Got a mango slush with boba and a ube coconut with boba. The mango slush was good, but there were some coconut jellies that I didn't ask for and didn't like. The ube coconut wasn't very good. I got the Mango Coco and it was refreshing, creamy, tangy, sweet and there were surprises of I believe mango or coconut jelly as well as boba. Got the suptea house blend but I didn't really like the flavor it tasted more fruity like rambutan/lychee than a tea flavor. My usuals are the freshly passion and Thai tea, with boba of course. I recently tried the Suptea Lab Fruit Tea and it's my current go-to. I recommend getting 0% sugar as it is pretty sweet even at that level. The prices are reasonable! They often run special promotions such as BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free)! Leon, one of the owners, is there nearly every day. He's an extremely hard worker and always prioritizes customer service. He will always greet you with a smile on his face and make sure that you are satisfied with your order. His team is well-trained and attentive! The wait times are short and reasonable even during peak business hours! The only downside is that parking can be a hit or miss as it's a very busy street. SUMMARY: A good boba spot with a slightly misleading ordering system that charges unnecessary fees. PROS: + Solid boba. Fresh and good quality. + Variety of drink flavors and toppings. + The staff is helpful. NEUTRAL = Longer wait times if anyone is ahead of you (but this means the drinks are freshly made) CONS - Their ordering is done via a touch screen kiosk or online. The default options are borderline predatory / misleading. Let me describe what I experienced: My wife asked me to get her the "Mango Osmanthus, Less Ice, 50% Sweet, with Osmanthus Jelly". When I arrived, I saw the Mango Osmanthus listed as $5.75. I selected the drink, then selected the ice level, then the sweetness. The next prompt was for toppings. Now, I didn't realize this, but the Mango Osmanthus already comes with osmanthus jelly. You could call this user error, but the screen simply asked me what topping I wanted. There was no indication that the drink already had a jelly in it and that I'd be adding extra. Well, I added the jelly ($0.75 extra) and then proceeded to checkout. The next screen asked me how much I wanted to tip, while defaulting to $1. Mind you there was no way to zero out the tip without going into hidden submenus, whereas most ordering systems have them on the main screen you're on. That's okay, I like to tip hard working folks. I get charged $8.70 for a drink. I go back and look at the "taxes and fees" and see that not only did it charge tax, but I was also charged an added service fee. What is the service fee for when I ordered in store and added a tip? I am not happy with hidden fees and misleading menus. I am happy with their drink quality. That said, I will probably take my business to Boba Guys or somewhere else where I'm not caught off guard by misleading pricing. What would have made this right? A few things would help. First, the staff could ask me if I meant to order a dupe topping that's already included with the base drink, and if not, refund me the difference. Second, fix the ordering menu so you can clearly see what topping is already included and that this would be extra. Third, drop the hidden fees! This is unacceptable in 2024 and was almost made illegal until state congress changed their minds. Don't eff your customers by hiding prices. I'm not mad about the tipping, but putting the option to zero it out under hidden menus is also a dark pattern. I still recommend people try this spot, but be mindful of the ordering system and junk fees. read more

I went with a classic - black milk tea with boba, so I could compare it to others. The best I've had in a long time! I could taste the fresh-brewed tea with my organic milk.
