Fried chicken is hard and couldn't complete it. Chicken bao is good. Teriyaki chicken is good but sweet for us. Sumo slam is good. Service is quick and it has small seating inside and outside. We sat outside after reading reviews that mentioned it was loud and tight inside which it certainly appeared so once we arrived. Outside was great for people-watching as well. Service was attentive and quick throughout our time there. We ordered a couple beers, the avocado fries, pork belly bao buns, and a tonkotsu ramen. Everything was delicious! The avocado fries come with a good amount, really perfect for sharing. The ramen was also large and share-able - they even brought us smaller bowls to make it easier to share. For starters, we got the pork gyoza and the avocado fries. I loved the Sriracha mayo for the avocado fries. My daughter did not want Ramen so she ordered for the beef negimaki yakitori with a bowl of plain noodles. Hubby and I each got the Tonkotsu ramen which had the pork belly, scallions, egg - it was very filling. I loved it all. This is a small place with both indoor and outdoor seating. It's very cozy and decorated nicely. They talk up their ramen but they definitely deliver. The curry ramen flavors were *chefs kiss*. It has a nice kick to it and everything blends smoothly. The Sushi was good, nothing out of the ordinary but still tasteful. As for the service. Andrew, you were great! So, this is a place I frequented in the past when I lived Near the county line, but I haven't been in a few years. I was talking to my mom the other day about their curry ramen and was in the area today, so I decided to try it out. The day after Valentine's Day, there was only one server in the whole restaurant. He was nice and we got to sit outside, but the one server definitely slowed down the service. The breeze was nice outside so we dined out and it was great. I ordered the supernova for my daughter and the curry ramen for myself. My daughter gave the sushi, 2 thumbs up and I give the ramen 4 out of 5 stars because it is a different recipe than what I previously had. The taste is milder and not as spicy. The chicken in the dish seemed like an after thought, so in the future I would order the fried chicken or maybe shrimp to make it better. GoBistro is one of my favorite spots for ramen in South Florida and a place I always recommend to others. I'm always so hype to go here. Unfortunately this last visit disappointed me a bit. Service was quick and friendly, as usual and we came at a great time, it wasn't crowded and our group of 7 was the loudest there (sorry lol). But the flavors from ramen really fell flat. I ordered the tonkotsu and my husband ordered the shoyu pork, we agreed on the underwhelming flavor of the ramen (which is usually super rich) and abandoned our bowls when we were halfway through. Sushi was DELICIOUS though. Hooked on the Holy Smokes roll, we ordered two. Also, the GoNuts have also fallen flat. They were pretty dry and lacked that delicious drizzle of condensed milk over them. The condensed milk pooled at the bottom of the plate and we were scraping it off trying to get some for the donuts. Go to GoBistro. We're not from the Miami area and looked up best sushi in the area in Yelp. We had 10 options, but GoBistro was #1 and they were open late. We were finally getting out of the hotel around 9:30, so being open late was important. When we got there on a Thursday night it wasn't packed, but many of the tables inside and out were filled. We were seated and given menus. Our server (who I think might also be the owner) was great. They were out of a few drink options, but he provided great replacements. My wife doesn't like spicy food or cilantro and some restaurants make it seem like an inconvenience or insult to modify what they have, but he didn't do that at all! He was super helpful and overall just fun to talk to! We got some delicious fried gyoza, ginger chicken bun, these tuna balls, and 2 rolls. Everything was incredible! Specifically, I got a roll that is often called a volcano roll. Basically fish and jalapeno, sometimes avacado or something else. I always enjoy them but this one was incredible. The way the ingredients were laced together made it all one delicious bite. Especially when paired with the recommended panzo sauce... Delicious! We ordered the avocado fries and dragon roll to share and each had our own soup. I had the miso pork soup. My favorite of all the food was the avocado fries. I'd come back here again just for that. But the dragon roll and soup were both good too. I'm normally not a sushi person but the roll was great. I loved the texture and dipping it in spicy mayo was delicious. The soup was good too. I tried adding red chili to it to add some spice to it but this places chili isn't that spicy compared to others. It just didn't hit the way I expected so I think I'll opt for the spicy curry soup next time. All in all it was all delicious but the avocado fries won the night.
