Honestly, China Walk is, in my opinion, the best Chinese fast-food spot in all of the Miami Lakes area and its surroundings. It has that classic New York-style Chinese flavor--the kind you'd expect from a traditional Chinatown spot. The food is always fresh, well-seasoned, the place is clean, and the service is incredibly fast--they take care of you right away. Even though I no longer live in Miami Lakes and now I'm based in Orlando, every time I'm in town, it's a must-stop for me. When you walk into the store you can immediately see that it is outdated, and uncomfortable to sit and wait for your food to be ready. If they remodeled the store front it would be more inviting for newer customers. Most Asian cuisine shops look the same to me and this store has potential for greatness. The service was pushy, I was being pushed to buy certain food items I did not want. I had to repeat more than once "no, thank you". Other than that, the food is great. I got General Tso's Chicken Lunch Special which was $5.34 (with tax) and came with my choice of soup, eggroll or soda. The fried rice is good but could have more meat in it. The chicken was a typical General Tso's but for my own preference, I'd have preferred it a lot spicier. But it has a slight kick.
