So we booked it. Appointment at 10am. I was sent multiple reminders so we arrive at 9:45am our stylist Kody arrive at 10:15am. I'm big on punctuality. We were there for 5 hours for a partial balayage and cut (she wanted a basic straight across trim) once she was toned at hour 4 Kody noticed a flaw and thankfully asked someone for help so the next hour ensues. Not once did he talk to me the person paying and approving. I had to get up and find out what was happening. At checkout I was surprised to find out that I was being charged for the "cut" as almost nothing was cut from her hair and it would have been a good faith apology for the extensive amount of time spent there. I am now going to have to take her to another salon for her cut so of course more money to spend. Sadly, I am disappointed with this experience. The color is off as she asked for a cool blonde and showed her inspo picture but it's definitely warm. I'm hoping purple shampoo will cool it down a bit. Coming from someone who has worked in hospitality for 25 years I totally understand that people have off days and things happen, but there is ALWAYS an opportunity to make it right with a customer. You get one appointment a month for $10 less than the regular price, and get a discount on additional blowouts too and a few other perks. (There is also a Double Barfly which gives you two $10 discounted blowouts per month). I think I have had a different stylist each time I have been here, but they are all good. They ask questions about what you are wanting and you can select from a menu of styles. Free drinks and movies to watch also. Most of the time my hair looks good for nearly a week afterwards so it's been worth while. Easy to make appointments online (they have an app too, which I haven't tried yet, but intend to). You do have to provide a credit card for the cancelation policy but that is fair.

The blowout itself was terrible and she kept trying to fix it with a curling iron. I spent a ton of money and wasted my time when I could have made my hair look much better myself. I had to wash my hair after 2 hours and redo it myself for another event I had that night. Thankfully I got my money refunded, but I would still never go back. The hairdressers are so inexperienced.
