Fish

This is the second visit to this Asian inspired restaurant and it was good both times. I really enjoyed the fried rice with shrimp. My sister loved the boiled fish. The Thai pad wasn't the best we ever had, but it was pretty good. Service was a tad slow, but it was packed on a Friday night. Restaurant was very clean. Of course there's a full bar and saki. I enjoyed the house sake. Ambiance was lively and vibrant. I would return.

If you are hungry and seeking some spicy Asian food, scoot in to Bol- tucked inside the Hard Rock Casino, quick and friendly attentive service. Interior is pleasing and comfortable with goo vibes. Ordered their spicy shrimp fried rice- good portion and couple spicy sauces to satisfy your spice level. The fried rice included green peas/beans and corn..topped with some scallion...just yummy, that was Just what I needed that night..along with some hot sake. After meal checked if they offered any dessert- unfortunately they don't. Go figure! I would definitely recommend if you want some quality Asian fusion cuisine.

Seafood udon
Carol R.

My husband and I ate here before attending a concert at Hard Rock Live. We were seated right up front so we never got to see the entire restaurant. We had the udon noodles with seafood. It had 4 shrimp, 4 pieces of squid, and 2 scallops. The squid was very chewy. The shrimp and scallops were fine. The sauce was very tasty and the noodles were meaty. I could have eaten another bowl of just the noodles and sauce. We also shared an entree of stir fried prawns with vegetables. Again, an incredible tasting sauce. But the veggies were practically raw. They needed to be cooked a tad more and to have soaked up the flavor of the sauce. Service was excellent and fast. With tax and tip, our meal of two entrees was $77.

Vegetable pho

Lunch on a Wednesday. The place was pretty packed but they have a big section in back with comfortable seating and cool decor. This is a very pretty restaurant. The service was outstanding. These servers are so polite and professional they made my meal so much nicer. The vegetable pho was so flavorful and so full of veggies, and it was really large and delicious. I love the bean sprouts, culantro, mint and raw jalapeños they give you on the side to add in, also added some sriracha for extra heat. So amazingly good and you just feel healthy eating this goodness. The special lo mein (bol lo mein) was so tasty and the noodles were perfect. A wonderful lunch in a lovely place. Highly recommend.

Tofu spring roll

Ok place for lunch or dinner at the casino The tofu and eggplant dish was pretty good but the tofu spring roll was 90% rice and 2% tofu and had no much flavor

We visited The Bol inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for lunch and had an amazing experience. What we ordered: * Rice Paper spring rolls - fresh, flavorful, and the dipping sauce on the side was outstanding * Vegetable Fried Rice - perfectly cooked and delicious The food was fantastic overall, and the restaurant itself is beautifully designed. They also have a bar station, making it a nice spot to enjoy a drink along with your meal. What makes the place even more unique is its location right in the heart of the casino - you can actually see the slot machines from your table, which was really cool. The service was great, the atmosphere lively, and the prices quite reasonable for the quality. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone visiting Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and want to enjoy a good Asian meal.

We ordered takeout using our comp from the casino. -steamed fish: best thing we ordered. The fish was so delicious and tasted so fresh. -spicy seafood udon: scallops, squid, in some delicious savory spicy sauce. I loved this! -stir fryed shrimp: the shrimp in this dish was very squishy, not fresh. I would skip this dish. -beef chow foon: tasty, generous portion of beef in the stir fry. -general Tso chicken: the chicken was a bit dry on this one. Service was good

After a long absence I came back to this hidden gem in the hard rock to happy confirm the food taste the same than before pandemic (my last visit) I indulged with beef pad Thai while my partner in crime explore the general t'so chicken Both plates came to make our tummies happier and happier My pad Thai was tender and savory, the noodles absorber the sauce and flavor The chicken plate was delicious, we asked for extra general t'so sauce and paired perfectly On this ocasión we also tried the signature pink cocktails (proceeds going to cancer research) so a pinky piña colada on the way as well. Super easy to fin by the casino entrance and valet area The parking garages are right there So is a win win

My Hibiscus margarita
Ana S.

We decided to have a surprise dinner here yesterday. And it was so delicious that we couldn't finish it all and we had to bring leftovers home. I had a hibiscus margarita to start, and I had the pad Thai noodles. My fiancé had some kind of spare rib dish. I can't remember what it was called. He couldn't finishes either. The ambience was pretty nice. Considering it was a Saturday. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who happens to be at the hard rock casino and want some good Asian cuisine. Two thumbs up.

Fantastic surprise eating at The Bol. We had a variety of entrees and appetizers. The portions are big and each dish was really well flavored. Service was excellent! We would definitely visit again!

Chinese Egg Rolls & spare ribs
Dominique M.

Stopped in for a quick late-night bite before heading upstairs to my room to call it a night. When I arrived, the bar was nearly empty, with only two or three other patrons. However, it filled up quickly after I placed my drink order. I opted for the hibiscus margarita with a sugar rim, which was quite good. It wasn't overly sweet and was very refreshing. For food, I chose two appetizers: the Chinese egg rolls and the spare ribs. The portion sizes were generous, making both dishes ideal for sharing. The egg rolls were perfectly fried, and the duck sauce paired well with their flavors. The spare ribs, while tasty, were a bit too fatty for my liking, though I still managed to finish three out of the four. Overall, it was a satisfying experience with solid Asian-inspired cuisine. I'm looking forward to returning to try their pho and chicken fried rice.

Peppered Steak Sub Chicken. Singapore Noodles. Spring Rolls.
Mia From The Good Food C.

Very good food. Very pricey for the amount you get. But it's in the casino so... you know it's going to cost you. Vibe is nice for sure. Definitely one of the better places to eat at when you're visiting the HardRock. We're here for the Miami IU game, so it's a lot louder than usual.

Is MSG used in the pad Thai or fried rice? I have an allergy and wanted to check before dining here. Thank you :)

Hi Courtney, although we do not add MSG, Pad Thai and Fried rice has less than 5% MSG in their ingredients. We can't separate from the ingredients we purchase.

Up first, we had the $12 spicy edamame. It wasn't spicy at all, but I liked the flavor of the total package. Then, we ordered $15 crispy brussels sprouts. I thought the char was pretty good. I liked the texture. Not the best, but a solid 8/10. Then, we had $19 wagyu tacos. These things are super tasty, but super pricey too. I could basically swallow the entire taco in a single bite. We also had yakatori, and a bunch of rolls. The highlight for me was probably the $10 Japanese doughnuts at the end though. I love me some delicious donuts. I could eat those things all night. We tried out some cocktails too. I can't remember which ones. I didn't save the receipt. Definitely a must try restaurant if you're staying at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL.

I remembered coming here with a friend when they first opened and remembered liking it. We started with the takoyaki. It was absolutely delicious and my daughter said it was one of the best she's had. We also ordered spicy edamame. It was okay. My husband was happy with them. My daughter and I shared 3 rolls. Salmon skin (we added cream cheese), the Gamdam and the Orange dragon roll. We loved all 3. The Gamdam was my favorite. The different textures were just perfect. My husband had spicy drunken noodles with chicken. He said it was perfectly spicy. Service was very friendly. We got there about 45 minutes before closing and we never felt rushed. There were people who got there after us and they were also served at a nice pace. Can't wait to go back!

A New Favorite in Davie -- Sumo Asian Kitchen Delivers Quality & Heart…read more I've been on the hunt for a new sushi spot, and Sumo Asian Kitchen in Davie absolutely blew me away. I'm not bougie, but I do know and appreciate high‑quality sushi -- and this place delivers it with heart. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest couple who I can only assume are the owners. They were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely joyful about making sure every customer has a great experience. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it set the tone for the whole meal. My husband ordered the Hawaiian Fried Rice with chicken, and it was packed with flavor -- perfectly cooked, generous portions, and beautifully presented. I went straight for the Sushi Nori Platter, which came with nine stunning pieces of sushi. Every single bite was fresh and delicious, but the standouts were the Madai (so delicate and clean) and the salmon belly, which was rich, buttery, and absolutely amazing. You can taste the quality in every piece. The food, the service, the atmosphere -- everything came together to create such a memorable meal. Sumo Asian Kitchen is officially our new go‑to sushi spot, and I'm already excited to come back. Highly recommend!

He was very attentive and checked on us often. Baoshi is an open wrap around bar that extends into the patio area. It filled up quickly as the night went on. We did have an issue when we picked up our food. The girl behind the counter refused to give us our order without an order number claiming that it's against policy. Strange because not even 15 mins earlier, we were able to pick up our fries from a different staff member using just my name. For this encounter, I had left my phone at the bar with my friend. The staff member argued with me for a few minutes until I went back to the bar, got my phone and gave her the order number. The whole thing was very unnecessary.
