Do not use this company. They left us stranded and we had to pay money for a taxi to make it to the airport.

I hadn't used Super Shuttle for quite awhile because I was unhappy with the long wait I always had from the airport to get back to my house in North Scottsdale, and not so friendly employees. I just used the service on 5/17 to the airport and today back from the airport and it was a very pleasant surprise. Nice and helpful employees and drivers, short wait to come home. Super easy. Online reservation, email confirmation, text message reminder. Our driver was 5 minutes early, polite, helpful and I have confident in his driving. Great way to begin our vacation! Shortly after landing, I accessed their website on my iphone, but at about the same time, I received a text with clear instructions regarding what we should do next to get our shuttle ride home. I've used this ride sharing service for 25 years out of Sky Harbor airport. And I've appreciated their reliable service until now. I've experienced an epic fail of customer service and technology with their new app and pre-paid reservation shift. I'm sure they have made these changes because of competition from other ride sharing services. Unfortunately for me and them, my experience today will be my last and I'll be using their competitors in the future. This service is well organized, was the best option for me getting from the airport to my conference site and back because I didn't need to rent a car, and their rep Tim at the Phoenix airport did a wonderful job letting me know what happened next and ordering my van. Very fast turnaround time getting me to my conference. The only part that needed improvement was their online form, it errored out on me, so I called and got Irish Mike to get my order placed, and he also did a great job helping me. read more

Latest review of this bogus company that will leave you stranded in a heartbeat... even if your airline, through no fault of your own delays your arrival by 15 minutes...They will find another fare and leave you...They will not even answer your call when you call them to inquire, telling you to book another trip, even though you paid your round trip both ways already...They have never responded to me after e-mailing them per their request... Don't use Super Shuttle if you need to be able to depend on your transportation...PLUS, I found that a cab hired AT the airport was not only cheaper and friendlier (after already having paid Super Shuttle for my fare once), but the cab was a much better option and the driver was appreciative, unlike the guy who picked me up on my way TO the airport in a Honda Van with a failing transmission...These people do not deserve to be in business... read more

Supershuttle rocks! I've used the service several times and in different states. The service is always prompt. Drivers are courteous. Vans are clean. I like that they text you driver updates before you're pickup time. And if your pickup time changes, they notify you in a timely fashion. read more

I travel often and have used super shuttle. I had a trip to airport from Glendale scheduled for pick up at 835 am for a 1050 am flight. I received a phone call at 827 telling me that they had no van available to pick me up. Wow! I was stunned to receive a call at such a late hour. It allowed no time for making an alternative plan for transposition. When I spoke with the local representative Dave, he was rude and unapologetic and stated , he was doing the best he could and had had to cancel 15 trips. No excuse of why I was notified sooner. I received an email stating that they would refund my fare. Uh! Yeah! That goes without saying. I am still stunned by such deplorable treatment of customers. Great service! My wife was scheduled to ride in a different shuttle to the airport and they were very accommodating. The drivers exchanged the information in seconds and had no problems giving up the fare to each other and we were off! The drivers I've had recently were much better. They offer shuttle service to and from the Mesa airport out in East Bumsfuckville, too.

What has happen to SS over the last few months. Waiting over an hour 2 times to get a van even though i had a reservation and waiting at the airport for more fares and making people wait. I appreciate the ease of booking a ride online, even on the same day. The company sends text messages to remind me when the driver is expected to arrive. SuperShuttle is a brand I trust to vet drivers for professionalism and safety. Certainly explains why I prefer it to a ride-sharing service. With my business travel ticking up in frequency, I'm thankful for the courtesy of the drivers and the pleasantly surprising friendliness of other passengers. Only on one occasion did SS out of SMF airport have a shortage of drivers, so after waiting a while, the company put me in a taxi (unshared) and got me home quickly. read more

I arrived at Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport and thought I could use Uber for transportation from the airport. When unable, I went to SuperShuttle online and looked for a Van Ride Share opportunity. I hoped it would be accepted quickly as I saw a van curbside. To my delight, the service accepted immediately and the driver received my confirmation at nearly the same time! Also, the fee was $17 less than the amount I paid for a taxi years ago from SkyHarbor to my home, which is much closer! Great service! Driver was amazing! On my latest trip to Phoenix, I reserved transportation with Super Shuttle to take me to my destination in Sun City West. When I arrived at the airport, I checked into the shuttle and also approached the check in desk in the baggage claim area. After sitting in the waiting area for about an hour and watching everyone leave before me, I approached the desk to ask when my shuttle would be arriving. There were two ladies at the desk and the one lady snapped at me saying I never checked in. I looked at the other lady and she spoke up saying she did check me in. Well, the two were juggling trying to get my ride. Then all of a sudden the shuttle was ready for me. When I hopped in, it was full except for one seat. When we stopped to pick up the last person, I asked the folks sitting next to me if they had to come back to get me. All said yes in the shuttle. I apologized to everyone in shuttle and they all said it was not my fault. This is just not acceptable service for me or the other people in the shuttle. I do not recommend Super Shuttle in Phoenix. They are disorganized and rude at the desk. Only good thing is the driver was very good and courteous. read more

I've been using super shuttle for a decade. Always good service until today. I've been waiting 20+ minutes even after I checked in online. The host who is short, bald and round only after I inquired, admitted that he did assign me a van number yet. Upon inquiring, several others spoke up also. It's a very busy Monday night here and this guy canny handle it. I'm going to give super shuttle a second chance since I've never had this horrible experience before but this is ridiculous. UPDATE: My flight landed at 7pm. I got home at 9:30pm. I live 20 minutes from airport. Apparently, only after I called corporate after waiting an hour, was I assigned a van. When I asked corporate for refunds for such horrible service due to a "computer glitch" which the staff at airport said no one told them about when system was down. I'm calling BS. There's no excuse for corporate to not communicate with employees when there are 20+ customers stranded at airport. Corporate told me to file a ticket on the website to get a possible refund?!?!? read more

I made a Super Shuttle reservation on October 21 for a ride on October 31. My credit card was charged immediately. On October 31, I checked in via my phone that I was at the staging area of Terminal 2 at 4:27. At 4:27 I received a text that I was checked in. At 5:08 I received a text that I was assigned to vehicle 675. It never showed up. At 5:17 I received a text that I was assigned to vehicle 314. That shuttle never showed up either, even though I texted the driver and the Super Shuttle employee called and texted the dispatcher. By 5:26, no shuttle had arrived to pick me up. I finally gave up and called Lyft. read more

This review is concerning two reservations, one in San Diego CA, one in Phoenix, AZ. Both reservations were made for DEC 1. My first reservation, the driver did not load my luggage when he picked me up or when he dropped me off, he did not even offer, I even waited a little bit when he dropped me off at the airport to see if he would unload my luggage but he just stood there and looked at me so I unloaded my own luggage. My problem with this is I paid in advance when I made the reservation on my app an additional 20% gratuity. By the way, the word tip means T o I nsure P erformance and as of long ago was usually paid ahead of time, well I paid ahead of time and did not get the service I should've received for paying 20% gratuity ahead of time. My second issue is when I arrived in Phoenix I went to satisfy my reservation only to be told that there were no vans available and the representative could not give me an estimated time of arrival for my reservation, I then asked how long the group of people sitting in the waiting area had been waiting for their reservations and was told around an hour and a half. At that point I cancelled my reservation and I called Lyft and they picked me up in 10 minutes but I ended up paying twice as much as what I paid on the super shuttle app when I made the reservation. I find this unacceptable and in the future will take pause before booking with super shuttle again. read more

Great service. Easy to book and pay for online, and immediate email confirmation of when the van would arrive for the pickup. Prior to pickup, you can use your smart phone or iPad and click on a "where is my ride" link and see the actual location of the van on a map and an estimate of when it will arrive at your location. When the van did arrive, I received an automated call letting me know my van was waiting outside. The driver was very friendly, and very safe. He arrived at the pickup location early, and got me to the airport quickly, safely, and early also. Highly recommend as this works well, is less than half the cost of a cab, and can be relied upon. As a hotel Concierge at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs and someone who had taken Super Shuttle in the past you would think I would have better things to say. To say their over the phone customer service is horrible is an over statement. They are liars! They shouldn't be able to get away with this crap. On behalf of a hotel guest I called them and was on the phone over an hour trying to help this hotel guest get to the airport. He had a reservation with a confirmation for a 9am pickup. The driver showed up at 8.50am and left 5 mins later. He didn't even stay to see if maybe the guest would show. I called the customer service at 9.10am and asked that driver come back. The rep said he would be 5 mins. To no-ones shock the driver never showed. At 9.45am I called again and explained the situation. The rep kept asking me what the guests name was, the confirmation number etc. When I told him off the bat I didn't have it. All I need is an eta and why the rep lied to me. This guy wouldn't answer my question...When I said could you answer my question he said well what is your question... I finally got annoyed and said why would your rep lie and say the driver was 5 mins away and yet never showed up, he said "well my name is Kenneth and I don't know who you spoke to but I cannot tell you why they lied. I need to talk to dispatch". He also kept telling me every 5 seconds "hold please, hold please". To treat a person this way, yet alone someone who works for a resort that they come to is outrageous. When I demanded to speak to a "manager" he got very angry. When I spoke to the manager, who by the way isn't a manager but just a supervisor, she told me 1.) The driver is 11 miles away and it's too late. We can't get another shuttle to pick him up. 2.) No I'm sorry. 3.) No compensation for the incompetence or explanation. When I asked her for her name she said "im Lulu". Here's the icing on the cake...she gave me a false name. Never using this company or recommending it to our resort guests. I'm so offended and pissed that I was lied too twice. The guest got screwed. read more

When I booked my shuttle I accidentally listed the address wrong. An hour before my shuttle was scheduled to arrive super shuttle called advising they couldn't find my address. The address in question was a visiting address and I had no idea how it was wrong. The staff did everything they could to locate the proper address. I was on the phone with them for about 25 minutes and they were able to obtain the proper address. (It was an odd unit number error) They even confirmed what my location looked like before I hung up with them to ease my worries. The shuttle arrived on time and got me to the airport in well enough time. The driver was also very friendly. I will use them again. read more

Pick up was right on time. I like the app that lets me know where my vehicle is as it makes it's way to me. :-) The drive to the airport was definitely watching out for me. It was early am and I almost forgot my bag. Returning home was perfect. Got out to the pick up area, was told my vehicle number, and that it might me 15 minutes. Got out my book, and didn't even have time to open it. Drive home was great. Nice drivers both. read more

SuperShuttle has never let me down. I use them pretty much every time I come to Phoenix to visit family . As soon as the reservation is made I get a text with the confirmation number. As soon as I turn on my phone upon landing I get a text telling me of the pickup location. I have never has to wait long for the van and drivers are helpful and courteous. read more

Before this trip abroad my experience has always been a five star trip for domestic travel. This one was less so going and returning. Our departure was later than required for overseas travel and the return was the longest wait time ever. A fellow traveler from our group was left standing at curb because dispatch would not respond to calls in an attempt to correct a schedule error that should have had her on the same shuttle with us just as she rode to the airport with us. read more

I pre-paid for a trip from the PHX airport to a hotel and back. The ride from the airport took two hours because the assigned shuttle driver took more than 30 minutes to arrive and then we had to sit around for an hour for other passengers, despite multiple assurances that we wouldn't have to wait much longer. But the real problem came when the driver for the return trip showed up on the wrong day and then marked my ride as completed, failing to show up at the time/day I had requested. They would not honor my reservation (which I had pre-paid) or grant me a refund by phone. read more
