Booked online for a 25 min direct shuttle home with a tip that came out to ~$70... but when I get to the counter, I'm told the shuttle was not there yet "10-12 mins out"... so we sit and wait... when the driver shows up 15 mins later, we get in the shuttle, the guy says, "we need to sit here a few minutes, and then we can leave." And turns back around and plays with his company tablet. My 15 yr old & I are left staring at each other like "what?!?" I interject this is not a shared shuttle and paid extra to get home quickly... which is met with "sorry its company policy we wait 10 mins before we leave.... " when I responded with "that makes no sense"... he suddenly needed to go inside and check something.. and got outwent inside for something and left us sitting in the van... I get out to go inside to ask about it. The guys behind the desk are flabbergasted as I was... they said "yeah he came in asking about something... I didn't know what he was talking about"... the man behind the counter walks me back to the shuttle where the driver keeps pointing to the tablet saying "it tells me to wait".. after several back and forths between the counter person and the driver the counter person starts getting frustrated at the driver, "I've worked here for 7 years and I've never heard of such a dumb thing. The fare is in the vehicle.... stop saying you need to wait... you need to go now!"... in the time it took us to leave.. we could have been home with a cab... I want the extra $35 I paid to get home quickly with a 15% tip back. read more

Pleasantly surprised I could get the transportation I required the same day (within 8 hours). Downloaded and used the app which was very intuitive and efficient. The only feature that needs to be added is the ability to go back and increase the tip amount since I don't carry cash. Bobby was super friendly, courteous and has some really terrific stories! I have used this service about a dozen times and it has always been great. The price is as low as you can get and easy to use. The drivers are always very nice and talk with you as much or as little as you want. When I arrive in Phoenix, I walk out to the middle aisle and tell the rep. where I am headed and usually within 10 minutes I am off. I call a day in advance for pickup to airport and the drivers are usually early, but never late. Great deal! read more

I have been a world traveler since the age of 5. parked at many structures, taken many shuttles. EVERY time I've booked SS, the driver has been early. It costs marginally more than cheap airport parking, and some drivers are better (and nicer than others). But the service and convenience is priceless. read more

horrible service. Picked my son up at 1:00 for a 4:30 flight and he was supposed to be dropped off 2 1/2 - 3 hours before flight. He was dropped off AT 3:45. spoke to reservations that day and was told GPS didn't work. Incompetent driver could not find JFK one of the biggest airports in the world without GPS. My son had to run through the airport to barely make his flight. Sent a ticket to customer service 2 weeks ago about why this happened and still have not heard back. If I could give negative stars I would. Never use this company. Customer service is horrible and they just don't care once they have your money read more

Even though you have a prepaid reservation, Supershuttle does not assign a van to pick you up until after you have received your luggage and have "checked in". That driver could be anywhere in the city. I have used them twice and the result is the same - I waited at least 45 minutes at the curb before the van arrived. I will never use Supershuttle again unless they change this practice and actually let your reservation mean something. read more

Terrible experience, pre scheduled my return trip from the airport knowing it was 9p on a Friday night and not wanting to cause inconveniences for a ride home. Too bad SuperShuttle did not manage to plan for my pickup. After waiting 20 minutes watching others walk out and get into an Uber, Lyft or yes even other SuperShuttle vans I called Customer Service. After reaching a live person finally I asked about my ride... well it was going to be another 45 to 90 minutes they told me. Unacceptable in my mind having pre arranged and PAID for the reservation in advance. I finally said to just issue me a refund I would find another way home. Ten minutes later I was in my way home in an Uber at half the cost. read more

So far so good! Never had a bad experience w this group...well one overly chatty driver, but she was the exception. Outbound to PHX, they always pick me up on time and help w my (heavy ) bags. Easiest and cheapest way to get from the airport to my hotel. I fly into PHX once a month for business. I used to rent a car, then I discovered Super Shuttle. I havent rented a car since. The vans are incredibly clean and the drivers are very nice. Curbside attendants are some of the best employees. Courteous, pleasant, and on top of everything. Only complaint?......Once I had to ride along as one driver was training another...Ugh...C'mon SS.....do that on your time, not mine. read more

The curbside staff are courteous, helpful, on-the-ball, and keep you informed of the status of the arrival of your ride. A very proactive and energetic young lady was there to help all of us waiting for a van. Very well organized; simply superb service. Our van driver was attentive, thoughtful, and cheerful, explaining his choice of driving route to both the out-of-towner (me) and the locals in the van. He happily answered questions from the riders with a great sense of humor and delivered me safely to my destination. Used this service in Phoenix both upon arrival and departure from Sky Harbor. We did not have reservations upon arrival but the man at the loading station got us a van within the next 15 minutes. We did make reservations to return to the airport and I liked the ease of doing this online and the confirmation calls and e-mails I received made me feel comfortable that my reservation got to the appropriate place. The Van arrived on time and the driver Michael was great (Van 635). As we are older, he helped us get in and out of the van and was very helpful with our luggage. He was very nice and the Van ride was comfortable. This is a very convenient service and I plan to use it again when we visit a city that they serve. read more

Didn't want to leave my car out in the blazing sun for 5 days (Equals $55+gas). This was too easy, and a no-brainer, for less than $65 round-trip, door-to-door from near the Univ of Phoenix Stadium.
