My weekly Phoenix area review of the rip off artists at Super Shuttle... I was abandoned at Los Angeles Intl Airport on December 24,2019 after the driver instructed me to retrieve my luggage and meet him outside in the arrival lane... Be aware that Super Shuttle had already announced the end of service at LAX to take place 7 days later, thus, really could have cared less about their commitments for PAID accounts they agreed to provide service for after I found NO driver outside... Shows what their corporate mentality is when I called the dispatcher and all he told me to do was call and hire them again and wait... telling me that I was a "no show"...Bulls***, I was there...the driver wasn't (AFTER I paid $200 for round trip to and from the airport)...They do not accept phone calls for complaints and require an e-mail which I have sent twice in the past nearly 3 months and have heard nothing from them... My payment confirmation numbers #3444768 and #344769...Advice...take a regular cab...price is the same, you'll get better service, and they won't leave you hanging following two flights totaling 16 hours...SuperShuttle is a horrible organization that does not honor it's commitments if their driver can come up with an easier fare instead of waiting 10 minutes for you to retrieve your luggage, and will leave you hanging the day before Christmas... read more

Love the auto-mated system ...emails,texts, etc. and tracking the driver on the map,priceless. Always a pleasure. I have confident that I'm going to get where I need to be in ample time. Very convenient. read more

We have used the SuperShuttle to and from Sky Harbor-Phoenix many times. We always get great service from the driver and the airport staff. We see SuperShuttles almost everyday in our community, so I bet our neighbors would agree with me. And their app is great. You can follow the driver's progress as he is heading to your location to pick you up. Great stress reliever. read more

I have used SuperShuttle in various cities for over 15 years. I have used them because they were always a dependable & reasonable service. I have just had my second bad experience in a row and I don't think I will be using them any longer. Last Wednesday I had a reservation made in advance to be picked up and driven to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. But *20 minutes before my pick-up time* I was called and told that they would not be able to pick me up!! What!! I said you can't have someone here in 30-45 minutes even? "No. We are recommending that you find alternative transportation to the airport". The conversation was longer, but reduced to the above. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Extraordinarily stressful! I don't write a lot of Yelp or other social media reviews. But this was *egregious* and I don't want someone like an older person without the resources or ability to have to deal with this situation. As a former hotel manager for several large international chains, if someone had dropped the ball like this, one of the managers would have picked up the keys and driven someone in their own car if they had to! It's all about accountability, integrity & dedication to your clients - and a matter of personal honor. Attributes of good management that SuperShuttle management is obviously oblivious to. I arranged my shuttle service via the Internet. They were prompt, friendly, the van was clean and cool. They helped me with my bag. I enjoy the Super Shuttle and have used them several times. Really enjoy setting up the pickup via the Internet. I can pay for the trip and the tip, so I don't need to worry about money when I'm getting dropped off! Convenient! read more

I will never use this company again! When you book a last minute flight because you have to get back home, sometimes you can make mistakes booking dates and times. The customer service was so horrible. I understand that things happen but you would think that since they have the ability to look up flight times and see flight numbers that they would make sure that coincides with the actual time of your flight. They tried to pick me up a day early for my flight and still charged me for it. I am not pleased with how they handled this situation and you would think they would have more compassion for someone under duress. read more

Perfect for when I don't want to battle rush hours traffic, drive in the wee hours of the morning, or when my flights arrive very late in the evening. This was my first experience using their services, it definitely won't be my last. Outstanding from start to finish.

I was in the van for 1 Hour and 35 minutes for a trip to the airport that should have taken 45 minutes! The routing was horrible. Made 3 additional stops. Lots of backtracking. Fortunately, I made my flight but not without a lot of anxious moments with me watching my watch. Next time I travel to town, I will be looking at other transportation options (including Uber)! read more

The shuttle never showed up. We called customer service, and they said "the driver is not answering the phone, sorry." As a result, we has to order a taxi and missed our flight, causing additional airline fees. I then emailed the president and other senior managers, receiving no response. Leaving Phoenix tonight, heading north on Hwy 87, I was cut off by a Super shuttle van 520 three times. First time was at the light just north of loop 202, the second was about a half mile from there. The third time the blonde hair driver passed a mini van on the right on the shoulder came across two lanes almost side swiped us and then jammed on the brakes almost driving us into the ditch. I tried to call their office and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Make your own call, but this incident of road rage makes me wonder about this company's commitment to safety. read more

I just used SuperShuttle in Phoenix. I reserved a non-stop ride online. Even though my flight was delayed by 45 minutes, the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of checking in with SuperShuttle. Great service! read more

Super convenient way to get transportation to and from the airport. Convenient app lets you schedule the ride in advance. Text messages confirm the trip, tell you when the driver is on the way and gives you the van number to look for and a picture of your driver. The text message also allows you to track your van as it makes it's way to pick you up. SuperShuttle is the only way to go if you are not driving yourself while out of town. read more

Our driver to the airport was early and already waiting outside for us. Our driver picking us up at the airport for our return home was right on time. Both drivers were very courteous, friendly and very helpful with all of our luggage. I highly recommend using SuperShuttle Service. read more

The website malfunctioned, so my reservation was not properly received. My ride to the airport did not show up, leaving me to scramble for a plan B and nearly miss my flight. The customer-service agent assured me I'd receive a refund. After waiting several weeks, I contacted them again, and they denied my refund. read more

I use Super Shuttle when I travel. They are efficient and friendly. The drivers do a nice job.

Supershuttle's pick-up service is so-so. The real issue is their customer service. I got on the line to confirm a pick-up and clarify the pick-up location, because drivers often have difficulty finding the entrance to the building. I also wanted to check if the drivers had my # to call if they arrived in the area and weren't sure where to find me. The agent had a thick Southern drawl and it became evident why she was in this dead-end role - not only did she patronize me and repeatedly (to the point of cognitive deficiency) reiterate that "Welllllll, I'd HOPE that the drive would call but ma'am, not all the drivers do" - she totally missed the point of why I was calling. Which was to explain details. She not helpfully suggested that I make sure to be outside by the entrance so the drive could see me. I slowly explained that the driver would need my information so that s/he COULD see the entrance. It went in circles like that with her helplessly laughing at her own incompetence in communication. God lord, lady, this is your ENTIRE JOB. Most frustrating 6 minutes wasted, ever. read more

I have used SuperShuttle many times and, except for one time, was prompt and courteous. Their phone operators are very responsive to calls. One time the driver was late and was not able to board the flight. SuperShuttle sent me vouchers for another trip. Can't fault the company for one person. read more

We used Super Shuttle to and from Sky Harbor for our recent vacation. Both drivers were friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, Hannah, the coordinator on the curb at Phx Sky Harbor should not be working in customer service. She acted as though we were a huge inconvenience and disgusted that she had to turn her headphone volume down. It was like pulling teeth to get an answer out of her. I've used Super Shuttle from SKY Harbour Airport in Phoenix for years I usually book a round trip from airport to home back to airport...my return trip to the airport was booked and confirmed to be picked up in Avondale between 7:15 AM and 7:30 AM this morning...the return trip obviously is very important since it's to catch a flight...at 7:00AM this morning , 15 minutes before expected pickup they sent me an email ..."sorry we have no van to pick you up...we will gladly refund you the money"...WOW...so I phoned their number on the email and connected with a dispatcher who had my confirmation number...when I asked what the update was with my pickup...he said an accident on the highway stopped all the vans and I was the thirtieth person to phone him this morning (... and to be sure with that attitude 'sucks to be you' )....so not only I didn't get picked up, but also got lied to as well...I called Yellow Cab , got picked up in 8 minutes, and paid $39.80 plus tip on arrival...a mere $10 more than Super Shuttle...I will never use Super Shuttle from the airport again , for $10 extra I won't have to stop for everyone on the bus before I get home...and surely a pickup from home now, I have absolutely no confidence whatsoever that they will arrive as planned... read more

On time, organized system, great driver! Awesome first experience. I would definitely use them again. Although, they drive pretty slow on the freeway and it does take a little while to get the destination (depending on where you live), the drive was smooth and easy to book. read more

My first experience was impressive. Everything was orchestrated. All we did was follow their directions. Would use their services again.

Had a pickup scheduled. Driver was obviously lost (followed driver on my app), driver never called to ask for directions. Never arrived to the right place, didn't call, just left, no pickup. When I called, no one answered, so I did the live chat online and they were very rude. They told me driver will not come back to get you and I had to arrange another method of transport. They are still charging me for this pickup even though driver didn't contact me after he got lost. Horrible service, will not use again. read more

Both my trip to and from the airport with SS was fantastic! Check-in to get to the hotel from the airport was easy and I only had to wait a few minutes for the van to take me away. Going to the airport I arrived the prerequisite 2 hours early due to the driver being timely (even a bit early!) and knowing his way around. read more
