My son gets a haircut here with Johnny (that's his name I believe). He's finally found someone he trusts with his hair. I come here as well but don't really ask for anybody in particular. So far, I haven't had a bad cut and I'm always satisfied with my haircut. Fees are reasonable. read more

Review Update: As you can see from the picture my hair journey has not been a great one lately. The only positive is I'm still WFH so the "line" cannot be seen by the public. I thought I found my forever salon home but I came in when Johnny was out. His colleagues did a highlight touch-up which left a "line" around my hair. I returned for Johnny on an all over color and this is the end result. Y'all I cried. I'm sorry but I hope this helps save someone by learning from my costly decisions. read more

I came to this salon because of the reviews and I needed a new hair person for a cut and balayage. The pictures posted on the reviews made me trust they would do a good job. Let me say, I have had many balayages done to my hair. I'm a natural brunette and only wanted balayage tapering blonde from the nape of neck down. My hair is long (about to my elbows). I was clear that I wanted blonde streaks while maintaining my brown color. Johnny was super nice but is obviously inexperienced as my hair now is completely blonde with bad lines and spots. When I first questioned the poor root condition he blamed the mirror and said that the mirror has lines in it got home and nope. The lines are still there. Thoroughly disappointed. read more

I called first to make sure they were open and weren't too busy for a walk in. Overall just for a cut I paid $25 and of course added tip in. My hair was pretty long so the cut with layers and bangs took around 30 minutes and I loved that the hair stylist would ask if the length was okay and if I wanted more or less layers etc. In the end I took her advice and went a little shorter so that the layers really meshed well. I'm really happy that I stopped in because my hair looks great! This is my first and definitely not my last time visiting M3 Salon. :) read more

Very friendly staff and very accommodating. My appointment started at precisely the scheduled time and my stylist did a great job with my hair. I'm a very go with the flow person and don't fuss over the particulars and he was able to take my preferences and turn out a great haircut exactly how i usually get it even though it was my first time at this salon. Had an appointment at 3pm today and before hand I spent sometimes reading reviews to this place. I work for retail where customers come in with a bad days:l/moment and let their anger out on us. So after reading some negative reviews from this salon, I said there is always 2 side of a story better yet people always have issue regardless of what it is. So I went in half an hour before my appointment. Guess what, I was treated as a Queen. Yes ma'am/sir I was called right away got nothing but professional tips of how and what I should do to take care of my hair. I let Johnny decide on how to fix my problem with my hair. Linda listened to what I had to say and how I wanted my hair to be cut and she did an AMAZING job! I love it!! when i get my hair cut I always ask to get it thinned out since i have super thick hair usually they never thin it out enough tot he point where i like it. I'm the type that won't really bother to say anything but when I asked Linda to thin the crap out of it (literally) she did it and I was in LOVE! Recently, I was in the area for a wedding. I meant to get a haircut before coming into the DFW area, however we were running late. I really dislike giving an entire salon a poor review based on one stylist, but I am so incredibly disappointed in my hair cut I really feel like I have to review. I went in Saturday 8-6-16 with my hair more than half way down my back. I asked the stylist to cut my hair To my shoulders, and even pointed and showed her where it should go. My hair is at chin level inches shorter that I specifically asked. I even asked her twice to please STOP cutting my hair it was far to short. Technically speaking it's just hair, the cut doesn't look THAT awful, it will grow back, but it is NOT what I asked for. It doesn't look good on me. If the client is visibly upset, and I was fighting tears as my hair kept getting shorter, please listen to them. I will never recommend this place, nor will I ever be back. read more

I've had three different stylists cut and style my hair and they were wonderful. I've had my hair colored twice, which I'm very particular about, and they do a beautiful job. First, as a note, I've been going to the same hair stylist for the past 3 or 4 years in my hometown, but when I relocated to Fort Worth, I had to find a new one. I read some reviews on Yelp, and M3 sounded pretty good. I just tried them out today and I'm very pleased with my experience. Logistics- M3 was able to see me the same day for a cut, color, and style, and all of the staff is extremely friendly and inviting on the phone and in person. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center in which M3 is located. Each station at the salon has it's own flat screen television. I received a little bottled water while my color was setting. The setting inside is very relaxing. Hair- I am extremely pleased with my haircut and color. I am a no-frills kind of person when it comes to my hair, and I keep it simple. My stylist Amy brought out a book of hair samples and we found the perfect color, which was just a shade lighter than my current color. My hair came out the color I desired, and the cut is great (Amy did what I asked and the cut is even). Amy was really fantastic. She was helpful in recommending just how much hair I should trim to get it looking healthier. read more

This was the WORST hair cut I have EVER had!!! I am a man with short hair and they could not even get that right. What really puzzled me was, I thought if you cut hair your license was supposed to be displayed at your station. I looked around at EVERY station and I did not see one license displayed.
