SS always does a great job. I always use them here in Phoenix and the drivers are courteous and helpful.

Ok. I'm usually a positive individual, that can go with the flow. But my family and I arrived in from in from Boston on a Tuesday evening flight and had lots of luggage. So we decided to try Super Shuttle in lieu of Uber XL. What's mistake!!! After waiting almost 15 minutes for the Van, the driver picked up an additional 3 riders. We had 4 stops, and although we were the first to picked up, we were the last to be dropped off. The fare was approx $50. But the total wait time and delivery to our home was about 2 hours. I now fully understand why Uber and Lyft are going to push theses older transport services out of business. So in short, I'll never ever use this transportation service again. And unless you have excess time to wait at the Airport breathing auto fumes, I'd highly suggest using another service. This dinosaur needs to find its Tar Pit! read more

I didn't know about this service before or I would have used it many times. The ride today, 9/24/17 was a great experience. From calling to reserve a place on the spare of the moment, to the desk personnel at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, to the driver, to the van was beyond my expectations. There was a bit of a wait on the phone to get an operator as the best way to book is online. But because I had to book from the airport and had no access to internet, I had to listen to a recording that was maybe two minutes long. But once the recording played, the operator came on within a minute and was extremely friendly. My flight was late and there was no problem notifying the airport. At the airport the desk staff was quick and friendly. The van came withing five minutes and the driver was exceptionally accommodating. All in all, I had a great experience and will use Super Shuttle in the future. read more

I set up a ride with these people today for mom to go to the airport. Driver couldn't find her location and didn't bother to call. She managed to flag down the van as he was leaving her complex. I had booked a shuttle to catch my flight several days ago. I got a call 30 minutes before I was supposed to be picked up telling me no cars would be available until much later. I asked if they were going to provide an EXPRESS ride at no additional charge and was told all they could do is refund my card. Now I'm scrambling to find a way to the airport before I miss my flight !!!! HOW, when a vehicle has been reserved, can you just whimsically say, "oh, sorry?" I definitely recommend these guys. Second time we have used them. First time was to the airport only, no return. Very satisfied. This last trip we were bumped from a flight due to mechanical issues and ended up spending an extra night. It was so disruptive and we arrived at the motel so late we didn't even think to let Super Shuttle know. We called the next morning before we boarded our flight and the representative arranged a new pick up. We checked in when we landed and the van was there soon after. Long time customer not anymore, now that their policies have changed they make you wait up to an hour so they can fill the vans to capacity and that's after you get in the van, on a slow night you might as well take Uber, it could take up to 3HRS for you to get home. The drivers don't say much except they're waiting for customers, they have no control on when they can depart dispatch controls their departure time. Complaining to customer service (joke) they tell you to up grade if you don't like to wait, well I up graded to Uber no waiting home in 1/2 hr and they don't charge for extra people. read more

I have used Super Shuttle 3 times and every single time, they've been consistently helpful. Tonight was particularly excellent--I found out the rooms in my hotel were booked, so I quickly had booked a room in a nearby alternate hotel instead. The driver without hesitation took me to my new destination, without batting an eye. I was very grateful, and the driver said "we would never leave you out on the street!" and had a good sense of humor. Also, the price is excellent compared to taxis. Every time I come to Scottsdale or Phoenix, I will use SuperShuttle if I don't have my own car. read more

My cell phone had died as I got to baggage claim. I was able to whip out my tablet, log on to the SuperShuttle website, book my ride for 15 minutes later, and pay with my credit card online. The representative at the curbside location already had my information by the time I got out there. The van arrived within 10 minutes of my arrival at curbside and I was dropped off at my hotel promptly by a courteous and friendly driver. This is the 4th time I have you Super Shuttle at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and I will keep using them because they are awesome! read more

The driver that took us to the airport was very kind and personable, the driver that took us home had a personality of a rattlesnake, reminded me of the last NY cabbie we had. Also drives pretty erratic, honks at people that tick him off on the freeway. His speeding didn't bother us as he flowed with the faster vehicles and got us home quicker. read more

The confirmations were great for reducing anxiety about having a ride on the other end in Phoenix. The curb side check-in could not have been easier. How many stars should I award for a no show? Yes, no show. My flight was delayed in NY and arrived PHX at 12:15 AM on Tuesday morning. Using the SuperShuttle app I followed the instructions provided on where to wait after collecting my checked bag. After 15 to 20 minutes I received notification of the van #. However no van tracking was available, which isn't normal when using the SS app. I waited in the designated spot for 30 minutes without any contact from SS or the van location. I started to look for help. The app was useless. Phone calls to customer service was the same although I did get to hear a voice message that said I was calling after hours and would need to call back at 4 am. Now what? I and 2 others were waiting for the same van and each of us were trying to get in touch with someone. After 1 1/2 hours another customer got through to a dispatcher and informed him that the van driver had gone home and no other vans were in the area. A few minutes later I received the same call from a dispatcher with an apology and an assurance that a refund would be issued. Well all I can say is, "Thank you very much." It's 1:30 AM. I've been waiting since midnight for a prepaid shuttle that was never going to arrive. My first thoughts revolved around being mad. Not at SS but at my stupidity for waiting as long as I did. Then came the reality that I needed transport home. LIGHT BULB. Uber. 5 minutes later I and my 2 other weary travelers are comfortably seated in a late model sedan heading home for 1/3 the price of my prepaid SS no show. Guess what number I'm NOT going to call for my next trip to and from the airport. Now back to my question. How many stars should I award Super Shuttle? Too back yelp doesn't let me award none. ps. We opted for the shuttle with other passengers and it was even fun to chat with them on the way to the airport. Meant to write this sooner, but got busy over the holidays. I tried SS for the first time over Thanksgiving week and I was really impressed. I booked online and I'm always paranoid about getting to the airport in time so I chose the earliest time slot they gave me - unfortunately 4:15 a.m. I was up and ready to go and at 4:05 I got an automated call that the driver was on the way. I grabbed my bags and walked outside to wait and almost exactly at 4:15 the driver pulled up to my place. Punctual! He loaded my bags in the back and opened the side door so I could get in. There ended up being three of us and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We were all taking off from the same terminal which made it super easy too. When I flew home, I got my luggage and followed their strange directions to find the shuttle. I have only two complaints... They need to have their reps wear something bright blue with yellow lettering that says SuperShuttle or have a sign up somewhere. I walked all the way down the long sidewalk and realized that I had walked right past the pick-up area. Second, they need more seating - but I'm sure that's the fault of the airport, not SS. They arrange shuttles by area so it took a bit to get one going my way - I think I waited 30 minutes. The driver on the way back was just as awesome as the one on the way down - he even took all the back streets to make the trip shorter rather than following the GPS exactly. I would definitely use SS again. I found a coupon code online pretty easily that saved me about $6 - not much, but better than nothing. I wouldn't recommend using them to pick you up when you land if you have somewhere you need to be immediately, but other than that, totally awesome! read more

I USED to use Super Shuttle. After getting picked up The driver got stuck in a wash out. I had to walk out of the water and back to my house, change out of wet clothes then drive myself to the airport. The driver told me someone would contact me for a refund. This did NOT happen. After a couple weeks of waiting I talked to a Karen in customer service. She said I had the refund coming, put me on hold twice then forgot about me. A few more weeks go by with NO record of the refund on my account. I call AGAIN. This time I was transferred to a "supervisor" by the name of Dwayne. He said there was nothing they could do because too many days went by. He said he couldn't even offer me a discount coupon for my trouble. Myself and dozens of co-workers will now be finding other means of transportation to the airports from companies that care more about their customers. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. After arriving to Denver and waiting 15 min for our shuttle I called to check the status. I was told "we thought we were done for the night it will be 30 min before we can get a driver to you." Well 15 min later they called me back and told me now it would be 45 min. Because it was close to midnight and we had 4 kids with us, we decided to get and uber since it would take them only 2 min to get to us. I called back and told the lady to cancel my FULL reservation and since they messed up I was expecting a FULL refund. I was charged $76 and was only refunded $38. Now they are saying I didn't cancel my 2nd reservation. I made it clear on the phone when they screwed us over that I wanted the whole thing canceled. Why would I give them my business when they screwed up in the first place? Now the battle continues to get the rest of my money since they screwed up TWICE now! read more

9/25/13 - I was picked up promptly and kept informed when my van arrived. The trip was quick and relaxing. The driver was the best part (James). He was extremely friendly and fun to talk to. I ended up being an idiot and leaving my phone in the van, so my boyfriend called Super Shuttle to see if they could let me know if it was still there. The customer service department was very helpful to get my phone back to me. James even delivered it to me!!! What company does that? Recently I took a trip to California and scheduled Super Shuttle for transportation round trip at each airport. Service for three of the four segments was atrocious. Sat waiting for 45 minutes for a shuttle at my destination airport before being referred over to take a taxi. Had a shuttle show up 20 minutes before the agreed upon time without any confirmation on my part. And got ignored by the shuttle I was assigned to for fifteen minutes after they were assigned to pick me up. All in all I would not recommend Super Shuttle. Take a taxi or an Uber, you wont have to wait as long. P.S. When giving feedback on their site they only link you to Yelp when you give a positive review. As I mentioned above three of the four legs were bad and it wasn't 'til I reviewed the good leg that they referred me to Yelp. A little shady on their part. read more

I have a tendency to be clumsy and forgetful at times, and yet despite that I have never lost my phone (it stays glued to me at all times). However, I had a 4:40am pick-up for a 6:47am flight and upon arriving at the airport (after a very smooth ride I might add) I left my phone on the seat as I was exiting and didn't realise until just before I was about to go through security. Getting back to where I was dropped off I managed to tell a super shuttle employee about my plight and I was soon directed to wait exactly where I was for van #582. Seeing as my van was already in North Phoenix, they were able to organise a handoff to a different van that was traveling to Sky Harbor in order to return my phone to me. This all took between 20-30 minutes which still left me with enough time to get to my gate for boarding. Best service I have ever had and I am so grateful. Thank you Super Shuttle! read more

Good customer service seems so rare these days, but is so appreciated. Super Shuttle made my trip to the airport seamless and easy! I had a early morning flight (7:30am), but SuperShuttle took care of me and arrived at 5:10am. I received a confirmation text the morning before and was notified of when the driver would be there along with his location. The driver arrived on time and was a safe driver who was very courteous.
