Hialeah establishment has been operating for at least 25 or more years. I live in the Miami Lakes Miami Gardens area. In my neighboorhod, most chinese restaurants have either closed, sold or changed ownership for the worst. While in Hialeah, I decided to try Casa China. I was very impressed by the quality and the way the food was presented.At takeout food was super hot, still hot when I got home. The special fried rice had a generous amount of all ingredients. The shrimp Being the small size was plentiful. The egg rolls tasty and very crispy and not small standard size.Also ordered the sechuan chicken without heat which came with sticky rice and was also well stocked with veggies and large pieces of chicken.They included a bag of rice noodles and 2 fortune cookies for 20 and change with tip.I think I found my fried rice heaven ! When it comes to Chinese takeout, sometimes all we search for is the nearest spot and assume they are all the same. While this place isn't my particular favorite, they do have a nice vegetable fried rice which sometimes makes up for the inconsistent meat sides I've tasted here. The honey garlic chicken seems to be mostly breading these days which isn't my preference in any way. My dad likes the ribs but I'm not necessarily a fan. The egg roll obviously is something that can't be messed up and with enough duck sauce, they taste pretty crunchy and delicious. They do speak Spanish which is convenient and the prices are pretty cheap in comparison with other dinner options. It's not the best or the worst but they could put a bit more focus on their dishes with respect to quality. read more

The owners are super friendly and been at it for awhile. Since they are working all the time the knew I have never been there. The best I have ever had. Don't know I never knew about this place I can see why they have been at it for a long time. If your in the neighborhood definitely make it a must eat. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. Oh man! What a spot! Ordered thru UberEats and it was perfect. The food came hot and fresh. Everything tasted amazing and so so flavorful. We ordered the special fried rice, general Tso chicken, and the lo mein. It was packed with flavor and probably the best Chinese I've had in South Florida. Definitely recommend! read more

Ordered the mongolian beef dinner comb. Special. Came with a wonton soup and an egg-roll. Very nice side portions for the price you pay. I ordered as a walk in and the prepared it while i waited, only took 15 minutes max. I love egg-rolls but i have to say this one was a tad too crispy and very greasy but very good. Would continue to order with Casa China and would recommend them. read more

Let me start by saying that i am a llitle afraid of eating in any chinesse restaurant, but we wanted to eat chinese food in a new place and lucky us we found this place. What a nice surprise!! Eventhough they do mainly take out they have 2 tables inside the place. Food is excelent!! Very good flavor and everything looks freshly made. We've been getting food delivered from Casa China for the past 7 years since it's close to my mother's house. Their food is FRESH and ALWAYS DELICIOUS, no matter what you order. Their menu is extensive and their delivery service is fast and efficient. The drivers are always very pleasant and there's never been a mistake with our orders. It's a small place with only 2 tables, their business is mainly take-out/delivery. I highly recommend this restaurant, we have never been disappointed in their food. read more

Stopped by to pick up some food for lunch.... the food had a very off putting taste. I had the egg drop soup and it tasted like burnt plastic, not sure what the deal is there.... I threw it away. I absolutely love the food here it is always delicious and hot and it's a taste that you can't get anywhere else. Sometimes you go to some restaurants where the food is kind of bland and it doesn't taste authentic but this one, oh man! These people are jerks. They sent me the wrong food and refused to refund my money. When I called the owner suddenly lost the ability to speak english and just kept crowing your mistake, your mistake. The food they sent me was disgusting, congealed and inedible.
