Super Shuttle works very well for my transportation needs to & from my home in Surprise, AZ to PHX. Fares are reasonable. If you share your ride you need to plan ahead. I always use a 3 hour window and never had a problem. Many drivers use GPS, but not all. I always print off a set of directions from Map Quest just in case! Waits at PHX have been reasonable no matter what time I arrive. My latest arrival was after midnight and I did not have a problem getting service for a ride to my home. I am actually changing my review right now because when I did my initial survey it provided me with an option to receive 10% off my next ride and a tab to click here to redeem offer. I tried 3 times and I was not able to apply the 10% to my reservation because there was no code. So I called SS and the agent I spoke to had no idea what discount I was talking about as I described the computer screen I was looking at to him 3 times. He said he had to ask his manager and put me on hold for 47 minutes and then I was disconnected. I knocked 2 stars off because of the agents I have dealt with by phone. The first time I called to get some information for my trip - the agent was very rude and I was concerned because I was flying in on a Holiday and I have never used them in Phoenix before. I would've given 5 stars because the curbside person and Dale the driver were very friendly and helpful. I was picked up promptly and arrived at my destination very quickly. Because of those 2 people and the informative emails and texts the company provides - I will definitely use them on my return trip. However, their customer service people on the phone are horrible. read more

If you like waiting out in the 110 degree heat at the airport curb for 30 minutes while the shuttle loops around the airport aimlessly for a passenger who is clearly not showing up and follow that with the hour and a half ride to get you 10 miles back home, than this is the ideal transport service for you. I was thinking of driving my car to the airport but decided to use super shuttle. I am so glad that I did. Using the shuttle made the trip effort free. I schedule it using the app which was easy. The driver was right on time and took care of my bags. I didn't have to worry about traffic and I was dropped right in front of curbside check in. My shuttle driver on 3/16 from the 3 Palms hotel to PHX was great. He arrived within the designated window (6:45am) and was very professional and amiable. The ride was short and pleasant. Knowing I was going to be vacationing in the Phoenix area, my friend sent me a link for Super Shuttle. Registration was easy! The service picked me up at Sky Harbor, and took me right to my destination! Set up was easy online. I received a confirmation e mail the day before, and a welcome text when I landed. This had a check in feature, and explained where I should meet the shuttle. It was conveniently located just outside baggage claim. The attendant there was helpful as well as my driver. I liked the GPS type map located at the front of the shuttle that I could watch to track my trip progress. An even better feature is the locator map link that not only I could access but my destination party as well! They could monitor my arrival and greet me right from their phones! Super shuttle was recommended by the conference I was attending at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs. The curbside attendant greeted us and efficiently told us when to expect our van. Our driver was very friendly and engaged us in conversation for the entire trip. Another couple in the van wanted to make a quick stop to pick up something to drink. We were picked up by Super Shuttle early without a precall indicating that the driver would arrive early. The black driver told me he called me which was a lie because I would have received it and I didn't. I hastly got our belongings and locked up the house. When I went out the van was parked in my driveway and I hit the roof. (when I make internet reservations I always put in the special requests box in the bottom comments colum to specifically not park on the driveway because the vans heavy tires footprints leave indellible tire marks and I just powerwashed the driveway. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. The van window was so dirty that I could hardly see out of it. This is the second time this has happened and I believe we'll be looking elsewhere for van service. Your customer service Super Shuttle has defgenitely gone downhill!!!!! read more

I lost my ride home from the airport because the plane was five hours late. I priced Uber (cha-ching!) -- and then phoned Supershuttle. For $30+tip, the driver navigated the rush hour traffic like a pro. I .doubt I could've routed myself all the way home as quickly. Only one other passenger. Have never used a shuttle service to an airport before. Did quite a bit of online research before selecting SuperShuttle. Booked round trip from Peoria to Sky Harbor on line with no problems. The updates on my phone letting me know the status of my rides, both ways, were great. Both Van drivers were very helpful and friendly. A great start and ending to our trip. Things were going ok until my last day. We prepaid reservations with expedia, we visited Cancun from US. I called their 1800 number, got the call center in Phoenix, AZ. My rep was going through protocol then she confused herself, put me on hold several times then she said that super shuttle doesn't handle international bookings via expedia, i was like what? Supershuttle brought me to my hotel then she said that it is different when being picked up from the hotel. I was like what? I knew i was wasting my time at this point. She also said if i called the local super shuttle number in cancun, it would call one of the 2 call centers in US. I hung up on her. My shuttle was so late pick us up that we missed our flight, we had to pay $99 do reschedule, we had to spend overnight in the Denver airport and we arrived at our destination exactly 24 hours past when we should have. I had to book reservations for a group with Super Shuttle and I've never had a more difficult experience! I e-mailed twice in two weeks and have still not heard a response. I made multiple phone calls and each time the customer service respresentatives were unhelpful, rude and just plain snotty. They acted like they had much better things to do. This place has liars! I didn't book online because I had specific questions about timing, pick up, etc. When we spoke to rep on the phone and she assured me that my sister wouldn't wait for very long at the airport and also assured me that she would be the first stop on the shuttle ride. Shame on me for expecting what they promised. My sister has now been sitting at the airport for over 40 minutes and was told she was the 3rd on a list of stops...now she's showing up over an hour and a half after expected. I wouldn't have been upset had they just said there's not guarantees in timing (since this second agent kept telling me "it's a shared ride") and that a cab would have been a better option. But now, I'm upset that she can't be here for a very important family event. And the second agent made it sound like I was the jerk for being upset and also expecting what we were promised- stating "well, corporate will pull the phone records to see." WTF! I have been using Super Shuttle in the Phoenix market for the past 9 months. The service has been exceptional. I recently left my phone in their van after being dropped off at my hotel and the driver returned it to me after his next round of drop-offs and pick-ups within a couple hours. Getting picked up from the PHX airport can be a bit of a delay. But I have learned to just wait 10 minutes and someone will eventually show-up to get your van ride coordinated. read more
