I definitely didn't want to pay way more than I was used to. ENTER BLUE MORPHO. The scheduling was so easy and they really DO return your voicemail if you have to leave one. Most places never return your call. My stylist, Katlyn, totally transformed my hair!! She listened to what I needed, helped me find a picture and made sure we had the same vision, then went to work! I think my total visit was about 3 hours for my color treatment and haircut + style, about average but it felt very quick. I was very nervous when it came time to pay, expecting it to be a couple hundred. But it was a RELIEF to see the total was very fair and affordable. If you're on the fence, I say GO FOR IT! Bad experience and would not go back. Here is why…read more I had scheduled a time/day to get my hair cut. The stylist took 6 hours (no exaggeration) to do my hair. It got to the point where it was 10:00 p.m. and I just had to leave. I couldn't take it any more. She didn't even finish my hair all the way and she made me very uncomfortable. It wasn't until the next day that I realized just how bad my hair really was. My roots were not even touched and my hair was very uneven. To say that this was the worst haircut/dye that I have ever received, is an understatement. So naturally, I decided to go back to the salon and just ask them to fix it. I didn't make a big deal about it at all and I would have been fine just getting it fixed. Upon entering the salon the following day, I spoke with Jeff and explained my situation and how I requested to have my hair fixed. Jeff then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for another appointment...I politely explained the situation again and requested that my roots just be touched up and my uneven hair trimmed. Jeff stated he would have to speak to his supervisor (maybe, the owner?), Melissa and I would be contacted. Was I contacted? Nope. In fact multiple times I had to follow up and send multiple pictures to finally get another appointment scheduled. Luckily, when I came in and got my hair fixed, a new stylist fixed my hair and I was pleasantly relieved. It should be reiterated that no one including the supervisor, Melissa, the owner, or anyone ever contacted me to apologize including when I came back in person to get my hair fixed. In addition, I should also point out that whenever a stylist leaves the salon, the company sends out emails, and at times will explain why the stylist left. For one particular stylist, the email stated, "XXXX has left Willow Sage Salon on unfortunate terms. Her conduct has not been in line with our values, and we cannot continue working with her." In my opinion, this is unprofessional and these type of things should be kept in house. There is no need to air dirty laundry out to the public. By doing this, it doesn't reflect positively on the business and raises questions about the company and business practices. To summarize, all of this could have been easily avoided and I wouldn't have posted a review if better customer service would have been implemented. The owner or supervisor-anyone should have contacted me, apologized and resolved the problem immediately by booking another appointment. I shouldn't have had to continue to follow up multiple times etc. I will never go back. Do not recommend.

TDS is family owned and man, what a talented family! They specialize in their main craft, but most possess multiple skills like An who does lashes and nails. My self care involves lashes, the fastest mani possible, and homeopathic medication. Kelly does my lashes and is basically my therapist. I was researching about CBD to possibly help my acute insomnia and early onset arthritis and what do you know! TDS has a beautiful display of various delivery methods for CBD products so I asked Kelly for more info. She helped me understand how CBD works for her so I gave it a try. Now I can't live without lashes nor CBD! I also find it hard to sit for full length manis but you gotta have it! Then I discovered An's express manis which make me feel like I got a full mani in 1/4 the time. Idk if I can ever go back to 1+hr manis. Everyone is so efficient and I appreciate it. I do get my hairs cut and colored by people I've been loyal to for decades (sorry Henry - but you are so funny! Appreciate ya!), but I totally see TDS as the destination for full self care, which is so important! All the stylists are talented but Emily is by far my favorite! I have gone to her for a few years now and she's incredible. Her color is top notch and she's a perfectionist so her cut and color are always consistent. I have never had any issues or not liked my hair. In fact, we are on the level now where I just ask her what we are doing with my hair ha. She's always up to date on current trends and is more of an artist than anything. I never have any issues with scheduling and she's so good about communication. Highly recommend this salon and Emily especially. Although I havnt gotten my hair done by the other stylist I do see their customers and everyone does a great job. You can't go wrong here!! Both my kids see her as well.
