    Mushroom Ramen
    Jordan C.

Interesting options for different ramen combinations, love mushrooms so I got mushrooms, and a surprisingly strong drink. A little bit too poorly lit, it was a bit difficult to even read the menus. However, the toilet paper dispensers? Iconic, must see. Service was friendly, not the most attentive but still well-mannered. Enjoyable spot if you're craving ramen before a movie.

Good pricey Ramen. Small restaurant with outside seating. Service was quick. I don't live in the area, but if I did I would need to find a ramen place that was less expensive and had more flavorful food.

We stopped in today 2/12 for lunch. I had the brisket ramen & my wife had the mushroom dumpling ramen. It was my 1st ramen experience. It was very good. The service was pretty good as well.

While in town for a cruise me and my family wanted lunch and stopped by IN Ramen for an afternoon lunch and its very nice out so went inside to eat and it wasn't to busy. I ordered the katzu chicken rice bowls and my beautiful wife ordered the beef short rib ramen which she said was delicious and my chicken rice bowl was awesome as well and I can't forget the pork belly bao buns which was fantastic! I did have the Funky Buddha IPA which was pretty good. All in all this was good experience for all of us in Dania Beach.

Little ramen spot in the Dania point shopping complex. Very easy to find with ample parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating like many of the venues in the area. Ordered a mushroom dumpling ramen. It was a solid meal. I recommend for lunch if you are in the area and in the mood for Asian cuisine. The service is very good; staff member was very nice and patient as I tried to decide my order.

Resturant is in a shopping area so we decided to stop in. We sat outside since it was nice out. Food was on point. Service was ok . Definitely a hopping place . However, the men's bathroom was very filthy. Look like they haven't been cleaning it. That's a real turn off.

Aside the fact that my daughter found a piece of cardboard in her Ramen, everything else was fantastic. Management quickly turned that small hiccup by apologizing and offering another complimentary item in return. We have been to this location numerous times and have never had a problem prior to that incident. Also, I think it's time for an upgrade; menus were dirty and falling apart. I am not a germaphobic but I dislike touching a dirty and greasy menu. We love their ramen and other items such as the cheesy chicken gyoza, seaweed salad, and crepe cakes. This time around I had the Chatsu Ramen with Pork Belly. It was so hearty, creamy and flavorful. It has a light truffle taste as well. This is a great ramen place with many options for everyone. Parking is free at the Dania Pointe mall.

I like this place a lot. The service is good and the food is great. It's a little small inside but most of the time too hot to sit outside. The edamame gyoza had no flavor so had to use extra sauce. The ramen and fries were great.

My daughter loves Ramen and fell in love with my mushroom dumplings Ramen last time we went so this time she got her own. Though a bit pricey the ramen was so good, lots of veggies and we both thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back. Service was good, ambience was nice outside.

We stopped by In Ramen because it was near the hotel we were staying at in Dania Pointe. We ordered it to go to enjoy back at our hotel. This area is cute and quaint plus easy to walk around within. They portioned the broth and add ins separately, so we were able to mix everything upon our return. The broth was rich and flavorful and piping hot even after the walk in the cool winter air. The portions were large and the flavors hit the spot. There seemed to be a discrepancy between the menu on the wall and the physical menu provided, but the dish I chose was still delicious.

When we arrived and parked, we were a bit disillusioned with the outside look. The sign above the roof was faded and it had missing letters. The windows had a metallic tinted film that made it impossible to see the inside of the restaurant...so the curb appeal of the place was 1/10. Really. A hole-in-the wall. When we walked in, we were greeted nicely by a man and we got a nice table by the entrance.. We saw the tanks full of fish and crabs moving and swimming right by our table. The menu was really authentic...they had many of the dishes you could not find at other places like frog legs, squab, sea cucumber, quail, etc. We ordered two BBQ roasted squabs, a wonton soup with no noodles and a shrimp and scallop vegetable dish. All the food was outstanding....really good tasting, really well made. The big bowl of steamed rice was complementary. If you are looking for Authentic Chinese, give Dragon City a try. They also sell fried rice, chow mein, chow fun, mei fun and other more well known dishes for those that are not so adventurous.

The chef, Hiroyuki Terada is world renowned and has a YouTube following of over two million. He deserves every bit of praise....the food here is phenomenal! Every dish was absolutely delicious, flavorful and filling. The portions are generous. To finish the meal we shared a dessert, Xango. A deep fried cheesecake crepe served with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with caramel sauce and sprinkled with cinnamon. O.M.G....PERIOD! I think the street parking is cheaper if available compared to actually inside the city park garage. The menu is quite diverse. Gyoza were meh for my palate.. No crispy bottoms. I got the chicken katsu curry. Server mentioned curry was not spicy at all, which is unfortunate, but I still wanted to try it. Taste was just very basic. Might have been less flavorful than a roux cube. The katsu was fried nicely. Wish it came with beni shoga, but it doesn't. My friend got the gyudon and the proportion was far too much rice for the amount of beef. I also tried one specialty roll, the bakka roll. I love salmon but the ikura was a bit fishy and ruined it a bit. Service was ok. A few whiffs. The place had little fruit flies/gnats flying around which is never a good sign and super annoying when you're trying to eat. Prices aren't bad actually when looking at cost alone but I guess it doesn't make up for rest IMO.

The Roast BBQ pork buns and the Peking duck buns were delicious. Just the right amount of sauce to add flavor without being overpowering. The pork and shrimp siu mai were flavorful. The pork dumplings were deep fried, not pan fried as I expected. Because of this, the filling inside was dry, but the sauce helped overcome this. The texture difference between the crispy dumpling and the soft inside was unexpected. The Har Gao Crystal Shrimp Dumplings were just OK. Without the sauce, it didn't have much flavor. The Vegetable Spring Rolls were crispy and the sweet and sour sauce was the perfect complement. The Dan Dan noodles was the only part of our dinner we didn't enjoy. The noodles felt overcooked and it lacked depth. It was spicy (which we didn't mind), but the noddles were pretty dry and didn't have a rounded flavor profile. It's very busy and loud there, though, if you are eating indoors at the bar like I was. The bartenders and barbacks are very busy. The restaurant is known for something called "Scoobies" which per Google Gemini are "crab claws (traditionally blue crab or snow crab) that have been partially de-shelled--leaving just the "pincher" as a handle--and sautéed in a rich sauce of garlic, butter, and olive oil with crushed red pepper and scallions." I didn't get the Scoobies because I was apprehensive about how difficult they would be to eat. My dishes were fried oysters, fish tacos, and coconut shrimp platter. They were all fine, but unremarkable. The platter comes with fries and cole slaw as listed, but when I said to the bartender that I didn't need cole slaw, just extra fries, he offered/clarified that I could substitute another side instead, so I went with broccoli. I did notice that there were many flies flying around when my shrimp platter came out. One of the other bartenders put out a plate of hot sauce to repel the flies, which helped. The place is famous and sells its own merchandise like shirts and hats. It is not located near other restaurants, and you'll have to walk fifteen minutes or get an Uber if you are discouraged by the waiting time. The people dining here look like they are pretty well off and are able to enjoy life.
