Yum!! I was craving sushi and all the restaurants were out of the way or closing. It was around 7 ish pm. This was close to a bus stop so very convenient and the fish was very fresh. Order online!!! I didn't realize you could because I was just looking for the nearest sushi spot. They have a good selection of items. Definitely great if you want to grab a quick bite of sushi and take it back home.
Sushi Blossom was super solid. We started with the edamame and seaweed salad, which were fresh and light, but the sushi itself really delivered. The Salmon Lover box was great if you want salmon quality, and the Nigiri Set B had an awesome variety, the eel was flavorful, the yellowtail was tender, and the seared salmon was melt in your mouth good. On top of everything tasting fresh, they package it so neatly in their custom takeout boxes with tiny wasabi dishes. One minor thing that caught us off guard is that it's takeout only.
a cute little sushi takeout spot right near the space needle! got the salmon lovers set and the maki set as well (salmon, spicy salmon, tuna, albacore). the fish is so fresh and soft. favorite is definitely the seared salmon! also very generous with the fish in the maki rolls. the staff were super sweet and our order was ready fairly quick as well!
I ordered via Doordash because I was on a business trip, but wow! The sushi is packed in a nicely branded, to-go box that felt like I was ordering from sugar fish. The sushi was also extremely fresh, rich, and buttery. My favorite was the Seared Salmon Box, the fish was thick slices of salmon that was seared with mayo on top. I believe it came in two options with roughly 5-6 pieces of each. I also got the inari trio and that was yummy too.
I recently heard about Sushi Blossom, it's a small place in Belltown that basically does exclusively takeout orders. They don't have seating inside so I would recommend ordering online. I couldn't decide which of the sets to get; they all sounded great. I decided on the Salmon Set which came with Salmon Rolls, a couple types of Salmon Nigiri, and Salmon Sushi. The quality of the salmon is super fresh. I was surprised by the care that went into packaging the boxes. I also thought the price was great for the amount of sushi you are getting. Would come back!

My order came neatly packed in their cute takeaway box and for some reason, the aesthetic of it was very satisfying to see and open. I got the nigiri set B, I believe? And I'm so happy that I did. Each piece had a very well portioned piece of fish perched on top of the rice. The rice itself was a good consistency and not overpowering with the fish. Everything tasted wonderful and it was filling enough for me. I'm not particularly dying to go to the restaurant itself, not for any particular reason other than sheer convenience of delivery and already having had a fantastic experience with their food from that.
Pretty solid takeout sushi spot! This place doesn't have any sort of dine-in option, so you can either pickup or order delivery. We got it for delivery, but their online ordering menu on mobile is absolutely horrendous to use so we ended up having to get it through Uber Eats instead. I got the maki quatro with salmon, spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and negitoro. The fish was really fresh and flavorful amongst all of them! The salmon and negitoro were my favorite -- so buttery soft and yummy. The spicy tuna was my least favorite, as it had some weird smoky aftertaste. The pieces are smaller than I expected, so although the price was great the portion really wasn't that much. The rice also wasn't the best texture but was nicely flavored. Overall, this spot does the job for that sushi craving, and has some great fish. I do want to try the nigiri and signature rolls next time.
The sushi was good - I loved the veggie roll they had. I wish they had more shellfish options instead of mostly salmon and tuna rolls, but that's my personal preference. The Inari nigiri were excellent and the wasabi was really fresh too. The miso was flavorful but didn't have much tofu. Definitely a fan though! They were kind and speedy with preparing the order. It was ready in about 20 min or so which was pretty impressive. Ambiance is that they're take out only pretty much. They have about 4 chairs you could probably sit and eat at but they're designed for grab and go and they're very good at it!

The Sushi Blossom Roll is topped with seared salmon and was a delicious treat. The Salmon Lover includes 3 pieces of salmon nigiri, 2 pieces of seared salmon nigiri, 2 pieces of salmon sashimi, and 4 pieces of salmon cut roll. A salmon lover's dream! The Maki Quattro includes 16 rolls of your choice of fish. The sushi is decently priced and fresh, the quality was great! This is definitely a great spot for those craving for a sushi dinner!
The sushi here is good. It doesn't stand out, but it is good. I tried some unagi, salmon, and tuna rolls as well as some sashimi. This is essentially take-out only and the actual location is very small.
Just moved to the area and now I have no excuse to ever be craving sushi. We got 3 salmon avocado rolls, 1 salmon lover and a spicy tuna. We ordered and received our food in 10 minutes. No notes on anything, and if it was up to me, I'd come here everyday There's three bar stools that you can eat on, or eat outside around the area. Very small but Very good.

Small, To Order, and Yum Was at the Seattle Center for FIFA event and wanted to try something different for food. Saw the great ratings and walked on over. Sushi Blossom is a short walk from the Space Needle! Walked in and used the QR code to made the order. You cannot eat at Sushi Blossom-- Two chairs and a bar/table to hang out at. Looks like a crew of 3-4 making the place go. We ordered wdamame, miso soup, some rolls. It took a while as there are a lot of orders and it's not quick. So, be ready for a bit of a wait. Friendly enough staff. Everything is packaged nicely and once we received our food, we headed back to the Seattle Center to eat. All was tasty. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but really good. When I first ordered from Sushi Blossom, it just happened to be something I saw on Doordash, what seemed like an unassuming sushi takeout spot that keeps their prices reasonable by not having seating within the store. I was not ready for how impressive their takeout experience is! It truly makes me a repeat customer and every time I introduce a friend, it's been a hit 10/10 times. Their sushi pieces are so "juicy" as my friend says (she's exactly right) and the presentation is beautiful as well (gotta eat with your eyes first!). Definitely worth trying at least once, but proceed with caution as you might get hooked! The best sushi at a moderate price point in the area. I have been here 3 times. I enjoyed 2 out of 3 experiences and would have given this place 5 stars but today was not as good as normal for some reason. The rice was unusually hard and ruined the sushi for me. They should have noticed this when preparing the sushi and remade it. I did contact the restaurant to let them know about this issue and they offered a refund which was very kind of them as a small business. I will happily give them another try. This is currently my favorite casual sushi place! read more
Hands down my favorite sushi spot in Seattle. The fish tastes so fresh and the portions are so generous for the price. Yes it's takeout only but they do takeout so well. Everything is so neatly packed in and they even give you soy sauce containers which I really appreciate. If it's warm outside, I recommend going to Lake Union park and eating on the grass while overlooking the water or if you're eating it mid winter like I did today, it's the perfect car meal if you don't want to take it all the way home. I got the salmon lovers and everything tasted amazing. The salmon is some of the best i've had and the marbling on it is beautiful. Don't let "takeout only" discourage you from going here. They truly do care about the food they put out. read more

Sushi Blossom has been open for a little over a year in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, located diagonal from KIRO7 TV station and proximate to the Space Needle at Seattle Center. I was craving nigiri sushi for a late lunch and found this highly touted spot via my Yelp app (9/21/22). I found street parking a block away and showed up during the last hour of lunch service. There's a two hour break between lunch and dinner service. **Note though starting 9/26/22 next Monday, their hours will be only for dinner service/takeout Mon-Sat 430 to 830pm, closed Sundays.** It is a tiny spot with sushi and sashimi available for takeout and delivery. However, upon inquiry at the ordering counter, I was shown an adjacent area with four seats at a narrow counter. I was thankful for that availability since I had paid for an hour of street parking. The menu is available via QR code or the menu link via their Yelp site. I ended up selecting the Nigiri Set B ($19.99) with 2 pieces of salmon (sake), 1 piece each seared salmon (aburi sake), yellowtail (hamachi), tuna (maguro), albacore (shiro maguro), shrimp (ebi), sweet omelet (tamago), broiled eel (unagi), and a large piece of the featured fresh roll. I added a Negi Hama roll ($6.25) and bottled water ($1.99). All were presented with nicely branded boxes with pickled ginger and wasabi, chopsticks, napkin and a packet of Kikkoman soy sauce. I dined onsite, but easily nicely packaged as takeout. I haven't indulged in nigiri sushi in awhile and this late lunch splurge definitely hit the spot. I was also checked on from the friendly counter person. I enjoyed the afternoon sunshine along with my tasty lunch at this shared counter with two other people to my right. While I was there, they were doing quite the brisk pickup/takeout. The nigiri pieces were nicely presented, sizable, and very fresh. Generous portions at proper temps and on point sushi rice. Kudos to the other counter person focused on food preparation! Terrific find via the Yelp app! read more

The combos are a great value to share with a friend. Pro-tip, if you're looking for somewhere nearby to eat the takeout, you can bring it to the Seattle center food court nearby! read more
Take-out only sushi spot! The sashimi was delicious and my favorite thing we ordered. The rolls and nigiri were okay. Since we got our food around 6pm, the rice was a bit hard and wasn't the best. I was a bit sad to see the small amount of wasabi and ginger they give you for the amount of food given. read more

Hands down, the best takeout sushi I've ever had! I live a 6 minute walk away from this restaurant and I don't know how I've never tried it before. I got the seared salmon box and my boyfriend got the build your own Maki Quattro box. The seared salmon was perfect. It's creamy and melts in your mouth. Each nigiri was topped with a generous thick cut of salmon and tasted extremely fresh. This was the best seared salmon I've ever had and I would definitely go back! Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you're getting. Super dangerous to my bank account to be living this close to the restaurant. I'm hooked after trying it once! read more

This is a great little spot for affordable quality sushi! One thing to note that it IS takeout only so if you are looking for a fine dining experience, this isn't it. I was on a business trip and ordered delivery to my hotel - it arrived neatly packaged, beautiful presentation, and very fresh. After reading some reviews, I was worried about potentially hard rice but my experience was the complete opposite! I tried out the Maki Quattro (spicy tuna, spicy salmon, albacore, and tuna) and the Blossom Box. Typically, I am a tuna girlie but this time the salmon really was the shining star in my two meals! It was extremely affordable, but not questionable sushi, and they really make your takeout experience one to savor. The one thing I was not a fan of is that there is a smoky-sweet aftertaste to their spicy tuna... which I was disappointed by because I love spicy tuna. When I return to Seattle, I will definitely be trying out other items on the menu, but skipping the tuna. read more

We got food delivered from them and their prices We ordered the salmon lover, which included: 5 pieces of salmon nigiri, two pieces of salmon sashimi, and 6 small salmon rolls. I also liked the Maki Quattro, where you are able to order 4 different small rolls for a total of 16 mini rolls. The sushi blossom specialty roll was my favorite. Overall, I thought all of the fish we got tasted fresh and I enjoyed everything we ordered. I would definitely get food from here again. read more
When my wife and I stumbled upon Sushi Blossom on our walk through Belltown, we were quite excited. To have a sushi joint literally 3 blocks away from us is a dream come true. We immediately bookmarked it, hoping that we can check it out one day. Well, that fateful day came. And let's say this place has potential, but sorely missed its mark. We ordered: Nigiri set A with sashimi combo (comes with 2 bowls of miso soup and a seaweed salad) The good: service was great. Ordered online and they gave us an estimated time, and they were ready to hand over the goods once we got there promptly on time. No hassle or huff, we were in and out in a jiffy. The meh: the food. The miso soups were definitely refreshing and warming, but there wasn't much tofu in it. If fact, they were maybe 4 tiniest of tiny tofu cubes inside, which was a little disappointing. The sashimi itself was also a bit underwhelming, with the slices being cut super thinly and a bit jagged. The yellowtail and the salmon were great, but the albacore and tuna tasted a bit old and had a sort of crunchiness to it, which to me is a sign that it's not very fresh. I usually complain about sushi joints having too much rice and not enough fish. It's ironic that I'm commenting on the exact opposite. The sushi pieces had a pretty generous fish slice, but the rice portion that accompanied it was actually really small and tiny. I was hoping to get more of a harmonious combination of fish and sushi rice, but I was left a bit disappointed. As I'm writing this review, my wife is currently eating some leftovers. So needless to say, we were left still hungry after a $50+ meal. I'm giving this place 4-stars, as it wasn't terrible and it's still a blossoming (no pun intended) establishment. read more

Tried this sushi while I was in town for work. They do takeout only, no dine in. I was very pleased with the packaging it came in. Everything was neatly packed in there with all the soy sauce and chop sticks in the bag. For the price point, I was very pleased with the quality of the sushi. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I would def try the salmon nigiri, that was easily my favorite. I will absolutely order again when I'm in town for work. It's a high quality, fair price, no frills type of takeout sushi I'm usually looking for when I'm on the road. read more

This is a great takeout sushi spot. And reasonably priced! I really enjoyed the maki quattro, which is basically 4 mini rolls. Get the negi hama roll! We also got the sushi blossom roll and the rainbow roll which were both delicious as well. Overall, I thought the fish was really fresh and bonus points for adorable packaging! read more

Yes, there is no seating available when I went in the pick up my sushi. It's just a kitchen w a register. Hope this helps.
