Still thinking about our dinner here & wishing we ordered that last batch of brisket! Our server here went above & beyond. Food was delicious and it was a great atmosphere. Tier 2 was the perfect option for our group with lots of meat and appetizer options to choose from.

I came for the All you can eat. Food is pretty good but I wish the meats were seasoned more. My go to was the short rib which was great. I ordered fried rice and dumplings as well.

I had high expectations but it fell short. When I arrived, no one was there to sit. I stood in front for like 15 minutes until someone noticed me. The restaurant was half empty. Finally got to seat, server took my order. It took them a long time to bring my order. Everything was so salty. Meats were salty. The Korean cheese corn was salty and the cheese on the top was bitter. I would not return to this place.

Chicken fried rice without peas. Its ok .

This was our first time trying this place with a couple of friends. The food was okay overall, but the service was very good. We tried the beef soup, the dumplings appetizer, Bang shrimp, and chicken fried rice (without peas). The Bang shrimp was the standout, but everything else was just fine, not great, but okay. The restaurant itself has a really unique vibe and genuinely feels like you're in another country, which was a nice touch. I'm not sure if we'll be back, but it was a pleasant visit, and the service truly stood out.

I enjoyed the decor since it's relatively brand new it felt nice and clean as well. The service was good, they teach you how to use the grill and brought out what we requested relatively quick. (Was a small wait for one of the items, but not a big deal). Some of the meat choices were better than others but overall they were all solid. I would check this place out again. (Keep in mind though there are some clear differences in flavors from the Korean style of grilling and the Japanese style. Just in case some people don't know. Specifically spice and stronger flavors.)

If I could give 6 stars I would! Prime K opened about 6 months ago and they truly should be out the door. Anthony was our waiter and he was so precessional and kind. The restaurant was clean and modern. I liked the way the grill in the table was set up. It was dipped lower and just felt much safer than other experiences I've had. Things you've got to think about when you have young kids. This was a date day with my husband and I'm sooo happy I found this place. This was the best we've had in a while. Everything from the quality of meat to the added sides with an explosion of flavor, to their dipping sauces were amazing. Prime K BBQ is a vibe and we're coming back for more! We learned through Anthony that the owners are there in the back almost every day making sure the quality of food is top tier. It shows. They are a little pricey, but in my opinion, worth it.

The food was amazing . The Rice, beef bulgogi, big bang shrimp were some of my favorites. Jamie the bartender was amazing, she provided exemplary customer service and kept us entertained he whole time we were there. I will definitely be back This is the type of vibe and food as well as service you expect. My first time here and it will not be my last.

Cool new Korean BBQ spot in Plantation. Hidden near Peters Road off University Drive. We were greeted by our lovely server Nat who explained the different choices on the menu. There are electric grills in the table tops where you can grill the variety of proteins. We chose the short ribs and the beef bulgogi. Nat brought out all the sides - rice, Kim chi, potato salad, and salad. It was so good! Can't wait to go back and try different items. Excellent service.

Food was excellent! I really like the beef bulgogi it was spectacular. The service was as well very good. Serving us water often and making sure everything was ok. The restaurant is nice and clean. With cool Asian decorations. They play K-Pop music in the speakers and have both seating. Overall extremely good!

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for sometime and finally went on a Thursday night. It is a pretty big restaurant, and it was not very busy, but that could possibly be because it was raining outside. We were immediately taken to one of the hibachi tables, and given menus. One side of the menu featured just drinks and they do have a full liquor bar. We started looking over the menus that our server, Jojo brought us. Even though there were four in our party, one person does not eat carbs and another one eats a very small amount. We decided to get the. "Holy Cow Combo," which is match for two people and priced at $109. It comes with brisket, short rib, and beef Bulgogi. It was a lot of food and we had two little sets of tongs so that we could cook the meat. JoJo suggested we cook the brisket first. It was just OK, thin slices of beef (think Steak-Ums.). There were enough pieces for the four of us to each have several. There were also different sauces we could use for dipping. Next we tried the short rib. It was more flavorful, but a little bit chewy again another huge portion. On JoJo's recommendation we cooked the beef Bulgogi last. It was everybody's favorite; full of flavor and pieces that you could eat easily. A small salad with ginger dressing, accompanied our combo and there was enough of it for each of us to have a small bowl full. It was also quite good. We also got two full bowls of rice to share, and two bowls were enough for the three of us that were eating rice. The combo also came with one side and we got the potato wedge fries. This was another huge portion and quite delicious. The fries had a bacon mustard coating that was very unique. The combo also came with some tiny sides of pickled radish, eggplant, cucumber salad, and homemade baked potato salad. None of those really appealed to me .....bedsides we had an abundance of other delicious things to try. Since we only had a combo that was made for two people, we tried several of the appetizers. We had the pork dumplings,$15, edamame, $8, and Brussel sprouts, $10. The dumplings were wonderful! There were 6, even though we were told there'd be 5. They were just a little crispy on the outside and packed with filling. The Brussel Sprouts were amazing! They were covered with a crispy glaze and had bacon bits. The edamame was good as well, and all the sides were very large portions. There was so much food! Our server, Jojo, was sweet and knowledgeable. She was running all over the place and she always had a smile on her face. I really enjoyed my dinner at Prime K BBQ and will definitely be back again. It would especially be a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

This place just opened up near my work and I was super excited because I love Korean barbecue we walked in. It's not that busy. It's very much a big place we sat down right away. The waiter was very nice and very helpful. We already knew what we wanted to get and I have to tell you all the sides were great. The salad was fresh seasoning was perfect and the kimchi stew was very good but the Gyoza was probably the best choice have had We definitely ordered way too much food. We could've just ordered one portion of the meat and it probably would've filled us up easily. I will definitely try this place again

I was so excited when I found out this Korean bbq spot opened up by my house. It's a little pricey compared to some other spots, but I think it's totally worth it ! The bang bang shrimp appetizer was good- I liked how crispy and uniform the breading. I also liked that the shrimp was a butterfly cut so the ratio of crisp to shrimp was good. Me and my date did the a la carte for the meats. You get unlimited salads ( pickled cucumber, potato salad, pickled ginger, mushrooms, etc). Each meat also comes with a side of rice. The portion is good for one person. For the meats (been 2 times), I have had the bulgogi beef, spicy pork bulgogi, pork belly, and the marinated short rib. They were all delicious. The bulgogi is soooo good. So much flavor. I preferred those and the marinated short rib because they are already seasoned. The pork belly comes plain so you need to season it when you cook it, which is no problem because they come with salt, pepper, and sauces and dips to use too. The pork belly was a good cut so there was a nice balance of fat to meat- it got nice and crispy while cooking. For drinks, I've had the Bruce lychee. It's pretty and is colored from the hibiscus. However, I enjoyed the Soju the most. Mango and lychee have been my favorite. The strawberry tasted artificial. The service was phenomenal each time! Both servers were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable of the menu. They answered all our questions and went above and beyond !!! Not only was the food and drinks delicious, but the all around vibes continue to bring me back !

Great plaza nearby for some delicious food and exceptional service! Jamie at the bar had great recommendations like the 'Gocho-Rita', a spicy margarita with a house-made rim and the dumplings. We ordered a couple things and shared, everything was delicious! Cute interior & bar!

Sidecar Speakeasy was the play... The speakeasy entrance was hidden in a hallway you can walk right by without even noticing. I dig it. Once inside, it's dark. Most of the light is coming from the light showcasing the bottles in the bar. The seating is a little tight as they're trying to maximize space for such a small area. We visited here twice during my visit: We sat at a table and a bar. You have the perfect amount of space for your party, but you're pretty close to the next table or bar seat. No claustrophobic vibes though. All the mixologists were great during both visits. One visit, we ordered their signature cocktails from the menu. When we sat at the bar, we had the mixologist surprise with a cocktail off the menu. He just asked what kind of liquor vibe we wanted, and he took it from there. He was super creative with every cocktail which made for a great time. They stayed upon until midnight one one visit and until 1 am on the other one. Both my visits were on a weekday. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. That said, it felt like the restaurant was a bit understaffed for the evening. It seemed like there was only one waitress handling the entire dining room, which did cause some delays in service at times. Overall, my party was fairly happy with the experience. My chicken fajitas were very well prepared and packed with great flavor. Unfortunately, my spouse's ribeye was a bit underwhelming--the marbling was excessive, which affected the overall quality. On a positive note, the margaritas were well made and enjoyable. I'm giving it a solid rating because I'd love to see a small business like this succeed, but in all honesty, it felt closer to a 3.5-star experience.

Not cold, not terrible -- just not what you hope for when you're excited and hungry. We ate it without making a fuss (we're not "send it back three times" people), but it definitely didn't match the quality of our first visit. The flavors weren't popping the way I remembered. That said -- here's where I land. Every restaurant has an off day. Kitchens get slammed, timing gets off, things happen. I can confidently say they delivered on one of those things, the experience. Unfortunately, the food felt like a failed attempt to escape... an escape room. Let's start with what absolutely works. The location is stunning. Truly breathtaking. The views are spectacular, the atmosphere is elegant, and the setting makes you feel like you have unlocked a premium level of Fort Lauderdale nightlife. The service is upscale and unhurried. No one rushes you, no one pressures you, and you are encouraged to linger and enjoy the moment. From a vibe perspective, you are winning. The drink menu is limited, but what they offer is top notch. Well crafted, balanced, and enjoyable. Think of the drinks as the first puzzle you solve successfully. Confidence is high at this point. Then the food arrives, and this is where the escape attempt starts to fall apart. We began with the bruschetta, which was absolutely dominated by balsamic. Not gently accented. Not thoughtfully drizzled. This was a full-scale balsamic ambush that completely overwhelmed the dish. Puzzle one failed. Next came the octopus. Perfectly cooked. Tender. Juicy. Textbook execution. Unfortunately, the flavor was nowhere to be found. Every bite was completely hijacked by the beans in the dish, leaving the octopus feeling like a background prop in its own plate. Puzzle two failed, morale dropping. Then came the calamari and mussels. Once again, the seafood was cooked properly, but flavor had clearly escaped through a hidden exit. Bland, forgettable, and confusing in how something prepared this well could taste like so little. Puzzle three failed, clock ticking. The fourth dish was the caprese salad, which somehow managed to swing in the opposite direction of the bruschetta. The tomatoes tasted like they were fresh from a grocery store shelf. The balsamic barely showed up this time, as if it had used up all its energy earlier. The mozzarella sat there watery and bland, contributing nothing and offering no clues. Final puzzle failed. Escape attempt unsuccessful. By the end of the meal, I felt like I had just spent two hours in an escape room where everything looked incredible, the staff was friendly, the room design was flawless, but none of the puzzles worked and you never actually escaped. Overall, Escape Rooftop Bar delivers breathtaking views, excellent service, and strong drinks. But the food turns the entire experience into a beautifully designed trap. When expectations are sky high and the kitchen cannot deliver, the disappointment hits harder. Two stars, awarded for the scenery, the cocktails, and the hope that one day the food finds the exit.
