All You Can Eat Sushi - what a treat. Tried the AYCE which includes appetizers, hand rolls rolls- traditional and baked specialties. ($33 Sept2024). We tried several rolls- dragon rolls, golden tiger, baked lobster and my favorite Volcano which has baked scallops on it so good! appetizers we tried the Tempura and gyoza (pot stickers) very good , skip the egg rolls a bit greasy. I like that the sushi rolls are on the smaller side this way you can sample more LOL. The two wait staff ladies were super nice and eager to get our orders right. My only criticism is that the tables need resurfacing badly actually the interior could use a mini make-over for sure. but that will not stop me from returning to this Hemet gem. read more

The table I got was sticky. That was a yucky feeling. When I went, it wasn't busy. The ambiance inside felt so gloomy. It's pretty dim inside. It felt so depressing. The customer service was good. They are all friendly there. It's just one set ayce price all day. I think it was about 35$ I could be wrong. Again, I'm not really paying attention to the price. I gave this place 3 stars bc the rice was really mushy, and everything I ordered was bland or tasted off. The miso tasted like water. Perhaps my taste buds are on the saltier side. Tiny thin slices of sushi. Octopus and scallops were terrible and stinky. It's "all you can eat" mostly rice. Hot sake was luke warm. Lobster rolls are crawdads. Baked salmon skin is cooked with a propane torch and taste like fuel. They offer nothing special ie: Uni, amaebi, ankimo, Toro, blue fin tuna etc. Drink refills were requested several times. The color of the tuna is almost a light pink and the salmon has no marbling. Usually, the color of a decent cut of tuna is a darker almost blood red color and with salmon, it shows lines of marbling. Their cut is super thin, almost paper thin. The two Waitress's are not the friendliest. The decor and ambiance is lacking. The place feels small and old. The bathroom is located outside with the door remaining unlocked and just very untidy. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I've been going here for years...I've always been satisfied...until the last visit. The new management needs to make changes or they're not going to last. There was one guy making sushi, one server running his azz off and one man telling them what to do, but not doing anything himself. The server worked his butt off, but was obviously not trained. He did not know what to bring out or when. This is 100% not his fault and I in no way am saying anything bad about him. He worked his butt off and would be an excellent employee if the owner took time to train him. He added a star to the rating. Despite being one of two people there, it was 25 minutes between ordering and receiving food. They were waiting it out to stop the AYCE from being used by delaying food. The sushi was okay. Small fish portions. There's definitely a drop off from the prior owner. I'm hoping this was one bad day. And, I will give them another shot, but that's it.
