Me and my Fiancé came to sit and have sushi at 9:10pm on a Tuesday night when they close at 10:00 and were turned away at the front door, told that "we don't do seating after 9:00 and you can only order take out"... absolutely ridiculous. read more

Service is a hit or miss but the sushi is good! Stone bowls aren't horrible if they are cooked correctly. Also the ramen is SPICY

Horrible service, I already posted about our experience. No drink refills, the waiter took my friends orders while I was at the restroom and cane back ten minutes later to get my order. We sat at the bar and all the waiters would scream from behind us to the cooks and grab dishes from between us to serve others. One instance the waitress grabbed a bowl of soup and spilled it and kept going, no apologies or offer to clean it up. Used my one napkin to clean it up. The one glass of water was excellent! read more

I called ahead so I didn't have to wait for the food. When I got there, they told me they couldn't make it until I arrived. Awesome!!! So you couldn't have told me that on the phone and save me a trip! read more

Never busy, but kinda below average food. Prices reasonably Well. I wouldn't recommend, drive downtown and go to Mr.Sushi! Same price and the food is way better!! read more

So, thank goodness, it's NOT another corporate chain restaurant on Beechmont Ave. They get another star for just opening up a restaurant here in Anderson, because, I'm telling you, people, Beechmont Ave is only one chain food place away from becoming Colerain. I'm tired of having to drive to hyde park or around the I- 275 loop for restaurants. Secondly, the service may be a little rough for now but that's what happens when the restaurant is new and bustling with more customers than can fit in the tenant space. The sushi rolls are good and the drink menu is limited but impressive. read more

Going to be straight forward and to the point. SushiNati is hands down in my top 3 favorite sushi places in Cincinnati! From the simple rolls to the specialty rolls, you won't be disappointed! Solid service all around! read more

So the sushi is fresh and good and the Korean food is excellent. Service was pleasant. Leaving a 1 or 2 star review of this place when we should be thankful to have something like it on Beechmont Ave is dumb. Clearly these folks would rather be at CrAppleby's. C'mon people read more

Not fresh at all. Yuck. I will make the extra trip to go to Delta Ave Cloud 9. DO NOT get raw sushi at this place

Great quality! Half price all the time and they also have other unique Korean options. Stone bowls are a must, and don't get me started on their specialty rolls! Over 25 different, unique, and fun specialty rolls. Very clean place apon friendly employees read more

I bought a few takeout rolls here and they were good and reasonably priced. The main reason we went here was because my 12YO daughter wanted to try eel and uni (nigiri). They were out of uni, but the eel was good. We also purchased a tuna roll, a California roll, and a salmon roll. All of them were good. The takeout service was friendly, easy and quick. We plan on being returning customers. read more

They ran my card twice, once for my 2 person table, and once for another large (very expensive) table. Then MOCKED ME when I asked how long it would take to get my refund, as I was not prepared to spend such a large amount of money. They told me it would be a same day refund. Then when I asked them to call and check it was actually going to take 3-5 days! Don't risk your money! I would not have been upset if the waiter would have let me know before he ran my card a second time. I just can't believe the owner stood there and mocked a paying customer! read more

This is my new second favorite sushi place. Ordered using door dash. Recommend this to people who know good sushi.

The food was excellent, our waitress was wonderful, and the owner treated us to a wonderful time. 10/10, I would highly recommend.

Very disappointed! Placed a pick up order, get home and it's made wrong. Call the store and their response is "my manager is weird about that, we can remake it and CHARGE you for it and you can come get it"! Then go on to say their sushi chef doesn't really speak English so it's not their fault. Who says that and doesn't guarantee that what you order is what you will get. I guess you can keep paying until they make your order right. Poor, poor poor customer service!!!!!!! read more

Great sushi and Korean option in Anderson Township. This place saves me from having to drive to Mt. Lookout for good half off sushi and I really liked their stone bowls as well - bibimbap and bulgogi! The owner Shelly is super nice and she also owns two other delicious restaurants - Korea House and 3501 Seoul in Hyde Park. As a new restaurant, they are working through a few kinks but service has vastly improved. Highly recommend that you check this place out and support local v. all the chains that we have in Anderson! read more

While the name implies sushi, the food is more Asian and with a Korean flair. Hot bowls and noodle dishes are awesome, and we love the sushi too. read more

Four stars is for the food only. We had house salads, kimchi fried rice, playgirl roll, kissed by fire and the spicy California rolls. Salad was good, needed a bit more dressing. Kimchi fried rice was delicious. My favorite roll was the spicy California. However, the host acted like he was inconvenienced by our being there. There were not any tables open so we sat at the bar, which was no big deal. The other server was walking around the place and I had to ask him for menus. After we gave the host our ordered he mumbled something and walked off. He may have just been overwhelmed because they were a bit busy, but he truly made us feel unwelcome. Probably go back someday. read more

Finally tried SushiNati. We do a lot of takeout and this will now be a regular. Sushi was fresh and the price point was good. We enjoyed our meal to the point where we started talking about how we need to venture over to one of their other restaurants next time we get a babysitter! read more

I love the decor of the restaurant! I sat at the sushi bar and had lunch. I ordered the Philadelphia roll and the ramen. The roll was very simple. I liked it but It was almost room temperature and I wasn't a huge fan. I wished the fish was colder. The ramen was great, perfect amount of spice and flavor. I have also had the chicken fried rice in the past and it was delicious! My only complaint was that the cooks behind the sushi bar were not wearing gloves. But over all it's very close to where I work so I am sure I will be back! read more

The Food is amazing!!! Love the hot stone bowls!! Thanks for coming to Anderson! We got the stone bowl for our 9year old, and a big platter for my husband and I. Support locally! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. We ordered from here about a week ago and they told us to pick up our order in 20 min. We got there in 20 min and still waited about 15 to get our order. I didn't want to go back because the sushi is average at best, but my boyfriend really wanted sushi so we went back a week later and again they told us 20 min. My boyfriend waited 30 min before ever leaving the house, and when he got there he waited for about 30 min before someone said "oh your ticket isn't back here." So that entire time he was waiting for literally nothing because they did not have our order. I called the store to be like what is going on and I swear I've never interacted with someone SO rude. She was like "well we just gave your boyfriend the order so I don't know what you want." I was like well I work at 2am so it's a big deal to have to wait SO long for an order that was supposed to take 20 min and she was like "well he has it soooo." I asked if I could speak with a manager and she literally told me the manager wasn't there and doesn't speak English anyway. So basically no apologies or compassion whatsoever just a rude employee who was also rude to other customers in the store. They also put my cold roll in with a warm fried roll. They literally don't care about anything or anyone read more

Sushi is delicious but the Korean items on the menu are the hidden gem. The Dolsat Bibimbap with tofu is absolutely delicious and the entire menu is super vegetarian/vegan friendly--the kitchen will even tweak non-vegan items to make them vegan if you ask :). It's such a cute space in a great location. EDIT: I forgot that the house-made hot sauce is so good that I literally want to buy it in bulk and take it home to use on other things read more

So I moved to the east side about six months ago but just came here last night for the first time. Definitely disappointed in myself that I have not been here sooner!!!! The sushi is fantastic and what a deal. My hubby and I had a beer each and four rolls of sushi (3 of them were huge) and our bill was $33. The sushi was the best I have had in a long time. I'm from the west side and the few sushi places I had by me were not nearly this good and the rolls were soooo tiny. I think I will be stopping in here often to dine in and carryout. Our server was really nice too...not sure I caught his name but was a really tall guy. This place is great and I look forward to going back for more delicious sushi!!!! read more

I ordered the very simple fried rice, and it was absolutely delightful! It came out sizzling in the hot bowl. The chicken was not overcooked, the vegetables were fresh aaaaaand the fried egg was perfect. I would absolutely go back and get another hot bowl! read more

Enjoyed the rolls, they were very good, will come back. A bit loud but most places are nowadays! Soda was pricey $2.

Sushi was the best part. I had a stone bowl it had good flavor and was very filling. The udon noodles were gooey. They tasted over cooked. Overall experience was good read more

Wow really great sushi, and better service!! I had a very welcoming hostess and an attentive waiter, who both made great suggestions. I was impressed with the many options and high quality cooked and raw food (I even got a sushi roll that came out on fire!). I would highly recommend if you're looking for a new fun place to grab a roll! read more

Waited almost an hour for a carry out order they said would be ready in 15 minutes. Because I've been here before, I wanted to check the order to make sure everything was included. I'm not sure it was. When I peaked into the first bag, the rolls were falling apart and everything was a complete mess. While I was waiting, the kid doing the carry out orders was losing his mind and kept throwing his hands up in the air. A waitress actually gave a roll a big sniff because she didn't know what it was or what table it went to. DISGUSTING. We hadn't been for a long time because they always mess up our order. Tonight was the nail in the coffin. When I said I just wanted my money back, it was an ordeal that took forever. They had to call someone. I literally raised my voice because I was so mad. Last time I was so mad that I yelled at workers who obviously have the worst management was... never. I've never gone to a place and yelled at people. This place sucks and I will never go back. read more

Great food, fresh sushi, clean environment. Wait staff is spotty. Been here several times. Solid 4

I've been to there other restaurants and again I'm not disappointed. Delicious food, great presentation and service and they have an open kitchen! read more

Since before it even opened, I have been really rooting for this place. We desperately need good sushi spots in Anderson. I have tried this now multiple times for takeout and they have let me down every time. The first time was a call ahead and it took over 30 minutes once I got there. The sushi was fine though a little bit heavy on the spicy sauce. The most recent time, today, I went to the restaurant and placed my order before running next-door to Kroger to get a few groceries. I was shocked when she told me it would probably take half an hour for my food to be made. I took my time at Kroger's and came back after about 30 minutes. It was still another 20 minutes before I received my food, which wasn't quite the right order when I got home. There were also about five other customers waiting around for their food mentioning having been there for 45 minutes to an hour or more waiting on their food for takeout. The sushi was fine, but nothing so amazing that it is worth waiting this long for. (And $6 for a tiny seaweed salad is kinda high!) I am still rooting for them because I want us to have more sushi places here in Anderson, but they have a lot of kinks to work out to make this a successful business. In the meantime, I'll continue heading up the road to the Mt Lookout sushi spots...I can call ahead and be back home within 30 minutes. read more

I agree with several other reviews regarding service. We waited 21 minutes before anyone ever showed up to our table, and that was only after my friend went up and said something. The story was the waitress didn't know we were one of her tables. After that, service was average after offering nothing for our extended wait. The food was good Bibimbap), the sushi looked very good although I had not ordered any. Not a very inviting place, more of a lunch atmosphere, but I'll be back at some point to try the sushi. read more

Stopped in tonight to try a new place. The service was a little slow but good. The bengal roll was great. Sushi was good. Ordered a stone bowl. The bowl itself was so hot it took 20 minutes just to cool enough to taste it. It looked great but the bowl had kept cooking the bottom and made it hard and charred. The flavor was ok. Overall pretty decent. I would try again and stick with the sushi because it was very good. read more

SushiNati... more like SushiNo thank you. I am not sure how there are so many good reviews for this place, unless the people giving them have never gone to decent sushi bar before. The outside decor gives the impression of a fun experience but you quickly discover fancy wrapping does not cover a dumpster fire. As soon as we sat down we are told they are out of almost every beer even signature/traditional Japanese beers they typically stock. This of course was only after the waitress who sat us first helped a table of four with another waitesss before asking us for our drink orders. When ordering we were not given any suggestions, the appetizers where never brought to us nor were they even entered. The waitress did not even mention the fact that she completly forgot to bring them out. The sushi rolls tasted old, rubbery, and looked off. When I attempted to express my disapproval of one the rolls the waitress cut me off and started promoting another roll. She never offered to give us refills at any time and when our food came out they did not even have plates for us to eat off of. She gave us a tiny bowl and a tiny platter to use instead (the table of four however all got plates, utensils, and refills right away) bottom line AVOID THIS TERRIBLE EXCUSE OF A SUSHI BAR read more

Avoid the ramen. The broth lacks any depth and the ingredients are uninspired. Talk about expensive compared to other restaurants serving ramen! I've found store-bought ramen packets with better flavor. The stone bowls are bland and poorly prepared. The rice should become crispy at the bottom of the bowl. Meh. read more

Excellent. Delicious sushi, beautiful presentation, awesome bowls. Great prices and a welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

Great food and service. The stone bowls are awesome. This place needs to exist in Anderson.

Absolutely horrendous service. Forgot half of our order. Food is sub par at best, and $10 for 5 wings is ridiculous.
