Authentic as can get and well priced. They've actually increased their prices by a dollar or so but they're still a good place to eat. The food is fresh and authentic and the staff are nice. I love their Thai donuts. The only thing I don't like is when ordering misu soup, they serve it in a paper plastic bowl, which feels and looks like it's melting. I wanna say this place is actually a delivery spot or was at first and they casually accept dine ins. Which is great because we always just pop in and it's never too packed! (there's probably about 10 seats) But don't expect much dinning in here. They serve most of their food on plastic cutlery. However, that doesn't stop the sushi from being delicious! The owners are very friendly and I've never had a problem here! The sushi is cheap and you get a GREAT amount! They offer sushi platters that I know a lot of people get! Definitely recommend if you're reallly hungry. It's worth it. Lately, I've been into sashimi and I order their sashimi appetizer, it comes with 3 different types of fish (it's in one of my photos if you want to take a look!) Delicious. Every time I eat there I'm blown away. I usually get the California and the Sexy roll, which is AMAZING. Today, I got a California and a Tiger Roll. I never order anything with raw tuna because I don't like raw tuna, but I wanted to try something new today and I am so glad I did. It was probably one of the best rolls I've ever eaten. Seriously, amazing. The sushi here is always so fresh. Whenever people ask me for a good sushi restaurant, I recommend Sushi Corner. But we're not here to bask in their ambiance nor are we here for date night! We're here because we want raw fish, and we want it to go! I typically get the Party Tray for 2 (or 3-4 if it's a larger group... or even 4-5, lol). My wife and I love to go ham on their rolls. If you like spicy, you'll love the Spicy Tuna roll the PT (Party Tray) comes with. The wife adores their California roll, which is refreshing and has a slight sweetness to it. Another awesome roll is their Tiger Roll, but that comes in the PT for 4-5, though you can definitely order it separately. The people working here are also super humble. Only downside, to me, is that they charge for eel sauce, if you want some to-go, and it isn't much. But nothing major! Craving Sushi Corner, now... Excuse my French but Je T'aime Sushi Corner! Wait not that type of French... Let me reiterate... I fucking love it! The decor... Eh. The restaurant and tables in general... Eh. They serve everything on disposable styrofoam plates and drinks are served in red Solo cups. HOWEVER, the staff are extremely humble and friendly and he food is quality at a great price! They're quick and they food is tasty. I usually order a couple handrolls and I'll tell you that unlike MANY Japanese restaurants in the Kendall area, these handrolls are FILLED. Their rolls have good sized pieces of fish as well with modest prices. Actually, let me address those other local restaurants... Fuck you Sushi Sake and Bonsai for being for stingy with your fish, Sushi Corner fucking blows your sushi out of the water! I usually order delivery as well. The order is always on time and does NOT disappoint! I've never had to complain that they forgot something as simple as soy sauce or katsu sauce (ahem Sushi Sake). 3.5 rounded up and I'll tell you why. This is pretty much a low key sushi take out spot with very, very reasonable prices for its quality. Don't be fooled by its location, being the minority of this Latin predominate plaza. Quite opposite spectrum of your high end sushi but for money saving sushi noms look no further. There's a reason why you'll find me checking in here multiple times a month (especially post gym!) I usually order the party platter for 2-3 or 3-4 with biased changes to the rolls they contain. I change out everything everything without salmon to spicy tuna rolls and take out the cream cheese from the the JB roll for both platters. Sometimes I keep the eel roll if my craving permits. The platter for 1-2 people contains 38 pieces for 21.95$ and the platter for 3-4 people contains 62 pieces for 33.95$ (without substitutions). This practically out does any basic boat in my book! A little sacrifice of quality for a stomach filled to the rim is the best way I can sum this place up. read more

What a great little spot in West Kendall. I was searching for a new spot for take-out sushi near my house. I'm kinda sick of the places around me so decided to try sushi corner off of a friends recommendation( my neighbor and fellow yelper). The restaurant is located in a busy shopping center right next to Palacios de los jugos. It's small and unassuming, in fact I almost missed it if it wasn't for the sign outside that says Sushi take out. As soon as I walked in I was impressed. If you follow my reviews on sushi restaurants you will see how important it is for me not to smell fish when I walk into a restaurant. That said, this place did not smell fishy. It smelled clean. I know it's an oxymoron but I think if fish is fresh it shouldn't smell fishy. So I opted for take-out on my first visit. We ordered the Cruchy Tuna Roll, Tuna Tartare, California Roll and The Sushi Corner Roll. Everything was delicious and tasted so fresh and moist. My favorite was the Crunchy Tuna Roll. It had a perfect kick to it. Absolutely loved it. Since it's my first time getting take out a gave 4 stars. I will definitely return and possibly dine in. If the rolls are consistently good then I'll upgrade to a 5 stars. Just wish they served wine. read more

Went with my family on a Saturday afternoon. They also delivery for a very small fee! I think $1.50 for delivery. I will definitely be returning as we love sushi, and you can't beat these prices! For dessert we got the cakes. The mango one was delish, I will try the rest at home asi left very full. Owner is very nice, came by to greet and check in on us. Discovered this place after a friend was raving about how delicious and affordable this place was on facebook, and she was definitely not lying. This restaurant is located in the same plaza as El Palacio de Jugos on miller and 150th. Nothing really fancy, but their sushi was definitely fresh and affordable. Every time I eat in or order for take out, we always get pot stickers or egg rolls on the house. Sushi taste delicious and everything is fresh and made to order. This place is wayyyyy more affordable than most places in Miami, in fact the most affordable I have ever been, but the food is delicious. The Thai donuts are very good as well. My boyfriend got a steak teriyaki and he said they he would ordered it again Our waitress was very sweet. Keep in mind, this it's not a high end sushi place. This is a "casual" sushi restaurant with delicious fresh sushi and reasonable prices. Today was our first visit and we will definitely be back. The customer service was wonderful and all staff members worked hard to ensure our visit was pleasant. We started with the Tuna Tataki which was cooked perfectly and our main entrees was Sushi Corner Roll (definitely our favorite) and the Crunchy Roll (warning a bit spicy but yummy) and completed our meal with the most delicious Thai Doughnuts. We received a flyer a week ago and take out was a great option for us on a Friday night not wanting the crazy Miami hustle and bustle. Our order was ready in about 20 minutes! For a family of four we ordered a JB roll, Spicy Tuna roll, the Sexy Roll, the Dragon Roll and their very own Corner Roll. My son had the Teriyaki Chicken dinner. We also had some sashimi. The sushi was very fresh and flavorful. No need for extra sauces on the side. It was that good! It was the most fish Ive ever had in a sushi roll and the sashimi pieces were larger than usual too. Needless to say we had left overs the next day. The restaurant is very casual and very clean. Staff is very nice. We will def be back! So happy to have great sushi in the neighborhood!
