Tried Bae Korean Grill at Hard Rock and overall had a good experience. We ordered the Bae Feast and at first thought it wouldn't be enough food, but we ended up completely full. The fried rice was definitely the favorite -- super flavorful and a perfect way to finish the meal. The ambiance is really nice and modern, great for a night out, and the service was good throughout the meal. Everything came out in a good pace and the staff was attentive. That said, for the price, I'm not 100% sure it's worth it compared to other Korean BBQ spots. Still, it's a solid option if you're at Hard Rock and want something a little more upscale.

Food - Loved the food there. Next time will make sure to do the Korean grill experience but this time i had rice and pork belly. The pork belly was super tender and the ice cream hit the spot. Service - quick service. We did do a reservation beforehand. The servicer was very friendly. Ambiance - fancy and very beautiful decor

For 3 it was around $310. We ordered an assortment of appetizers as well wagyu steak and filet mignon as our main dish. Order the kimchi fried rice, it's a must. The service was impeccable. I hope you guys are lucky enough to get David as your host/waiter. Crazy enough the restaurant doesn't smell like a restaurant. Example of walking into a Denny's lol it hits you in the face. You can choose someone to grill the food for you (which we did) but gets awkward since they are just standing there silently. Or the option is you grill it yourself, that's not fun lol. I would have stayed home and cooked my own food. Only downside is there's no restaurant inside the restaurant, you have exit the restaurant and use the hard rock restrooms with the casino people. But if you have money to spend go enjoy a nice expensive meal.

We ordered the Bae Feast and Wagyu feast for six people. All the meats came nicely arranged and labeled for our convenience. I have to say the quality was definitely present. The Wagyu melted in your mouth and the skirt steak was the perfect amount of tenderness. We were a party of six and the booth was big enough to accommodate all of us. The server and food runners took their time to explain everything they served and the details of how to enjoy what we ordered. Everyone was attentive to us the whole night and made our dining experience enjoyable. Having lived in Korea, LA, and Dallas, I can say this is a Westernized take on Korean BBQ. The meat was served with butterleaf lettuce instead of the red lettuce you find in Korean restaurants and the kimchi fried rice was a tad on the salty end for me. There's nothing wrong with a Western take, it's just different from my definition of authentic.

We went to see a show and had a party of 7 to feed and be out of the restaurant by 8. We had a 6 pm reservation and did not want to be rushed. We were not. Our experience was well paced. Bae Korean Grill is not inexpensive, but what is these days? Normally, I would have ordered from the "feast" portion of the menu and cook at the table., but no one else did and that wasn't really what as a collective group we felt like doing. I had a $16 Whispering Angel, which, maybe because I'm used to it and brainwashed felt inexpensive. LOL. I ordered their "KFC" Korean Fried Chicken as an appetizer and Bulgogi as my main. We had vegetable fried rice to share and an order of the crispy rice with tuna which I felt was a notch above what I am used to in other establishments. Well, maybe not a notch above, but different because the crispy rice was more of a wafer texture with a hint of onion in the middle. It was delicious. I liked the KFC that was served over some gochujang ketchup, pickled cucumber, and cilantro. Personally, I would have liked a honey based sauce. My bulgogi (soy-marinated beef, onions, chives, sesame seeds) was outstanding. Tender meat with a lovely savory-sweet flavor. The vibe is crowded and full of what felt like people all going to a show. However, I did see a few birthday celebrations. On my next visit I will order one of their feasts. I am definitely going to return and load up on the more Korean-style meals.

Authentic Korean barbecue with a truly Korean feel. The whole experience feels genuinely Korean--from the atmosphere to the flavors. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, with the staff explaining the menu and making great recommendations without being pushy. I highly recommend the Chef's Feast, which includes ribeye, filet mignon, and chicken, plus two appetizers and Korean fried rice. Everything was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Don't skip the toasted scallops and the lobster rolls--both were outstanding. The wine selection is solid too; definitely go for a bottle instead of a glass for better value. Great food, great service, great experience. I'll be back.

Bae was an incredible experience. Located right before the shops at the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel, Bae is a pricey, luxurious, Korean grilling experience. I tried Kobe beef here for the first time and it honestly changed my life. The marbling in this meat was no joke I honestly can't believe I hadn't experienced it until now. The service was amazing and the ambiance was very luxurious. The only things we ordered was the sharable, and self grillble, Kobe beef with a side of vegetables which changed my life. For dessert we ordered the UBE FLAN. WHICH ALSO SEEMINGLY CHANGED MY LIFE. I will never forget it. It was the best tasting flan I had ever had and wish I could go back again to try it again soon. Ube is one of my favorite exotic flavors and I was so excited to see this on the menu. The restaurant is just VERY expensive so please be aware. Tip is automatically included, and the four of us left with a $300+ bill for us all to split. But luckily there's a casino right there so you can try to earn your money back . . . Or dig yourself in a deeper hole.

Food: Our group had the crispy bok choy salad followed by the KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) starter. Both were very tasty and I would definitely order them again. For the main course we ordered the Bae Feast which came with dry aged ribeye and strip steak, as well as shrimp and filet mignon. Everyone at the table was impressed with the decadent grilled meats, which were all very pleasing and delicious. Service: Our servers were Nico and Kathy. Both took exceptionally good care of us. In fact Nico did most of our grilling as it was our first visit to the restaurant and he did an excellent job cooking each piece of meat to the individual desired doneness. They both were very attentive and did an outstanding job. Overall: This was a great experience and I look forward to the opportunity to visit again and enjoy this amazing dining experience!

This was the second time we have dined at this restaurant. Both times was before a concert. TIP... You must make reservations for dinner during concert event days. Yesterday was a Sting concert and we didn't think about reservations until the day of the concert. Everything was booked. We sent an email request the day to this restaurant and they called back to say no availability. At 6 pm, prior to a 8 pm concert, we went to 2 restaurants to see if we can at least seat at the bar. Unfortunately, 2 restaurant had no seats open with a few couples waiting. We tried our luck at Bae Korean as a walk in and were provided a NO-Grill table. We ordered a few items from the menu that didnt need to be cooked on the grill. We order filet mignon, kimchi fried rice and a hotpot soup. Last visit, we ordered The chef feast (can only be ordered on Grill tables) which was the better value since you got the same food we ordered for much less than a la cart. Despite being given a pictorial of what medium versus medium rare should look like, the filet mignon was overcooked. Also the portion size was very small. I like the hotpot, but it didn't have enough protein. Overall, this experience was not as good as the last dining experience. Don't think we will back here for our next concert pre-dinner.

Mojito mocktail and lychee bourbon cocktail

We were several hours early for the Sting concert at Hard Rock Live. We stopped in to try Bae. Gabriel made our experience magical. Attentive to my wife's allergies and food sensitivities he helped get us started with cooking our dry aged meats from the Bae feast and let us cook the shrimp and the fillet. The bok choy melted in your mouth and was incredible. The waygu dumplings with truffle ponzu were fabulous. The pineapple and passion fruit shaved ice was a perfect palate cleansing dessert. Our glasses were never empty and the timing of everything was flawless. this evening is in our top 5 dining experiences and we were able to walk in and be seated straight away. Truly deserving of a 5 star review.

Do you cook your own food at a grill table?

    Yes.

Can you get the bae feast for 2 if you don't sit at a grill table?

No, it's only at a grill table and go ahead and create a reservation for a grill table since they are limited in quantity

Is there menu accommodations for children?

    Yes

    Is there a corkage fee?

    Yes, $50

Do they have a gluten free menu or are they able to accommodate gluten free?

I have not seen a gluten-free menu but considering that many of the dishes are meat and veggies, I am pretty sure gluten-free folks will be able to make it work.

I wasn't too happy plus it was windy, but anyhow, I ordered a Scooby and I asked her was it the Scooby like the ones that they serve in coconuts in Fort Lauderdale it is like oh yeah it's the same chef that worked there but they serve it a little different well when her Scooby's came they were the size of my pinky and it was seven of them and it was $27 very overpriced. I also ordered fish and chips which she said was extremely popular, it was so greasy that I asked for some paper napkins and she brought me two paper napkins, and I put one of the pieces on top of the paper napkin and it was soaked, so I asked her for more paper napkins and she brought me some more paper napkins and then I just got grossed out. It was too much grease. I ordered a glass of wine their house wine. And my total bill for one person was $67. They never asked me if everything was OK so I just paid the bill paid the tip and left. I wouldn't recommend that place to anybody.

Council Oak is elegant inside and outside with beautiful decor. The windows look out at the Guitar hotel and the fountain with a lovely colorful water light-show when it got darker. Gorgeous ceiling lamps. High ceilings. Soothing rich colors. We ordered the 10oz Filet Mignon, grilled to perfection the way we specified (tender and juicy) , and sliced in front of us by Alexander. We shared it and there was plenty to eat. To accompany the steak, we chose the Au Gratin potatoes, which were delicious and plentiful. Bread service was provided with 3 different and tasty choices. We both had drinks, Casamigos for my daughter and I had a Mojito mocktail. Both were excellent. For dessert, Alexander recommended the Vanilla Butter Cake- it was very good. A few things about the seafood market - they can't filet or clean your fish for you so it means you need to do it yourself- maybe it's licensed as wholesale or their lease doesn't allow for it. About 1/2 the product is frozen fish but remember they are serving an Asian clientele so many want species not available locally so there is a wide range of fish species from Southeast Asia. The fresh fish is limited to what's seasonal and fresh so variety of fresh fish changes and is larger quantities of a smaller range of fish. Everything is either alive in tanks or presented in ice so I don't follow the review that says things in the floor- Asian customers are very discerning about fish being alive or extremely fresh.
