The quantity of food is much better when dining in, though I really don't think I would do much damage to the All You Can Eat buffet. If you opt for takeout, the prices are extremely reasonable especially if you are a Sashimi lover such as myself. As always, my favorites are the seaweed salad and squid salad; but alas, I've tried their sushi rolls and the salmon sushi roll (6 piece) is definitely one of my favorites. In regards to Sashimi, you honestly cannot go wrong with any of them! You can actually taste the smoky flavor in the smoked salmon which I've yet to find anywhere else that tastes this good. The caramel shrimp is a MUST TRY along with their fantastic and crunchy flying fish eggs. Mussels shooter's are never a disappointment! The jalapeno pepper is similar to jalapeno poppers in other Japanese establishments. Fish is always fresh and I've never had a bad meal or experience. Highly recommend Sushi Pro to all sushi enthusiast's!

Had a great lunch today at Sushi Pro, the kaitan style restaurant is super fun. Our server was sweet, fast, and helpful. The all you can eat also includes some beverages and desserts - which were so good :)

This was a really unfortunate experience. My first few rolls were okay, I also tried the shrimp shumai which was not really a good item to be left on a conveyor belt since it got cold and oily, and I felt like the prices were so disappointing; $7 for 4 pieces of sunset roll is pretty wild as it is, but then I pulled a hair from the middle of the roll and it really put the nail in the coffin. I couldn't get the image of hair being in all the rolls on the belt out of my head and I had to call it quits. The saving grace was the server who was very kind and took all my rolls off the check. I really enjoy conveyor belt sushi, and it's great that this spot is open Sundays, but sushi pro needs to make some changes, it's not cutting it right now.

Came here last minute with friends to have sushi and it was a cool experience. The sushi and speciality drinks are served on a conveyor belt. They have many different rolls. It's a unique concept it just moves in circles and you grab what you want. It's like a sushi buffet. The options are color coded by plates. So specific colors are different prices. Ranging from $2.99-6.99. You also have the option to order off their menu. When you do it is delivered by a robot car on top of the sushi buffet. It's a cool concept how this all works. Service was decent. It felt slow to get our waters and our check though the waitress was very friendly and never made a mistake on anything we ordered. It's great that the sushi is buffet style because your speed to eat is at your own discretion. Overall it was a great experience. My only complaint is I felt 4 pieces to a roll wasn't a full roll but does make sense because you can choose many options. I will say the sushi taste good because we ate it before could capture any pictures it went from grab to mouth. They do have an option for all you can eat for $35 a person.

The rotating sushi belt is such a cool thing to me. You can either pay by plate or opt for all you can eat. The tables were kind of small and plates stack up really fast. The sushi was good and I'd likely come here again. The service was alright, nothing to write home about, but overall I think it's a place worth checking out for yourself!

Fun, atmosphere, great for family and kids and anyone wanting to try sushi that hasn't. Affordable, good, smaller portions. Anything you order off the menu comes on the train to your table. You also have the options of picking up anything rotating through the conveyor belt. Service was a little on the slow side, not we were not in any rush so not a big deal. We had the young coconut drinks, they need to make the openings bigger so that a spoon can fit and you get the young coconut meat out of the shell. Loved their prices, and smaller portions so you can try more items. This is not a high end, high quality sushi place, so as long as you know that going in, you'll enjoy it. Would def go back again. Also thought it was cute they added in poki sticks, marble drinks, boba treats on their conveyor belt as well.

The quality of food is bad for All you can eat places overall. However, their food was great! I would visit again. The owner was checking with us to see if we enjoyed the food. Great service. It is cool to see a delivery train as well.

Our server Codie was amazing, she checked on us often and made us feel welcomed. It was our first time here, we came almost right when they opened so everything tasted pretty fresh. The sushi that we had was pretty good, but the portions were not that great for the price. The slices of fish for the nigiri and sashimi were cut so thinly. That was pretty much the only downside and why I rated it a 3.

Fun experience with the rotating belt. We had the all you can eat which includes beverage, sushi on belt, and hot food you can order. Service was super slow when ordering vs belt. Had variety of sushi from belt along with appetizer options, fruit, yogurt bites, and bottled variety drinks besides tea and boba. Teriyaki chicken with shrimp - shrimp was beyond over cooked. Fun to try and visit.

Solid sushi place. You go here more for the experience as the conveyor belt is super fun and somewhat authentic. My wife lived in Japan for a few years and she said that it was similar to what they have in Japan. The quality of sushi is good but not the best. Again, you go there mostly for the environment and experience. Kids would love it. The service was good, however due to the way it's structured it takes the waiters a while to come back to you if you want to order something else. Fun place.

What I love about conveyer belt sushi is you get to try a lot of different rolls because you are only grabbing a plate with a couple of pieces of sushi. I keep a spreadsheet of the rolls we have tried with a rating so that on subsequent visits, we don't take the one stars off the belt. The top rated rolls for us are Angel, Playboy, Sunrise, Buddha, Santa Fe, and Baked Scallop. I love the citrus and bright flavors of the Sunrise, this one doesn't feel heavy. You know how sometimes you order gyoza and mostly what is good about it is that it is a deep fried thing you can dip into a delicious sauce? Not the case here. The Gyoza is incredible! The flavor is so good you almost don't need a sauce. You can pull it off the belt, but I suggest ordering a couple to arrive by train.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Delicious definitely worth it. Their cakes are delish coconut and strawberry. Make space to eat a lot.

The appetizers come with the hot pot and there are plenty of options to munch on while your ingredients heat up. Korean fried chicken, edamame, and gyoza are my favorites. After ordering your drinks, soup base, and meats (vegetarians get a cheaper option), you can get right to the veg/seafood buffet. They have a great sauce station and a big wall of different kinds of popular ramen packs to use if desired. Once you get settled, you can keep ordering the meats you like until you get full. I like to keep a little note of what I think of each one so I remember for next time. Fun Concept, Needs More Punch…read more I recently brought my family to Tsubame Rotating Sushi to celebrate my son's birthday, and overall, it was a mixed but worthwhile experience. The main appeal, the rotating sushi belt, was a huge hit! My son was super stoked and absolutely loved the novelty of picking exactly what he wanted right off the conveyor. It certainly makes for a fun, interactive family meal. The Food While the concept is great, the quality was a bit lacking for my wife and me. We found the flavors weren't punchy or vibrant enough to really stand out. Best Roll: The Ponzu Citrus Roll was my favorite, offering a nice, bright flavor. Good Option: The fried options, like the Fried Jalapeño Popper Roll, were generally tasty, but still felt a bit typical or "boring." Skip: My least favorite was the Mango Roll. Bland, no flavor but coconut and rice. Service & Atmosphere On the bright side, the service was excellent. Our server was very nice and was super on top of drink refills, which we really appreciated throughout the meal. The design and overall vibe inside the restaurant were also nice and pleasant. Overall: Come for the fun experience and interactive concept, especially if you have kids (perfect for trying different types of sushi at only $3.59 a plate). If you're looking for top-tier, complex sushi flavors, you might find the food a bit understated.

Why 3 stars? Because I hate to say it, but it was all just okay…read more --- --- --- I went to Utah to visit my childhood best friend. We still have plenty in common, but one big difference between us is that I eventually became someone who loves trying new restaurants and new cuisine as often as possible, while he mostly sticks to the 5-6 things he loves and doesn't stray from that. But when we were talking about his favorite restaurants, Kobe was #1 on his list. Sure, it didn't have a crazy high Yelp rating, but my favorite restaurant in Tampa had a similar rating, so I was plenty open minded. Off we went! First up was the salad: I'd give it a solid 4.5-stars. I liked the crunchy stuff on top. Good start! Soup: 3-stars. This didn't do much for me. But hey, I'm not really a soup guy. Fried Rice: my friend talks up how amazing the fried rice here, but I'm thinking that most fried rice is about the same. I take a couple of bites, and I'm not sure how to describe it, but something was just a tick off about it. Not that it was bad, but I thought it was just okay. 3.5-stars in general, but downgrading it to 3 because fried rice from a hibachi place is usually such an easy win. Scallops: My absolute favorite thing at hibachi places are the scallops. They are always awesome. This time? Argh - they were alright. Now I'm getting sad. Same thing: 3.5-stars, but down to 3 because I have never had scallops from a hibachi grill that weren't 5-stars until this visit. Filet: 5-stars for the tenderness, 3-stars for the flavor. It was really lacking salt. But I'd forgotten about the dipping sauce! That will surely make it better, right? Sadness. The dipping sauce was to subtle that it didn't really make any difference. Another 3.5-stars graded to 3 on a curve. This also ended up being the most expensive meal during my stay in Utah. And when I compare it to my trip to Benihana a few months earlier, it was clearly a step below that in just about every way, and I gave Benihana 4-stars. The worst part of the experience was the pressure of my friend grilling me about what I thought the whole time. I'm an honest person, but they were staring through my soul. I ultimately said I'd rate it 4-stars, but as I was writing this review, I just couldn't do it. If I lived in the area, I would view this as a place that I wouldn't really ever need to go back to. And if that's the case, how can I give it 4-stars? If you ever read this review, I'm sorry broski. I still love you. Maybe you can come to Houston and write a 3-star review of my favorite place and we'll call it even?
