This companies web site stinks. When you apply a valid Discount code from a coupon web site, on check out it does not show the discount, that will be applied at final checkout. When you checkout, you find that you did not receive the 10% discount, that was offered. When you call the after hours they, told me that a 7% discount was applied, not the 10%, then they tell you to call their accounting number at: 602-232-4610, and the massage say's that you have reached the after hours accounting office, but you can not speak to a live person, you are redirected to the reservation department instead. Ever year I use their web site, it's another problem. Last year they did not schedule my return pickup, when I paid for a round trip. The operators are also rude. read more

Absolutely fantastic and I'm recommending them to everyone I know who needs a ride to or from the airport! I made a reservation online and I also have a discount code. One trip from Scottsdale to the PHX skyharbor airport only costs $18! They said they'd be there to pick me up between 11:45am and noon and they showed up at 11:43am. I had plenty of time to catch my 2:00pm domestic flight. Just a note, if you are at a hotel, they offer preferred rates so it might be cheaper than a pick up at a home. However, if you're at a hotel, it's a standard preferred rate per passenger. If you are being pick up at a home, it's the reg rate for the first person and each additional person is $7 or so. So figure out the cheapest rate for a group pickup or individual ride. read more

Tried unsuccessfully twice on line to reserve ride home from airport, so had to call in. Told rep I tried to book on line and asked why $3 more than price I saw. Said payment fee. Asked to waive and rep did. Asked if I could pay driver cash, said No, cashless drivers. Whole ride home hearing high pitch whirling. My first experience with Super Shuttle and not likely to use again. Tried to check in on arrival got error message so maybe website glitch but was 25 min wait after checking curb side. read more

First time using super shuttle here in Phoenix. Just moved here recently. Very easy process. Shuttle was on time to airport and didn't have to wait long for a ride home even though I was the only one going to Goodyear that day. The process is a well oiled machine. Because it was my first time, I needed a little help after going out of gate 8 but there were many other drivers there to help me with what I needed to do next on my phone app. I will say that my drive to and from was very pleasant. Both drivers were very courteous but Joe was AWESOME! Great person, driver and personality! Turned out we were both from the same little town in California! read more

Picked up at Sky Harbor airport. A rep of SS escorted us to our ride. We were then subjected to a two and one half hour ride around Phoenix. Our destination is approximately 20 minutes from the airport.. I called, and after being sent from pillar to post, I submitted my complaint. The next day I received an E-mail stating I would be contacted by a rep to address my complaint in the order it was received. It is now eight days later and I have not received a response My question is, a long list of complaints or am I being ignored? read more

Super shuttle did a fantastic job, this was my first time using them. I had a flight moved up to an earlier time, I just called and spoke to an operator who was super polite and very quick to help me get on an earlier shuttle. The track my ride app was awesome I was able to see right where it was, and it showed up right on the dot. My driver Terrie was a sweet heart, she was polite and made me feel very comfortable. If I could give super shuttle ZERO stars, I would! My first (and last) experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! The supershuttle representative at the airport entered my hotel information incorrectly to the dispatcher, which I found out as we were leaving PHX. Whatever, honest mistake. What was appalling was that the driver of the van had a complete lack of customer service in remedying this error, which was caused by their own employee! Even though she was driving other passengers to hotels in Scottsdale, she insisted that she had to take me hotel listed on her iPad, even though it was the wrong one in Tempe. She wouldn't even take me back to the airport to catch another shuttle! On top of it all, she kept my voucher (prepaid for shuttle on viator), making me pay for the service to the completely wrong hotel! Her last words, NOT an "I'm sorry" but a "good luck!" I can't believe she would treat me this way! There was absolutely no logical thought on her behalf nor any gesture of basic customer service! I ended up taking a taxi to the correct hotel after being dropped off at the wrong one, and the taxi driver proceeded to tell me that he had previously worked for super shuttle and that he quit since they were such a TERRIBLE company! After reading all of your reviews, I am sadly not surprised that I was treated so poorly! This was by far the WORST customer service I have ever received from any company! read more

Scheduled a pick-up from a hotel in Houston to IAH and the shuttle was 45 min late. I scheduled early and knew about the 15 min window so I called after the van was 15 min late and they told me he would be there in 15 minutes. I was okay with that. 15 minutes passed and he still hadn't arrived so I called again. They said he would be there in 5 minutes which would make my 11:30am pick up turn into 12:05. Knowing I booked early I was semi okay with this. At 12:15 the driver finally arrived. He still had to pick up 2 passengers at another hotel. I wanted to get out and jump in a cab but he insisted on me staying and that I would not be late for my 1:45 departure. The airport is also at least 25 min from downtown Houston. When he picked up the other two, they were also supposed to be picked up much earlier. He then said he had another pick up and all three of us demanded to get out of the van because we were going to miss our flights. He called dispatch to let them know he was taking us straight to the airport. We were on the highway at 12:35 pm. He said that he was 45 min late because his previous passenger had a lot of luggage and he had to take it all into the terminal. This is unacceptable. If that was the case he should have called his dispatch to let them know that, and they should have called the three of us that he was supposed to pick up to let us know he would be that late and we should use a different service. Sprinting through the airport, my luggage missing my flight, and asking everyone in security to let me cut should not be necessary when planning to be picked up over 2 hours ahead of my flight. I should have had plenty of time. Super Shuttle was incompetent in providing a new van when a scheduled van was ridiculously late. They did not communicate and that is completely unacceptable when you have one job (airport transportation). This is terrible customer service and I will never use them again. read more

Easy to book online. Driver on time, helpful and cheerful...but not overbering at 4am, ha. Couple of stops and he let me know what number we had left and expected arrival at the airport. Supershuttle has the racket nailed for people who travel to and from the airport. Especially like myself who does it every week. It's not very accurate and the times are a bit inconvenient. The drivers tend to be very nice but especially when coming home from the airport expect your night to be long and late. It's not justifiable to spend twice the money on a direct ride home but it would be nice if they had something similar to the way you get to the airport for coming home for people who actually like their families read more

After waiting 40 minutes to get picked up at the airport and hearing every excuse in the book I finally got started. This is meant to be easy and hassle free it's far from it. I have used them several times and each time there seems to be an issue. Maybe Uber and Lyft are a better choice. One week they called at 3:30 am and said that they had no one to get me. The scheduling couldn't be easier online and the driver arrived promptly and helped with the luggage into the shuttle and out of the shuttle when we arrived at the airport and again when we were brought back home. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE. The driver was 45 minutes late for our pick up, despite receiving a text that the driver was outside. I booked the reservation weeks in advance but when I called trying to figure out where he was, he said he had just received the request. I asked for a full refund. After not hearing anything from them or receiving the credit. I called again to request the refund. They said I had to fill out a form online and would need to wait 7 days for an 'investigation'. This made a terrible customer experience worse. I will not use this shuttle service again and would caution others. read more

I used the Yelp discount and it was a cheap ride to the airport from my home. I was the only one on the van and the driver arrived 5 minutes early. He was friendly and I got to the airport in plenty of time. I would highly recommend Super Shuttle. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the call center's line for tracking your van was not working, so I had no idea if my van was on its way, and I'm kind of a control freak so knowing where it is is very important for me! read more
