I've used Super Shuttle from SKY Harbour Airport in Phoenix for years I usually book a round trip from airport to home back to airport...my return trip to the airport was booked and confirmed to be picked up in Avondale between 7:15 AM and 7:30 AM this morning...the return trip obviously is very important since it's to catch a flight...at 7:00AM this morning , 15 minutes before expected pickup they sent me an email ..."sorry we have no van to pick you up...we will gladly refund you the money"...WOW...so I phoned their number on the email and connected with a dispatcher who had my confirmation number...when I asked what the update was with my pickup...he said an accident on the highway stopped all the vans and I was the thirtieth person to phone him this morning (... and to be sure with that attitude 'sucks to be you' )....so not only I didn't get picked up, but also got lied to as well...I called Yellow Cab , got picked up in 8 minutes, and paid $39.80 plus tip on arrival...a mere $10 more than Super Shuttle...I will never use Super Shuttle from the airport again , for $10 extra I won't have to stop for everyone on the bus before I get home...and surely a pickup from home now, I have absolutely no confidence whatsoever that they will arrive as planned... read more

Had a pickup scheduled. Driver was obviously lost (followed driver on my app), driver never called to ask for directions. Never arrived to the right place, didn't call, just left, no pickup. When I called, no one answered, so I did the live chat online and they were very rude. They told me driver will not come back to get you and I had to arrange another method of transport. They are still charging me for this pickup even though driver didn't contact me after he got lost. Horrible service, will not use again. read more

Love this service. I use it about once a month to PHX and often on the other end of my flights too if I am not renting a car. Always on time, always courteous. I use them for business trips mostly, easy online booking even for same day a couple hours in advance. If I need them sooner than that I usually call...have never had an issue. read more

My shuttle driver on 3/16 from the 3 Palms hotel to PHX was great. He arrived within the designated window (6:45am) and was very professional and amiable. The ride was short and pleasant. Super shuttle was recommended by the conference I was attending at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs. The curbside attendant greeted us and efficiently told us when to expect our van. Our driver was very friendly and engaged us in conversation for the entire trip. Another couple in the van wanted to make a quick stop to pick up something to drink. After getting approval from everyone else, the driver made the stop. Great customer service! read more

We were picked up by Super Shuttle early without a precall indicating that the driver would arrive early. The black driver told me he called me which was a lie because I would have received it and I didn't. I hastly got our belongings and locked up the house. When I went out the van was parked in my driveway and I hit the roof. (when I make internet reservations I always put in the special requests box in the bottom comments colum to specifically not park on the driveway because the vans heavy tires footprints leave indellible tire marks and I just powerwashed the driveway. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. The van window was so dirty that I could hardly see out of it. This is the second time this has happened and I believe we'll be looking elsewhere for van service. Your customer service Super Shuttle has defgenitely gone downhill!!!!! read more

ZERO STARS!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! Driver picked me up late with no care or sense of urgency. Missed my flight & will be at the airport for an additional 4 hours. SUPPER SHUTTLE has done nothing to make this an easier process for me. I have been away from family for the military & had hopes of just making my flight. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. I was thinking of driving my car to the airport but decided to use super shuttle. I am so glad that I did. Using the shuttle made the trip effort free. I schedule it using the app which was easy. The driver was right on time and took care of my bags. I didn't have to worry about traffic and I was dropped right in front of curbside check in. In 5 minutes I had my boarding pass and checked my bags. Easy peasy it's my way to travel now. read more

Knowing I was going to be vacationing in the Phoenix area, my friend sent me a link for Super Shuttle. Registration was easy! The service picked me up at Sky Harbor, and took me right to my destination! Set up was easy online. I received a confirmation e mail the day before, and a welcome text when I landed. This had a check in feature, and explained where I should meet the shuttle. It was conveniently located just outside baggage claim. The attendant there was helpful as well as my driver. I liked the GPS type map located at the front of the shuttle that I could watch to track my trip progress. An even better feature is the locator map link that not only I could access but my destination party as well! They could monitor my arrival and greet me right from their phones! Have never used a shuttle service to an airport before. Did quite a bit of online research before selecting SuperShuttle. Booked round trip from Peoria to Sky Harbor on line with no problems. The updates on my phone letting me know the status of my rides, both ways, were great. Both Van drivers were very helpful and friendly. A great start and ending to our trip. I had to book reservations for a group with Super Shuttle and I've never had a more difficult experience! I e-mailed twice in two weeks and have still not heard a response. I made multiple phone calls and each time the customer service respresentatives were unhelpful, rude and just plain snotty. They acted like they had much better things to do. Their online reservations system was horrible as well. They provide a necessary service but they do not deserve your business. read more

Took them yesterday on a one way trip from Surprise. The professional driver was early for the appointment--I liked that a lot. Van was nice, clean and the temp was good. This place has liars! I didn't book online because I had specific questions about timing, pick up, etc. When we spoke to rep on the phone and she assured me that my sister wouldn't wait for very long at the airport and also assured me that she would be the first stop on the shuttle ride. Shame on me for expecting what they promised. My sister has now been sitting at the airport for over 40 minutes and was told she was the 3rd on a list of stops...now she's showing up over an hour and a half after expected. I wouldn't have been upset had they just said there's not guarantees in timing (since this second agent kept telling me "it's a shared ride") and that a cab would have been a better option. But now, I'm upset that she can't be here for a very important family event. And the second agent made it sound like I was the jerk for being upset and also expecting what we were promised- stating "well, corporate will pull the phone records to see." WTF! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!! read more

I have been using Super Shuttle in the Phoenix market for the past 9 months. The service has been exceptional. I recently left my phone in their van after being dropped off at my hotel and the driver returned it to me after his next round of drop-offs and pick-ups within a couple hours. Getting picked up from the PHX airport can be a bit of a delay. But I have learned to just wait 10 minutes and someone will eventually show-up to get your van ride coordinated. read more

What could be better than not inconveniencing family or friends, being picked up at your door, riding in a clean, comfortable van driven by a polite and careful driver, meeting new friends, being dropped off right at your terminal (or front door on the return trip), and all for an affordable price? I used Super Shuttle in the past and have always been happy with the service - from customer reps answering my questions to drivers who were very polite. When I took SS to the Phoenix Airport on Nov. 16th, the driver was on time and the trip van fine. The experience and ride returning to Phoenix was HORRIBLE! I called from Albuquerque to confirm my return van reservation but I kept getting cut off because they (a phone advertisement) kept offering me a promotional trip deal, which I wasn't interested in. I finally talked to a "real" person who said she had no return reservation for me. It took about 15 minutes to make a new reservation because she was had a sore throat and I could hardly hear her....and believe me, I am truly sorry when someone is ill and has to work. When I arrived in Phoenix, there were no clear directions as to where to wait for the van, so I wandered back and for looking for a sign or person from SS to help me. I finally found the employee (kind of hard to locate) who told me when my van would arrive. (about 30 min. later). It was about 3:45-4 PM. The traffic on the freeway was beginning to slow and the driver took an alternative route down Grand Ave. (I am assuming he was told to do this). Because of construction the trip was stop and go and the real problem for me, was, that every time we stopped at a light, the driver started texting. I was shocked! Toward the end of the trip, one of the other passengers asked me if van service was always this bad because this was the first time she had used this service. I replied, "I"ve used SS before, but this was the worst!!" I called "quality assurance" a couple days later, and talked to "Tim". When I told him about my experience and the texting driver, he said something like "Well, that's not good," and offered a refund for this return trip. I called my bank a few days later to see if there had been a credit issued from Super Shuttle. There was none. I emailed the Customer Care Center about this whole situation, and was supposed to get a response in 3-5 business days. There was no email response from them. It was only after calling my bank again that I learned there was a credit issued from SS on Dec. 13th I will never use Super Shuttle again. There is no "customer care" sevice as far as I am concerned so I will look for alternative van service should I need it. read more

We used Super Shuttle for a round trip from Sun City West to Sky Harbor and back. They were tremendous, staff was very courteous and helpful. We received a call the night before to tell us what time our driver would arrive in the morning; he was on time and helpful. Drop off was on time with time to spare. Our flight coming back to AZ was delayed. When we arrived we called Super Shuttle and the dispatcher told us where to go and that she would notify the driver where we were. We arrived at location and a Super Shuttle agent told us our driver would be there in under 20 minutes. Van arrived in 10 minutes with a pleasant and helpful driver. We have used Super Shuttle in the past because of their great service and will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to our friends. After reading some negative Yelp reviews, with some trepidation, I booked online from Sky Harbor airport to my West Valley destination. When I arrived at the super shuttle stop, people were just climbing into a van going in the direction in which I needed to go, but the driver told the dispatcher he had a pickup at another terminal and couldn't take me. The dispatcher told me it would be a 10-12 min wait time and gave me the number of the next shuttle. I received a text with the same info and I resigned myself to transportation hell. To my amazement, within 5 minutes, the correct shuttle arrived with 3 passengers inside. The driver hopped out, greeted me by name, took my suitcase and stowed it in the back of the van. I had the large 2nd seat to myself and truly in not much more time than it would have taken me to drive, I was at my destination, with only 1 drop off before mine. Bob was cheerful, courteous --asking if I was getting enough air conditioning--and a good driver. The last was especially important to me because earlier in the week I was t-boned at an intersection and am still a bit shaken up, which was why I decided to use a shuttle instead of renting a car. I booked it online - with a gratuity added - and I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the drivers, the safety - everything was perfect. The pickups were confirmed; they came on time. I use SuperShuttle whenever I travel. The drivers are always polite and helpful, the staff at the airport are always polite and helpful too. They make sure to give me the ETA and the number of the van I am waiting for. It is so easy to book online and then to find them at the airport. I like the text messages that tell me how far out the driver is-it's like someone reminding me to finish up and be ready (I tend to wait till the last minute). read more
