Even though you have a prepaid reservation, Supershuttle does not assign a van to pick you up until after you have received your luggage and have "checked in". That driver could be anywhere in the city. I have used them twice and the result is the same - I waited at least 45 minutes at the curb before the van arrived. I will never use Supershuttle again unless they change this practice and actually let your reservation mean something. read more

Terrible experience, pre scheduled my return trip from the airport knowing it was 9p on a Friday night and not wanting to cause inconveniences for a ride home. Too bad SuperShuttle did not manage to plan for my pickup. After waiting 20 minutes watching others walk out and get into an Uber, Lyft or yes even other SuperShuttle vans I called Customer Service. After reaching a live person finally I asked about my ride... well it was going to be another 45 to 90 minutes they told me. Unacceptable in my mind having pre arranged and PAID for the reservation in advance. I finally said to just issue me a refund I would find another way home. They scheduled 3 pick-ups at the same time and each pick-up was 20 minutes from each other. They made us be ready 15 minutes before our requested pick-up time - but then did not pick us up until 45 minutes after that time. THEN, when they were already over the 15 minute window - they called us to let us know they would be 10 minutes later - and then told us NOT TO BE LATE so we would not inconvenience other passengers. Then after that deadline passed, I called the main number and they told me it would be a bit longer. I expected better service from them given that they have TONS of vans in their fleet. Bad planning and dispatch service. When I need to be at the airport early in the morning - I don't want the shuttle service to add to my stress-level and they did. read more

Great service. I received a phone call the day before and again about 10 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Enjoyed a friendly ride to the airport. I have used Super Shuttle several times. Each time it has been a joy. I have had no problems with the pick up nor on the return trips. After landing, I go to the designated place and usually find the service representative right away. I normally rent a car when visiting PHX but only needed airport transit so I took a chance on SuperShuttle. When I arrived at PHX I got a text telling me where to go, there was a representative there to greet me and then 5 minutes later the van pulled up - a lot faster service than I was expecting. On the way back to the airport, I was nervous that the driver would be late or possibly even not show at all (I've had problems like that with taxis) but he was 10 minutes early, so I had plenty of time and it got my day off to a great start. Good stuff Their automation system is very nice...they'll text you when the driver is on their way, and again when you're about to reach the airport so you'll know where to go from baggage claim to reach the vans, along with your reservation number so you don't have to dig through paperwork. read more

I have used the Super Shuttle from San Tan Valley to Sky Harbor on two separate occasion and each trip has been well worth the money! I am leaving at 0430 in the mornings and each trip the driver has been on time and without incident. It prevents my wife from getting our two boys up and out of the house that early. For strictly airport to/from transfer service, you'd be crazy NOT to use super shuttle. I've used SS all over the country, a lot at Skyharbor and Mesa Gateway. I've always received instant confirmation of the booking, and if you actually check the box for text messages.... You won't receive a robo call informing you how far out your driver is! It's handy, affordable and never ever had a problem in 10+ years of using them. read more

Super Shuttle was excellent! I received an email notification tracking the location of my driver. They give you a 15 minute window, tell you to be ready at the beginning of the window. Everything worked out perfectly. My driver (Gary) was there right when he was supposed to be. He was very courteous and friendly. The van was in excellent condition and very clean. He went above & beyond to return the bag intact at the end of his day. Oh No! I am not believing super shuttle. I paid for a private shuttle and they picked up more people after we left the airport. I called dispatch and he argued with me telling me Id be first and he wouldn't give me a refund and I said that a multi ride costs 56 and I paid 76 for a private shuttle. He didnt care. I can tell you this is why Supershuttle is going to go out of business. They vans are dirty and smell and the driver drives with his window open instead of closing it and using the ac even when we asked him. It was so loud. Im not happy regarding this company and will NEVER use it again. read more

Prior to my 3-month trip abroad last 2/25/2018, I prepaid a round trip reservation from my residence to LAX and back. I was ready and waited in front of my building PRIOR to the pickup time at 5:30 P.M. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting for the van, a kindly neighbor offered to drive me to the airport which saved the day. I've used Super Shuttle since the 1980s. Although this is the second time that no pickup was made (the first was during the L.A. Riot), I've experienced quite a number of delays in the pickup time which had caused a lot of stress and anxiety. The van I rode in last week from LAX to my residence was designated to take and drop off passengers at various hotels in Downtown L.A. Since I live in Mid-Wilshire and the last passenger to be dropped off, it took 2 hours for me to get home. I've patronized this Company for decades for its moderate fare. However, I do not think that I can put up another distress of waiting in vain. Time to find alternatives even if it cost more. At this, point I'm waiting to be refunded. read more

Terrible experience with Super Shuttle tonight leaving Sky Harbor Terminal 4. I reserved and paid for my ride weeks ago, then followed instructions to get to the pick up location before completing the online check in. I waited 45 minutes for a van to be assigned and it was an hour from my check in until I was actually on the van. This is too long to wait for a ride, especially when you've made a reservation. A number of other passengers had the same experience. I live in central Phoenix and there are too many other options available for me to put up with this. I've never this happen before and I use Super Shuttle several times a year. The driver was fine, but the wait time was unacceptable. read more
