise!! There are options and then there are OPTIONS when it comes to this place. I expected a few meat products, some veggies, perhaps some shrimps, calamari but this place went beyond that! They also have lamb and chicken slices along with frog legs, seaweed, glass noodles, pig's brain! Yup! You heard that right lol pig's brain. Never saw that before and I was not brave enough to try it but my husband did and he said it was good and creamy, just need more seasonings. Meh... then there's more unique items like duck's blood, lotus roots, dragonfruits, variety of ice cream and desserts. Ok in my excitement I forgot you start off by choosing from a variety of broth and each person gets their own broth and a small bowl to collect your cooked goodies. I brought an extra plates just for that. There's also many variety of meatballs and fish balls and my favorites, fish fillet, shrimp, mussels, clam and blue crabs...too many to name and it's just for $31.99. It does not include soda and beverages are extra, beside water. I'm already marking it as my go to place when I'm back in town. Do give them a try

Chefs Kiss! This place is awesome. I want to start by saying this was my first time at a hot pot but I know it won't be my last. So let's begin with the parking lot. When I first arrived I was confused because all the parking spots were blocked by cones but then realized an attendant was near by to remove it. He just had to make sure we were shopping within the plaza. Once I walked my friends and I were greeted right away. The decor was pretty simple but you could tell the restaurant was clean and up kept. I must say the staff was so nice and helpful once they realized it was all of our first time. We were directed to our table and then one of the employees explained the process. The food was amazing. I can't remember what broth I chose but I know the spice level was medium. I had everything from shrimp to crab to lamb to dumpling to so much more. Everything was tasty.

This place is great for the options it has for broth and items to add to it. I'll start the review by mentioning the only thing I don't like about the place, but i get it. Their parking is valet style but free. Essentially you gotta let the valet folks in the lot know you're there for hot pot and they'll open up a spot for you. I believe it's to prevent people parking there to go somewhere else. But I'm anti social so this fact gives me anxiety about going here again. As for the place itself, it's almost buffet style. You order a broth and they'll give it to you so you can heat it up. This is unlimited broth so they can refill it after. What you do once you have your broth is go then to what looks like a buffet line and grab things to throw into your broth. Lots of options here. I grabbed ramen, an assortment of frozen meats, different veggies and other random assortment of things. From there you throw em in and wait for them to cook to eat. You basically take out some of the broth and items in a little green plate and eat from there. If you finish your broth you can get more of it. You can also choose the spiciness of your broth. Aside from the broth and items, there are also desserts. There was like a brownie type thing a pastry one and something else that reminds me of a little Debbie. It was all good and I'd go to this place again for the food. The parking, while understandable, is a turn off for me.

Ask the Community - Lemongrass Hot Pot

How much per head?

$ 32.00

Will you be open on Christmas Eve?

Yes

Do you write down and check off what you want on a price of paper?

No, it's a raw buffet. You go and pick up what you want and come back to your table to cook it in the pot on your table. Whoever answered this the last time had apparently never been there. There has never been a conveyor belt lol

Which broth is the most flavorful?

It depends on what you like. I personally love their Taiwanese spicy broth. It packs a slight punch, but it's delicious with and without ingredients. Yum just thinking about it.

How much per person?

$ 25.50 per person AUCE

What soup base is vegan?

I'm sorry I do not know. The best thing I can suggest is to call the restaurant. Take care.

Which broth is the least spicy?

Italian marinara! :)

What would you say is the best broth? Also is the Taiwanese hot and spicy flavorful or is the taste just of pepper?

I love the Taiwanese hot and spicy. It has great flavor and a nice spice to it. It's my favorite broth.

Which of the soup bases are vegetarian?

All of them are vegetarian. They don't use any meat in the broths.

Do you have all you can eat buffet and what is the price range like?

Yes - $25.50 a person, upcharge for certain specialty items (but we were more than happy with regular items)

Is there a time limit to eating food?

No. The staff was very patient and helpful in helping you figure out the process based on your pallete. This is so fun and interactive for a family.

How much is it for children?

Age from 4 year old to 10 year old is $ 13.50

What is the name of the tomato-based soup? How do you make it? It was so delicious!

The Italian marinara or the tomato mala? As a guess, stew down fresh tomatoes, add a little fresh peeled ginger, water, salt, pepper, and simmer.

Is it truly all you can eat? Can I get more meat/noodles/veggies after I ordered?

Yes, all you can eat. But they do charge if you waste food. Yes, you may order more veggies after you ordered. You can get the meat at the cooler.

Do you have Gluten Free options? Gluten Free broths, sauces, &noodles?

I don't think a place like this is gluten free friendly

Do you offer a vegan hot pot broth base?

Yes, we do have different kind of broth that are for vegetarian

Is it the same price at lunch time?

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and as soon as we walked in and saw the cute robots zipping around we knew this was about to be an unforgettable experience! We were sat down right away and provided a paper menu to choose between the BBQ and hot pot options. We started with the scallion pancakes and sesame balls; which are part of the all-you-can-eat so feel free to order as many as you'd like, but save room for your main course because the portions are huge once cooked! Both appetizers were served hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Since it was just us two, we decided to try the hot pot deal for $29.99 per person. The hot pot menu is divided up into 4 options: soup base, meat, seafood, and vegetables. For the soup base we chose the 'original' (beef & chicken) and 'spicy' (beef, chicken, spices). For the meat we chose egg (chicken), dumpling, and chicken. We skipped the seafood and finally for the vegetables we chose broccoli, instant noodles, glass noodles, sweet potato, and shanghai bok choy. The service is super fast which was great because I was starving. Everything we ordered was BEYOND tasty. The spicy broth was very spicy & packed with flavor so I was absolutely delighted that it lived up to its title. The dumplings were stuffed full and the meat inside was seasoned perfectly. Being able to cook everything at the table was so much fun, even though I made a mess. I could not stop smiling every time the cute robots made their way to everyone's table, playing music and letting you know they've arrived with your goodies to cook. I absolutely loved everything about this place and I can not wait to return to try their BBQ options.

So trendy high tech! Ambiance is pretty typical for a modern Chinese restaurant. Clean, nice dinette seating, white dishes. Hot pot is a Chinese communal meal with family or friends. While each person at your table gets to chose their own soup base (I like the pork bone broth) and condiments/sauces, the food selections are meant to be shared. Have fun picking your favorites and trying new foods. Choose the BBQ or hot pot option, or both. Since it's all you can eat, we tend to overindulge with the variety offered and take both. The meats (lamb, chicken, pork, beef slices), seafood and vegetables are great and you cook your own on the grill or hot pot. Food cooks fast. Don't overcook, and if you do, complain to the chef (you). We liked everything except next time would pass on the deep fried selections. The robot server only serves. Staff have to help pick up used plates and bowls, and they are usually on the ball. We tip as usual for a normal restaurant.
