The only reason I knocked a star is because service was fine - they didn't really check in or explain the process. For example, one of the reviews below says you can order what you want and they'll deliver it on the belt but no one really came around to ask (despite us being visibly confused for the first 15 minutes and there was only one other table). All in all, a good experience for a sushi spot in a shopping center.

I had the deep fried Anchorage roll, the Hawaiian roll with regular tuna (adjusted from spicy tuna) and the sushi bake (my favorite). My mom had the beef soup which she said was tasty and so was the steamed dumpling. We were a little hesitant to try the poke due to so many disappointments here in the PNW but after being impressed by the genuine quality of the food and service I might give it a try on the next visit. It often feels like our requests are not being heard. Food and additional items frequently arrive very late, sometimes when we are already preparing to leave. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the overall customer experience.
