Uneven and unhappy. Walked in last night at 6:30 and the lady there immediately made a joke about wanting to close early. Didn't think much of it but! I still asked her if I should leave, she insisted I stay. This lady was clearly not happy to be there. She left my hair horribly UNEVEN. Why would you not feel it while you cut? I am new to Texas and my daughter definitely needed a haircut. Misty worked with my daughter and did a phenomenal job on her cut and blow dry. Dawn worked on my hair and she is an absolute joy and brought out natural highlights in my hair with just a shampoo. Both my daughter and I have been blessed with thick hair and not a lot of stylists seem to understand the challenges we have. Both Dawn and Misty do understand our challenges and knew how to work with our hair to bring out the best. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

I went to this location because I had a decent experience the previous time I visited and thought that with a haircut as seemingly simple as what I was asking for, it would save me some bucks and at least look decent. I deeply regret this now. My "stylist" and I looked at my reference picture and discussed what I wanted done for several minutes before she began cutting. She then cut off a huge chunk of hair way shorter than what I asked for before saying "you said you wanted to go short, right?" I had no choice but to stare and nod. I was so visibly shaken by how short she went that she seemed to actually try to comfort me? which was quite a strange experience. I now have what I would describe as a generous bowl cut. It is, quite frankly, awful. My only solace is that someone else might look at these reviews before making the same mistake I did. It is not worth the lower price, I promise you. Perhaps I should give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she didn't know where my chin was under my mask? Either way, it was a terrible haircut and we both knew it. I felt bad for lying to her at the time and telling her it was fine, but now every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. read more

Even though I was her last appointment of the day, she was patient and not rushed, and listened to what I wanted and even let me fish through my phone to find pictures. She consulted with me and told me what her recommendation would be to deal with my difficult hair. I walked out feeling great. Will definitely be back. Give this place a try!! Spent around 2 hours with appointments there and only two clients mid process in chairs when we came in . Was told when I called if they take tap to pay and they said no. So I stopped at atm (using tap feature there) we ended up have two different stylists . Son's hair turned out good. The one that did daughters hair didn't seem like she knew what she was doing . It's uneven now (that it's dried ) , I've never seen anyone have kid stand up and section hair straight up and chop it off . I was like what the heck is going on here ? Then she wasn't sure how to make change asking if what she was giving me was correct . They then used a calculator. Which isn't a bad idea to make sure both parties give and get what they need, but after what I saw with my daughters hair .... I was originally going to tip more , but the wait was ridiculous. We won't be going back. One of the clients that came in specifically asked for the one and she was even getting impatient. Because there was no real reason it was taking for we other than both were working on the one client for a bit and there was a bit of disorganization . They were nice people though . read more

When I got there, I was told there were five people in front of me yet no one appeared on the waiting list. Due to the confusion on who was next, the stylists starting snapping at each other. I've been to this location several times over the past few years and it's always been okay. Today I went and had a great experience though. From start to finish my stylist Britney made it a great experience. She greeted me by name and took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in a cut. She really took time to look at my hair and give her expert advice. I think it's the best hair wash I've ever had, and definitely I felt one of my favorite cuts I've gotten! Thought I would try this new location out today because I was in desperate need of a summer doo! I had a coupon for a 9.95 adult cut. Kelia was my "stylist", she was friendly and got the job done. I got 2 inches off and it thinned out real good, not to hard to screw up. Can't comment on how well they would do if you had 12 inches of hair and wanted a pixie cut, but I m pretty sure you will be satisfied :) Make sure you get a business card, on the back they have buy 9 cuts and get the 10th free!!! After a truly bad haircut at the Bedford Supercuts I went to the Southlake store to get it straightened out. I learned all of the stores are now franchises (per the stylist) and no longer under any obligation to repair bad work done at other Supercuts stores. A 'rehab' trim cost $15 and, for the second time, I walked out of a Supercuts looking as bad as when I walked into it. On behalf of the South Lake store sweet lady, she said she did what she could without cutting my hair to the point where my hearing aids are completely exposed. I am presently looking for a good salon to rehab my rehab cut without cutting it above my ears! No more Supercuts which is sad after many years of patronage. read more
