Where do I start, John is an impressive hardworking intelligent AV guy. He was quick to communicate with me through Yelp and had my home AV scheduled right away. I needed my new TV hooked up, attached to wall with wires hidden behind the wall. He also programmed my new Harmony Touch Logitech universal remote. A very customer service focused company. John went out of his way to adjust his schedule to meet our installation needs. We wanted a large screen TV wall mounted and an existing TV relocated to a guest room. In addition, the large screen TV required ceiling mounted speakers, sound bar and sub woofer. John worked late into the evening and returned on Saturday to complete the job. A very nice installation and all components functioned as advertised. John installed a new modem for increased reception of WiFi Netgear Nighthawk in May of this year It has been a problem for the past week and today the WiFi died a quiet death at my house. I am so glad I stumbled across Surprise Tech Guy on Yelp. I was looking to have additional ethernet ports installed at my home and all of the big name electrical companies advised they don't do that. Thank goodness for that because John was excellent. After messaging on Yelp, I was called almost immediately to set up on appointment and within 6 days, I had the ports installed (called on Thursday, consultation on Tuesday, install on Wednesday). After meeting John on Tuesday, I could see why all of the reviews on Yelp were outstanding which is why I immediately decided to move forward with him. I had a couple of questions after our initial consultation and again, John called almost immediately to answer my questions. He was easily one of the nicest and most respectful people I have ever worked with. I know a lot of people write reviews but this is more than a review, this is a shot-out , High Five to the best Tech guy I have found. Just a little back story on my situation... I bought a house recently that was previously owned but a Tech guy from another company.. Needless to say the previous owner had the house all set up with speakers, Theatre room, surround sound, Subwoofers and anything that would make an entertainment room possible. Having a media wall installed and had John.. From surprise tech guy fix a few things. First he made sure all my wires in place and organized. He suggested a better wall bracket for my tv and also replaced the optical cable. Plus he installed an inferred transmitter to my system so I do not have to open the cabinet to turn on my surround sound. Could not have selected a better person for the job. John is the Best.
